• Jason (6/5): Goede ligging. Appartement oké. Gebouw mist sfeer. - Ruime kamer. Prima uitzicht. Appartement was schoon. Het warme water was snel op. De tweede douche had vaak koud water. Het trappenhuis oogt zwaar verouderd. En donker van binnen. Sfeerloos. Het rook overal muf. Dit lijkt mij makkelijk op te lossen met wat automatische geurdispensers. En wat gezellige aankleding. Soms liep je een trap op en liep je de donkerte in voordat het licht aansprong. Het was wel netjes en keurig schoon overal. De speelkamer was voorzien van dartbord, sjoelbak, pingpong tafel. En kinderspeelhuis met speelgoed. Veel zaken niet werkend. Dart Pijltjes met gebogen punten, pingpong batjes kapot, geen balletjes.

• Magdalena (8/5): Polecam - W apartamencie było wszystko czego potrzeba na krótki urlop, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, nawet tabletki do zmywarki, papier do pieczenia czy kilka torebek kawy 👍🏼 położenie hotelu super, niby na uboczu ale wszędzie blisko. Bardzo cicho, miałam wrażenie że jesteśmy sami w hotelu, nikogo nie było słychać, żadnych ludzi na basenie 👍🏼 Winda dojeżdża tylko do 3 piętra w dół, resztę pięter trzeba pokonać schodami (apartament z tarasem znajduje się na piętrze 0- czyli 7 pięter w dół) Łóżeczko dziecięce, za które była dodatkowa opłata było potargane i śmierdziało pleśnią czy stara piwnicą, lepiej zabrać swoje.
• Jeroen (8/5): Fijn accomodatie op een prima plek. - Voor twee personen veel ruimte. Goede bedden. Snel warm water en goede douche. Er waren wat kleine gebreken. Die hebben we gemeld en hopen dat die voor de volgende huurders zijn opgelost.
• Wolfgang (4/5): Werden diese Wohnung auf keinen Fall mehr buchen. - Die Lage. Der Mensch der zur Reparatur kam. Der Boden ist kaputt. Die Spülmaschine ließ sich nicht ausschalten. Es gab Schimmel in der Wohnung und im Flur. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war unzureichend.

• Larisa (10/5): - A fost curățenie, tot ceea ce era necesar era în bucătărie. Piscina si sauna incluse în preț au fost un mare, mare plus! Totul foarte ok. Daca este soare poți sta pe terasă să te bronzezi! Pârtiile sunt foarte aproape.

• Laetitia (6/5): Goed zonder meer - De locatie was top, heel dicht bij de piste en dicht bij het centrum. Het uitzicht was ook aangenaam op de heuvels en bomen De kamer met het stapelbed was zo klein dat er heel weinig frisse lucht was. Dit zorgde voor claustrophobie bij de 2 die hier slaapten. We kregen de verwarming maar niet uit en deze was super warm. Het appartement was niet gezellig doordat alles zo wit was met slechte belichting. Het matras van het grote bed was ook slecht en oud. Het was zeer duur voor was het was. Er hing ook een heel slechte geur in de gang van het gebouw op oonze vloer.
• Brouwer (7/5): Perfecte ligging. Wel kleine studio. - Het is heel centraal gelegen tegenover de pistes. De woning was netjes schoon. Je mag het geen appartement noemen. Is een kleine studio. 2 persoonsbed in woonkamer en een krakend stapelbed. Dit was wel jammer want hierdoor slecht kunnen slapen. De matrassen zijn wel goed. Het is heel erg warm in de kamer en deze is niet zelf in te stellen. (Thermostaat stond op 5 graden)

• Inge (8/5): Heerlijke vakantie met veel goede sneeuw in Winterberg - Locatie is super. Bijna aan de piste Staat van het appartement is wat verouderd. Verwarming is duidelijk gedateerd en weerbarstig te bedienen. 2 standen, luidruchtig te warm of te koud. Bediening wc is van dezelfde kwaliteit, bijna geen spoeling of een grote spoeling die maar blijft lopen omdat de bedieningsplaat niet meer goed werkt. Geen stopcontact op de de kleine slaapkamer is ook wel wat arm. Het lijkt allemaal gemaakt door klussers die nog veel moesten leren. Een douche cabine die niet goed open kan omdat de wc en het badmeubel de deuren blokkeren is gewoon slecht bedacht. Als je 1321 euro betaalt voor 4 nachten in een klein appartementje vind ik wel dat je een betere kwaliteit mag verwachten. Mijn broer had een ultramodern appartement verderop in de straat , super verzorgd alles nieuw voor 900 euro. Maar wel 7 minuten lopen van de piste. Locatie heeft zijn prijs.

