Nous avons également apprécié d’avoir une place de parking gratuite dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel. Cependant nous aurions apprécié d’avoir une bouilloire dans la chambre avec des petits sachets de thé pour nous désaltérer. Le plus serait également d’ajouter un miroir en pied dans la chambre.

Bernd (6/5): Wir haben nichts Besseres in dem schönen Ort Nazare gefunden. - Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage zum Strand und Ort und ist relativ modern. Die Betten waren durchgelegen und das Zimmer war funktionell ausgestattet. Kein Kaffee/Tee, keine Tücher und die ganze Zeit ein unangenehmer Geruch nach Putzmitteln. Das Frühstück ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!!

Frühstück war okay, die Auswahl überschaubar. Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, da ein Parkplatz angegeben war. Leider keinen Stellplatz bekommen. Das war insofern kein großes Problem, da draußen auf der Straße ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden waren. Aber die waren halt nicht umuäunt beziehungsweise bewacht.

Sophia (8/5): My stay was good, but I would be sure to bring ear plugs, and request a true pool view room. - The room was clean and tidy. The view was not what I expected when paying for a pool view because it was at an angle with an obstruction. It would have been better if I had known that in advance. Breakfast was very nice, but the best part of the stay was the people who were working in the hotel. They were all warm, friendly, and very professional. My room, unfortunately, was noisy. The first night, a couple of dogs were barking like crazy at 11 pm, and they woke me up. The next morning, because my room was across from the entrance to breakfast, people were passing by my door speaking loudly, and laughing at 8 am in the morning, so I wasn't able to sleep in. Again, the view from my room wasn't as good as expected when you purchase a room with a pool view.

É apenas uma sugestão para evitar que alguém, futuramente, se magoe a sério.

Por mencionar algo "negativo"tienen un aparcamiento a la entrada de la recepción ,pero si lo dejas ahí, te cobran cinco euros al día.Sin embargo,no hay ningún tipo de problema para aparcar fuera al lado del hotel,por lo menos,en las fechas que nosotros hemos ido

Carol (5/5): - The premises were clean. Good wifi. Good car park but I didn't have a car. Friendly staff. I booked 2 nights here primarily because of the pool and was very disappointed to find the area was out of use. Workmen were on site, chairs were stacked and the pool quite dirty. As I paid for both nights on arrival I asked for a refund as would not have stayed a 2nd night given a choice. I was told this wasn't possible and that I would be offered a drink in compensation (didn't happen) and a complimentary nights accommodation for my next visit, despite indicating I was unlikely to return. I also chose not to use the maid service which in certain UK hotels automatically prompts a bar credit. Breakfast was uninspired. This place sadly did not meet my expectations and I think you can get a more central location for better value.

Diana (10/5): - El sitio me encantó en si, tanto por la ubicación como el personal, la habitación que coji comodísima, sin ruidos y una terraza grande por si quieres tomarte algo, a 5 minutos de la playa y mis hijos pudieron disfrutar de la piscina que tienen como en casa, y la atención del personal de 10 tanto en recepción como cuando íbamos a desayunar. Gracias por todo si vuelve por la zona volveremos aquí. El ascensor porque era un montacargas.

Sabine (9/5): Tolles Hotel, sehr zentral, - Sehr nettes Personal, tolles Hotel mit Pool, sehr zentral. Man ist schnell im Zentrum und am Strand Nur das Doppelstockbett für die Kinder war erwas instabil und klappert bei jedem drehen. Mein Grosser ist 12 und mit 1,70m doch zu groß für so ein Bett.

Migled (10/5): Highly recommended! - This was my second time staying here because the place is really great. Everything is excellent – the staff, the beds, and the breakfast. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay again, and if I come back to Nazaré in the future, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 😊

Nous avons donc dû ajouter un lit parapluie au prix de 15€ la nuit. Ils nous ont dit ne pas pouvoir changer les photos sur booking et que nous n’étions pas les premiers à avoir ce problème

Excellent contact with the hotel staff before arrival and even better during our stay. Professional service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Special mention goes to Mrs Elenice , the manager (!!), and Sara , the receptionist. Muito obrigado !! The rooms and hotel are very clean. The breakfast is good. There's also a bar where you can enjoy a variety of drinks. Close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful in organizing private tours for our group of four. We highly recommend it!

Anja (4/5): Klant onvriendelijk - Er was lekkage in de kamer voor de kinderen. Daar kan men uiteraard niks aan doen, maar men had het ontdekt (handdoeken neergelegd) maar vervolgens niks mee gedaan. Onze kinderen moesten slapen in een kamer waar het water aan alle kanten langs de muur liep. Er werd geen moeite gedaan ons elders te accomoderen en er was ook geen sprake van tegemoetkoming. Toen we daar over wilden praten had de eigenaresse alleen maar ruimte voor haar verhaal, ze luisterde niet eens naar ons.

Silvia (8/5): Passend. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Hotel befindet sich in Strandnähe (zwei Strassen vom Strand entfernt). Die Chefin hat gute Tipps für Restaurants gegeben und war sehr freundlich und kinderlieb. Freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommen. Der Pool war leider nicht beheizt und deshalb sehr frisch.

Hannes+Beatrix (7/5): - Die Lage ist gut, die Restaurants an der Strandpromenade sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider war der Kaffee beim Frühstück ungeniessbar. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Zimmer sind nicht super isoliert, man hört jede Klospülung. Wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen.
