- Verified traveler (2/5): 개별 난방이 되지 않는 점을 참고하십시오. - 개별 난방이 되지 않고 중앙난방 형식이라 프론트에서 각 방의 온도가 22도~23도 정도 되면 그 방의 난방을 끕니다. 덕분에 겨울에 자다가 추워서 벌떡 깨는 경험을 할 수 있습니다. 그러면 부랴부랴 프론트에 전화해서 난방을 공급해 달라고 해야 합니다. 이 호텔이 제공하는 서비스에 정말 놀랐습니다.

- dohyun (2/5): 출장 이용 후기 - 가운은 봉투에 담겨있지 않았고, 겨드랑이 쪽 머리카락 나와서 안입었어요. 어메니티는 어떤사람들의 손을 탔을것 같아서 안썼어요. 컨센트는 사진과 같이 모두 벽에서 분리되어 있어요. 난방기구 전원 아예 안들어와요. 화장실 휴지는 거의 다 쓴채로 걸려있어요. 변기는 물을 내리면 물이 하얘졌지만, 금새 노란 물이 살짝 올라왔어요. 장점 : 문 이중잠금장치 있음. 전기장판 있음.

- SUAE (6/5): 잘이용하다갔습니다 하지만...something wrong - 조식이 한식도있고 양식도있음. 연박을 한 케이스인데 추가결제 했음에도 불구하고 조식값은 따로라고 받아감. 방도 따뜻했고 잘 이용했지만 서비스요금 두 번 받아간 거 같아서 막판에 안좋았다. -> breakfast : korean and western -> I already paid for service fee but host said breakfast do NOT include it. So I paid twice.

- JUNG WOO (10/5): 다시가고 싶은 호텔!! - 가족과 다음날 일찍 우포늪에 갈려고 지역만 보고 예약했는데 상당히 깨끗하고 아늑한 분위기였습니다! 특히 음악과 예술을 사랑하는 사장님!! 화려하진 않지만 사장님 가족과 같이먹는 소박한 아침식사!! 날풀리면 우포늪갈때 다시 갈렵니다!!

- Verified traveler (6/5): - 좋지도 나쁘지도 않았으나, 객실이 깨끗하다는 느낌을 받지 못하였음. 조금 더 신경을 썼으면 하고, 조식도 다른 호텔과 마찬가지로 뷔페식으로 늘렸으면 합니다. 호텔에 손님이 많이 오게끔 하기 위해서는 홍보도 중요하겠지만, 호텔의 위치가 너무 좋지 않아 주변에 즐길거리가 없어 아쉬움이 있습니다.

As a person of color visiting restaurants and other enmities was met with displeasure from the locals. I felt unwelcome while ordering food at restaurants and visiting shops. People would follow me to make sure I don't steal from them. It was very insulting. I don't recommend this area for people of color, who are sensitive and are easily offended. The hotel is great though.
