• Fabio (2/5): Pessimo. - Lo staff era gentile, caffè e gipfel sempre a disposizione gratuitamente. Doccia grande e acqua molto calda. Mezzi pubblici a 5 minuti e vari ristoranti nei dintorni. Rumore: la ferrovia davanti fa un caos infernale ogni tre minuti; alle 8:30 la signora delle pulizie accendeva l'aspirapolvere; dalla stanza vicina arrivava musica molto forte oppure gemiti esagerati. Inoltre il wi-fi funzionava molto male, e il letto era molto scomodo. Ho dormito malissimo per una settimana! Inoltre il lavello nel corridoio era piccolo e scomodo per lavarsi i denti dovevi sputare l'acqua come un lama perché la mensola sopra impediva di avvicinare la testa. Infine la foto: sembra di andare in un palazzo signorile, ma in realtà è l'edificio contiguo accanto.
• Lucas (3/5): Não indico, péssimo serviço de quarto. - A localização é excelente. O serviço de quarto foi péssimo, mas o estopim foi terem deixado a porta do quarto aberta em um dos dias. As camareiras frequentemente esqueciam de trocar o shampoo e o sabonete, além de não organizarem o quarto adequadamente, e, para piorar, ainda deixaram a porta aberta no último dia. Já viajei por 19 países, nunca tinha visto isso em outros hotéis.

• Loibl (2/5): Still shocked and confused about the whole experience. Why does Booking.com allow this? Ending up in a „Stundenhotel“ a - In hindsight it was one of the absurdest experiences of my life and I did not like it. As a single female traveller on a business trip this hotel is definitely NOT suitable. This place is a discreet couples hotel / Stundenhotel which is not mentioned in the description on booking.com but must be made obvious! Bed is uncomfortable, barely any lighting in the room/bathroom, no desk/table to work. I was shocked once I realised the type of establishment I accidentally found myself in.

• Klaus (5/5): Sehr zentrale Lage. Sauber. nach vorne durch die S-Bahn sehr laut. Einzelzimmer Nr.32 sehr eng - die zentrale Lage war gut. Die kostenlosen Croissants am Morgen eine schöne Geste Die S-Bahnen fahren genau hier eine Kurve. Und das nahezu rund um die Uhr. Zimmer nach vorn sind nichts für Geräuschempfindliche. Dass das Hotel auch stundenweise gemietet werden kann, fand ich nicht so sympathisch, hatte aber keine unmittelbaren AUswirkungen auf meine Unterkunft

E' ovvio che non è un 5 stelle, ma ci sono stato bene e ci tornerei. Arredamento con alcuni dettagli "curiosi" e un feeling un po' Germania Est, hanno dato un tocco di colore. La colazione non è servita ma c'è una stanza per fare colazione attrezzata (bollitore, macchina caffè) dove trovi brioche calde la mattina, bonus inaspettato e apprezzato.

• oneida (9/5): Hermosas vacaciones en Viena y durmiendo en el hotel Goldene Spinne - La ubicación excelente cerca de todos los sitios de interés ubicados en el casco antiguo y a pasos de la estación Wien Mitten donde se toma el metro para trasladarse dentro de la ciudadad y el tren para ir al aeropuerto. La comodidad y limpieza de la habitación para una sola persona, el baño suficiente y buen fluido de agua fria y caliente, a pesar de estar mi habitación frente a una de las estaciones por donde pasa el tren, la clave estaba en ajustar bien la ventana anti ruido que cierra a presión y el ruido se mitigaba por completo. El detalle de darle al huesped cuando llega una botella de champaña bien fria y tomar gratis un buen cafe en la mañana con croissant recien horneados, es un detalle muy agradable. Tambien, la atención del señor Samir una excelente persona muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo al viajero, ademas de hablar varios idiomas hizo muy agradable mi estadia, pues habla un perfecto frances, idioma con el que pude comunicarme y recibir sus orientaciones e instrucciones. Tambien la señora Diana, excelente persona dispuesta a colaborar y orientar en todo con un estilo muy amable y alegre, quien en ocasiones utilizaba el traductor para que yo entendiera bien lo que me decia en ingles, siempre buscaba la manera de ayudar. Definitivamente es un hotel para llegar a descansar y dormir despues de estar todo el dia en la calle. No es un hotel lujoso pero presta muy buen servicio al turista, esta en muy buenas condiciones y al tener a estas personas en su staff permiten que el turista tenga una excelente estadia. Volveria a hospedarme alli. Gracias a estas personas y al hotel La falta de amabilidad de un empleado de la recepción cuyo nombre desconozco, este señor debería saber que ser amable no es un castigo, ni un sacrificio y por el contrario es bueno para el turista y para el hotel en el cual trabaja.

