• Fontaine (10/5): - L'emplacement, le fait d'avoir un parking sous terrain. L'appartement est très grand. Très bien équipé (gel douche, papier toilette, mouchoirs, sopalin, huile...) Il ne fait pas complètement noir dans le chambre le matin. Il faudrait préférer un rideau occultant.
• ludivine (9/5): - Appartement bien placé avec garage. il est spacieux , vue sur l océan. Une piscine dans la résidence. Fernando nous a envoyé des vidéos explicatives très utiles pour l arrivée, l accès au garage... Proche de la promenade du Lido. Pour nous , l emplacement était parfait pour une première venue à Madère. Un lit plus grand serait un plus. Il y avait des travaux dans la résidence qui nous ont pas spécialement dérangés vu qu on se lève généralement tôt mais on aurait aimé avoir l information avant ( ou peut être que je ne l ai pas vu). La porte de la chambre est un peu difficile à fermer, et le cache serrure de la porte est à refixer mais ce sont des petits détails .

A propriedade distingue-se pela sua excelência, apresentando um elevado padrão de qualidade em todos os detalhes. Os espaços encontram-se impecavelmente cuidados, confortáveis e muito bem equipados, proporcionando um ambiente acolhedor e funcional. A localização é outro ponto forte, beneficiando de ótimos acessos que facilitam deslocações rápidas e cómodas, seja para lazer ou trabalho. Em suma, trata-se de um alojamento de referência, ideal para quem procura conforto, eficiência e um serviço de elevada qualidade. Recomendo sem qualquer reserva.
• Dariusz (10/5): Pobyt był bardzo udany – komfortowe mieszkanie, świetna lokalizacja i basen tylko dla nas! - Świetne miejsce – wszystko zgodne z opisem i w pełni spełniło moje oczekiwania. Duży plus za basen, z którego można było korzystać o każdej porze – przez cały pobyt był praktycznie pusty, więc pełen relaks. W pobliżu znajduje się galeria z marketem, więc zakupy i gotowanie nie stanowiły problemu, zwłaszcza że kuchnia była bardzo dobrze wyposażona, tak jak całe mieszkanie. Wnętrze czyste, przytulne i zadbane, widać że gospodarz dba o szczegóły. Kontakt z właścicielem był szybki i bezproblemowy. Idealne miejsce zarówno na krótki wypad, jak i dłuższy pobyt – z przyjemnością wrócę. Bardzo polecam!
• Groot (9/5): Top locatie dichtbij vele facaliteiten. - Locatie was vlakbij diverse restaurants en een winkelcentra. Openbaar vervoer stopt voor de deur. En je hebt een heerlijk uitzicht op de oceaan.

• Linda (10/5): - Appartamento stupendo, ben oltre le aspettative. Terrazzo che affaccia sull'oceano, camera e bagno molto grandi e puliti. La piscina è top. Siamo stati benissimo.
• Guillaume (8/5): Séjour très agréable avec un bon emplacement - L’emplacement est top, vue sur la mer et la Piscine est très agréable. Le logement est aussi proche des commerces. Manque de confort au niveau de la literie, et des équipements qui sont vieillissants.

• Christelle (8/5): Très bon emplacement pour visiter l’île - L’emplacement à proximité des commerces, restaurants et supermarché ouvert jusqu’à 23h, l’arrêt bus et même aérobus, la propreté, la disponibilité de notre hôte, l’accès à la piscine avec transat et parasol, la place de parking privée et le balcon pour prendre nos repas, accès possible à pied (ou footing) à Funchal et Camara de Lobos L’inconfort de la chambre : La literie nécessite d’être changée, il faisait chaud et pas de clim ni ventilateur, et beaucoup de bruit extérieur pour dormir la fenêtre ouverte.

We were able to enjoy beautiful views of the sea. Fernando provided very clear check in instructions. We would definitely stay here again
• Ruth (10/5): Lovely apartment. Communicative host - Spacious well equipped apartment. We found it nice and quiet, even though the road was nearby. Just a short walk down steps to the poolside, overlooking the sea. Sunbeds and umbrellas available. Comfortable bed and furnishings. We loved sitting on the balcony getting the afternoon sun. Some excellent restaurants, shops and coffee shops along the road behind the Forum. Plenty of buses for travelling around. Short walk to Pria Formosa. We had a great week. Check in and checkout was straightforward There was nothing we didn't like. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

• Thomas (7/5): Would stay again, but needs some attention to detail. - Good size apartment with good layout. Great bathroom and good kitchen. In a lovely area that we know well. Fernando was a good host and when called out as we left keys in apartment, was there in 20 minutes. A few small details, some of which were mentioned in previous reviews. Curtains are too long in living room and drag on the floor. Curtain rail fell off and had to be put back up. Balcony-lots of patches on the walls which are not great to look at. Balcony light not working. Microwave in kitchen has some bare metal at the front.

• Lucas (10/5): Exceptional - The house is located in a perfect area full of restaurantes and facilities around. Cleaning was on point. We had everything we needed to spend our vacation throughout 5 days. From kitchen appliances to bathroom amenities. The owner Fernando is very attentive and careful with the guest’s needed. Lovely place to stay. Definitely coming back.
• Marysia (8/5): I would definitely recommend the apartment as it suited our stay. - I liked the location as it was very central to everything we needed. The bus was directly outside the apartment and shopping centre across the street. There was also a car hire across the road. My only criticism would be that air conditioning would have made it more pleasant as it was extremely humid for a few days and difficult to sleep. The apartment did have a fan which helped but not at night.

• Agata (9/5): Superb - Good location, comfortable parking, nice swimming pool area, close to shopping center. The flat is very spacious. Cleaning service included 1/week, so it's nice for longer stays. The owner provided us with a monitor because we were working remotely from this flat. Good WiFi, big TV. Good contact with the host. Pictures should be updated, because the couch is different (much bigger and very comfortable) and there are no carpets and coffee table. Some equipment in the flat should be replaced or repaired, e.g. scratched pans, light on the balcony is not working, light switch in the bedroom and balcony are broken. Also on our arrival the host was late and she didn't explain us some stuff and we had to ask later via messages.