• Sylko (10/5): Alles in Allem super und kommen sehr bald wieder. - Die Lage war perfekt!!! Nur über die Strasse und man ist am Skiliftkarussell. Skiverleih und Restaurants sind ebenfalls ums Eck… Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür… Alles super! Trotz des Fahrstuhls mussten wir noch 2 Etagen nach unten absteigen. Das ist für junge Leute kein Problem aber im Alter teilweise schon beschwerlich.
• S. (7/5): Ruim appartement voor 2 personen op centrale locatie. - Prima locatie tegenover de ski-lift. Ruim appartement voor 2 personen met balkon en uitzicht aan de achterzijde. Beschrijving waar je precies kunt parkeren ontbrak in de aankomstpapieren Je komt aan de voorkant het gebouw binnen op de 7e etage, ons appartement lag op de 5e etage aan de achterzijde, dat lager lag, maar wel weer op dezelfde verdieping als de parkeergarage (5e verdieping) . Dat was zoeken. Appartement was redelijk schoon, enigszins gedateerd, inhoud keuken was beperkt(maar 1 wijnglas). Veel verlengsnoeren. In de badkamer zat het paneel van het toilet los. In de woonkamer een 2 persoons bed dat in het midden erg doorgezakt was. Stapelbed (3e en 4e bed) in aparte ruimte heel erg krap, deze aparte ruimte lijkt meer een kast.
• Lisanne (7/5): Prima locatie voor een paar dagen Winterberg. - Hele goede locatie als je wil gaan skieen. Tegenover de lift en apres ski. Appartementen zijn wel gedateerd, maar prima voor een paar dagen. Bed was goed. We hadden 3 appartement. 1 was in de kelder, daar moet je wel een paar trappen voor af met je koffer. Lift komt niet helemaal beneden. Dit appartement had ook allerlei mankementen aan de douche. Douchestang hing los, ventilator maakte geluid. Maar mocht ik nog een keer naar winterberg gaan, dan zou ik dit toch wel weer boeken.
• Liesbeth (9/5): - Prachtige omgeving en een mooi appartement! Mijn meiden willen zelfs nog een keer gaan. Eigenlijk niets..
• Fam. Blewanus (6/5): Voor de prijs prima je moet niet te veel verwachten. - Locatie, goed internet, dicht bij rodelbaan, wandeling, gratis parkeren. De onderhoud van het huisje. Je mag niet zeuren voor de prijs maar het was bij aankomst effe schakelen. Hele app moeten downloaden voor regels, wifi code,waar je mag parkeren, wasmachine niet in het huisje wel in het gebouw. Douche lekte verschrikkelijk maar er was wel schoongemaakt! Voor de prijs prima je moet niet te veel verwachten. Kinder slaapkamer is echt claustrofobisch zelfs voor een 10er. En de bovenburen hebben een hond en al de haren komen op het balkon te liggen. En de bank is helemaal door gezeten. Alles was het net niet... Wel in de avond heel stil.

• Susanne (8/5): Prima appartement. Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. - Erg gemakkelijk. We waren een half uur te vroeg. Gelukkig was het al mogelijk om sleutel te halen bij het “automaat”. Zwembad en sauna waren toch wel erg fijn! Strakke en moderne meubilair, precies zoals foto’s. Schoon bij aankomst. Ook fijn dat de aanbieder / (mede) eigenaar ook Nederlands kan schrijven. We sliepen op 2e etage. Uitzicht op de bomen, terwijl er anders was geadverteerd. Balkon met onkruid. Met gezin is het te doen voor een korte periode (midweek, )maar met 4 volwassenen zou het wat krap aan voelen. We hadden plek in garage, maar wegens de verbouwing kon dat niet.