• Madeleine (7/5): Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist es ein gutes Hotel! - Das Personal war extrem freundlich. Ich konnte meinen Rucksack fast einen halben Tag lang nach dem Auschecken bei der Rezeption deponieren. Die Waschbecken waren etwas klein.

Bez problemu można zostawić przed zameldowaniem i po wymeldowaniu bagaż. Rano czeka pyszna kawa z ekspresu i świeżutki Crossaint. Całą dobę jest dostęp do niewielkiej kuchenki z czajnikiem i lodówką. Cieplutko w pokoju pomimo mrozu na zewnątrz. Wszystko ok

• Francesca (7/5): Good hotel, moderately comfortable, perfect position - The hotel is in a very central position. The room was very clean, and appeared to be recently renovated. Bed was comfortable. Although above a busy road, the room was silent. The staff was very kind. The entrance of my room was literally in the bathroom. It is not a big deal, but because there was no space, the sink was super small and it was very impractical to brush teeth etc. The room is very silent apart from the corridor, because the door is not blocking any noise. In the morning (at 9:20) somebody opened my room while I was in bed, without knocking (I guess cleaning stuff). In general, very expensive for what you get.

• Nicolas (9/5): Très bon séjour - La chambre était spacieuse, avec une terrasse et une grande salle de bain (petit plus pour la grande baignoire). Nous avons pu récupérer la chambre à 10h30. Contrairement à certains avis, nous n'avons pas entendu de bruits de train la nuit. Des croissants et du café sont proposés au petit déjeuner. Le seul petit "aléas" est le niveau de chauffage qui est très élevé.

• Gleb (7/5): As a first trip - it was pretty acceptable! - It was my first time going on a trip abroad alone, and I was pretty satisfied with what I got for the money! The location is really comfortable - a train station and a big shopping center nearby, and several trams going straight to the center, main attractions and other train stations if needed. Staff is excellent, answered to all the inquiries that occurred through-out the stay and were overall really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is free, and they let me leave my luggage at the reception when I checked out early in the day while having a flight in the evening. The room was a bit bigger than what I expected (was expecting a small room with no space at all - got a pretty regular room). Wi-Fi is free, but feels a bit icky for most of the time (had to constantly reconnect), but it was pretty much unpreventable since I was living on the 3.5th floor and the network seemed to be based at the bottom. My main personal complaint though is the bed - couldn't sleep for half of the trip from how hard the bed was. It might be fine for other people, but it almost killed my back, genuinely. Also the noise that the radiator made in the night was a bit annoying - but it was not constant and I adapted pretty quickly.

• YOSHICHIKA (8/5): 本当にオススメです - 空港直通の駅からすぐなのでとても便利でした。駅にはモールがあり、何も困りません。公園もすぐなので朝のお散歩に最適です！ 朝食も無料でコーヒーとクロワッサンがいただけます。 シングルでしたが部屋は広いです お掃除もとても丁寧にモップがけされていて本当に清潔です！ 小さなホテルですが、クリスマスの飾り付けもされていて、なんだかスタッフみんながこのホテルを愛おしく思っている感じがしました。 次回も絶対ここにしようと思いました。 バスタブがあるのですが、扉がないのでシャワーをすると絶対に水が飛び散ります　そーっとそーっと丁寧にシャワー浴びましたが飛び散りました それでも次回もここにしようと思えるホテルでした。
