• Regina (5/5): Okay for a couple of days - The location was good near the Vatican. Getting into the house is a labyrinth of keys, doors and hallways, a real pain to have to keep the key inside of the house to keep the electricity going. Difficult for people with luggage and or mobility issues. The shower is broken and the hot water isn’t enough for a couple of people. Sofa bed by the window is so noisy when you move around.

• garcía garcía (4/5): NO LA VOLVERÍA ALQUILAR - 1. A la mañana de alojarnos, me llama q tienen q entrar en la casa para la revisión de los extintores. Nosotras estábamos fuera y entraron dentro. Yo pregunto.. sabiendo desde hacía un mes q íbamos a estar, el Porq espera a estar nosotras para q gente forastera entren?? Sigo sin entenderlo 2. Las camas?? Buahhh. Una de matrimonio (incómoda) y las otras dos eran los sofares q se hacían cama, muy muy muy incómodos, tanto q cada vez q te movías parecía una acordeón y sonaba. Ve con la certeza q te levantarás con dolores de riñones 3. Las sartenes?? Nada de tortillas Porq salían quemadas, se pegaban nada más echar el huevo 4. La guinda al pastel a todos estos puntos fue q los 3 días q estuvimos no pudimos ducharnos, íbamos con críos y al estilo marrano. La llamé, le escribí y me respondía q si funcionaba cuando la revisaron. Les dije q no y me dijo q había q abrir el grifo y darle al botón . Así tal cual hice y seguía sin funcionar. Se lo comenté como 4 o 5 veces y su respuesta fue la misma, q siiii funcionaba. Quizás habría q hacer un Máster para hacerle funcionar, digo yo. NO FUNCIONABA RESUMIENDO::: no la volvería alquilar, para nada. Muy descontentos

• Elizabeth (10/5): Cute place hidden near the Vatican. - This was a very comfortable place for our family. It was hidden and quiet but close enough to hear the singing at night from the Vatican. It does have a lift and is gated. Nothing.

Well equipped kitchen. We were family with two kids and it was suitable. Nothing, everything was fine

• Patricia (7/5): Overall it was a comfortable stay, we had everything we needed for our short stay - Location close to Vatican Woke up with several bug bites, I think they were mosquitoes
• Mohamed (9/5): Superb - The location of the house is very nice, in the center of the city , near the Vatican, The house was very clean and comfortable, all the needed equipment was present. The communication with the owner was a bit difficult but it was not a very big problem. It's recommended for 4 people or 5 maximum.
• Karsten (8/5): Well placed flat for visiting Rome - Great position. Easy walking distance to the Vatican and also to Trastevere which we recommend for meals. The rooms were practical and the hosts instructions for getting in made the start interesting. We had trouble getting warm water the first day, but this problem disappeared completely afterwards.

• Maria (3/5): Nice location but otherwise not that good - + Good location close to the Vatican + A place to sit outside (but only one chair) - The appartement smells of mold - The cleaning isn't good enough and the table cloth outside is directly filthy - The apartment is very run down and would need renovation - Not enough glasses and other kitchen equipment - Only 3 kitchen chairs and only 1 outside - all very uncomfortable  - 5 doors/gates to pass to get to the apartment - if you follow the hosts directions (Tips to guests: If you follow the hosts video how to get to the apartment, you use the keys in following order: blue - yellow - "shiny" - pink - big (apartment door)  The yellow key can be a bit tricky. Insert the key and then pull it out very slightly, and it should work.  You don't have to use the hosts video how to get to/from apartment. If you take left leaving the apartment, you have a shortcut to Via delle Fornaci. You will have to pass a high staircase, though.) - No change of towels for 8 nights - Not enough toilet papper - Very filthy spunge for washing dishes - The washing machine belongs in the scrap yard  - No kitchen towels  - The bed sofa is uncomfortable and noisy - The double bed is very hard, like sleeping on a ironing board - The host was very unhelpful when we needed help with taxi to the airport

• Sofia (1/5): Horrible please for your own health do not stay there - Nothing at all Please don’t bring your family here!! I brought my four kids here and i immediate regretted it. Even though it was so close to the Vatican, it was not clean, it has black mold, the dishwasher does not work, the washer for clothes is not working and spilled water when you opened it. You put your clothes, no matter the program after hours of waiting you open it and the water pipes spill water out like a River and the clothes aren’t even clean. my family spend hours cleaning it with our own towels. We called Serena and they did not have the decency to leave more towels, and left us with no cleaning products. the kitchen does not have the basic necessities, not even dish clothes dry the dishes. When we had issues, Serena was very unhelpful. My kids and I left with congestion from the black mold. The beds were questionable and we were so disgusted to sleep on them. The place was horrible in and out . When we first arrived, We waited for them to show up with the keys, but it took hours in the heat of summer.
• Graham (4/5): Good location. Amenities need some tending to - Ac was great. General location was good. Owner helped us check-in early, which was appreciated. Owner didn't follow through. She didn't send directions how to get there and it was hard to find even with google maps. Beds were uncomfortable. The water pressure was horrible and we didn't have hot water all week, despite the owner telling us there was. I messaged her about it every day for a week, but no change. There is a huge set of stairs to climb every time you leave the apartment. Fortunately my kids are up for lots of leg workouts. It was rough.
• Luz (7/5): Fair for the price - Location. Very close to the Vatican Keys didn't work. Instead to use main entrance, I have to use another entrance with a huge stair that made us very uncomfortable when we had to leave the place.

• Meganmcl26 (6/5): Pleasant - The location was central We were told that it was accessible as one of our party has a mobility issue but it very much wasn't, its only accessible by going up a very steep hill or down many steps. It also wasn't very well maintained
• Helena (5/5): Passable - Good location good master bed Very poor communication with the owner, never got told to use WhatsApp until the last minute when hardly any power left on my phone for the only intructions coming as a video to get the key from a flower pot. Never met the owner who was supposed to take our passports photos. She hanged up on me 3 times and we waited 40 min to get in without clear instructions. Even checking out instructions came too late . Owner said to leave the keys on the table but it was not possible to leave the place without the 5 keys you need to get in and out through all the doors. It felt like the owner or manager hasn't been to the place before.
• Melissa (1/5): disappointed - very close to the Basilica, many stores and restaurants near the place - old/rusty furnitures - smelly/moldy room - you can hear the gushing water outside the bathroom - used covers of comforter - lack of kitchen furnitures - difficult to reach the house

• Imane (1/5): i do not recommand - Nothing ! not similar to the photos and description ! -1st the owner is not on-time ! told me that she is coming in 10 min, I waited 1 hour under the rain ! -2nd it was not clean ! the sheets and the duvet were not clean ! it was smelling bad, I asked the owner to provide clean material she refused ! -3rd the location is not convenient ! it was high up ! lot of stairs to reach the building
• Katerina (1/5): Bad - DON'T STAY THERE! UNSAFE! The apartment is very filthy and extremely worn out. And your car will get broken into like ours (read the reviews for more theft victims amongst the guests) when you use the recommended parking space mentioned by the owner. Everything was terrible: the lack of hygiene, the communication with the unwilling host, the poor condition of the property itself. The photographs are deceitful. Even the location was disappointing, though close to the city center the apartment is at the top of a high hill, very difficult to reach. Within the hour after checking in, all of our luggage was stolen by breaking the rear window of our car. This is a very common phenomenon in the particular area as we found out later by friendly residents of the apartment complex as well as by the police. The host seems conveniently unaware of such well known criminal activities. Rather suspicious that the host insisted on our parking our car just outside the apartment and her laconic reaction afterwards.