Goede ijskast en kookgelegeheid Het bed was niet fijn .erg dunne matras en je rolt er naar het midden de topper was echt op . Je hoort echt alles het rennen van de boven buren en de deuren van de andere apartementen .ook waren er werkzaam heden om 7.30 al aan het boren . Het parkeren was niet goed geregeld vaak was het vol of niet goed geparkeerd door iemand op 2 plekken .

• Derek (1/5): HORRIFIC HOST. AVOID. Host name:- BRINK. Avoid these people! - Location. The building had a swimming pool and games room. Please read the "didn't like section!" It was HORRIFIC! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! The host "BRINK". AT ALL COSTS. HORRIFIC HOST! DO NO USE BRINK. I asked for 2 sets of keys! Wow, he went mad. He did eventually agree to change the locks as this would be quicker to get a spare set of keys. He was doing me a big favour and he says he has 3000 guests and no-one else has ever asked for another set of keys! (Even if you are at a hotel for 1 night, you will get 2 sets of keys! We were here for 14 nights!) However, he only sent the caretaker to change the lock on the front door of the flat. I had to pay a 50Euro deposit for this partial set of keys. I had no problem with this. He gave us a fob for the building, and a front door key. This meant we had one full set of keys( 1 fob, and 2 keys) and a half set of keys. (1 fob and 1 key). A massive problem! But he doesn't see it as a problem. He says use the keysafe where we got the keys. This is 2km from our apartment! Ridiculous!! Walk 2km to put keys in a keysafe, then walk back past the apartment on the way to the village! So that's a 4km detour to put keys in a keysafe!! He just has no idea what he's suggesting!!! Then he tells us to hide the keys outside, or the caretaker suggests leaving the patio door open! We are on the ground floor, 20metres from a public footpath! We had lots of IT equipment. I would not do any of those things in my own house ,so I'm not doing it in an apartment block in Germany!! You need a fob to get into the building and to use the pool/games area and for the bins. You need a key to get into the room and a key to get out to the patio. The keys are on tamper-proof keyrings, so you can't take keys off. If we could have left the patio key in the apartment, job done, we wouldn't have had any problems. But NO. We found that when I went out biking in the morning till 2pm,when I got back, my partner had stayed to sun herself on the patio, but wanted to go out at 12.30pm.

• Shaivya (8/5): Nice apartment with a breathtaking view! - The place was really nice; we had an amazing view from the backyard which can also be the starting point of a nice hike! The rooms were clean and tidy. There were many games in the leisure room, like table tennis and darts, also a nice swimming pool. The heater in the main (living) room didn't work and it got quite cold during the night; and the shower door was kinda broken, so it was leaking a bit.

• Martijn (7/5): Great stay, but with room for improvement. - The location was great, as well as the appartment complex. The appartment itself was alright for three grown-ups. The balcony and panorama view were great. We had a pleasant stay. The appartment appeared clean, but on further inspection seemed like it was rarely vacuumed. The awning on the balcony faltered a lot. The metal bunk bed creaked so much that it was unsleepable. We found no information regarding emergencies and urgent situations.

• Wietse (8/5): Top location for a great price - Ideal central location, close to the centre of the city and the walking trails. Ground floor was perfect for our dog. We practically had a private pool as it was not so busy.
• D (9/5): Super! - Realy nice location and super appartment. The host was friendly and the property was clean and well equipped. The skiing was okay, the kids love it and there are enough restaurants but can also cook at home.

• Christine (7/5): Good - Location was very good in close proximity to the ski slopes, restaurants and the main town. Parking directly in front of the house. Ski room and swimming pool available. Apartment very small which is not ideal for a skiing trip where you have a lot of luggage and every day clothes to dry. You had to pay for towels and bedding extra. In the bathroom soap and shower mat was missing. In the kitchen there was no cleaning liquid, no kitchen towels, no salt, pepper and sugar and only two tablets for dishwasher. For all this money it would be good if you not have to bring or buy all this essential stuff.
