Personel dbał o każdy detal, szybko reagował na potrzeby gości i tworzył bardzo przyjemną atmosferę od samego rana. Śniadania były smaczne, świeże i różnorodne, a profesjonalizm obsługi sprawił, że każdy poranek był prawdziwą przyjemnością. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i z chęcią wrócę ponownie. Delikatnym rozczarowaniem była restauracja a’la carte kawa podana była zimna i nie smaczna

- Andrew (10/5): Tasteful hotel with great staff who genuinely want to provide excellent service. - Room was very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. I really liked the bar. The breakfast was pleasant but would be even better if some hot food could be included in the linseed buffet. That would be more in keeping with other five star hotels in Europe based on my personal experience.
- Rufie (10/5): 最高でした！また行きたい - チェックインのスタッフからレストランまで全てのスタッフがフレンドリーで素敵でした。 夜も朝食もホテルのレストランで頂きましたがとても美味しかったです。 ただし前日にクラクフで食べたミシュラン星つきレストランには敵いませんが 最高級ホテルのレストランの割に お値段も高過ぎずゴージャスな店内でしたがスタッフの対応も良くリラックスして過ごせました。 ヨーロッパの５つ星ホテルは差が大きく行ってみないと分からないことが多いですが、 ベッドの寝心地もバスルームもお部屋の清掃もまるで日本のラグジュアリーホテルと同じで最高品質でした。 さすがラッフルズホテルです！ ありません敢えて言うならホテル内のアイス屋さんに行った際に誰もおらず 少し待っておばさんが戻ってきたのですが何も挨拶もなく最後まで愛想のない接客だったのが 売ってる紅茶やジャムをお土産にしようかと思っていましが買う気が起きませんでした。

I didn’t stay overnight there, but I had a chance to see the hotel from the outside and spend some time in the lobby. Honestly, it looks amazing. From the outside, the building is beautiful and very elegant, and inside it’s even more impressive. The lobby feels luxurious but also very calm and welcoming. It really gives a special atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and polite. I especially want to mention Ms. Ania, who was very kind and helpful. She made a really good impression on me. Even though I didn’t stay there, I can say it feels like a top-quality hotel. Maybe next time I will book a room for sure.

Stunning Posh Hotel- clean, well decorated. I got a butter who provided me a tour for he facilities the first day. Was blown away! 2. Room- Spacious modern and chic! everything from the lights to the curtains is done thru a digital panel located next to your bed. I got upgrades as also Part of AMEX and couldn’t be more Obsess with the room size and views ULTIMATE LUXURIOUS! 3. Breakfast / Resturant eas small but super elegant - felt like Royalty when having my breakfast. Service eas on point! I cannot speak about the price since this was also complementary of AMEX Platinum 4. Location- was the absolute BEST! Walking distance to the old Town, to the new town where the bars and restaurants are located! Like seriously I leave the hotel one day at 10AM and came back at 9PM cuz there was so much going around the area. 5. Service- Absolute BEST!!!! Kudos to all of them. I had the opportunity to enjoy a spa massage thanks to the front desk who found me an appointment the same day I was catching my flight back to NYC. Overall was such an incredible and outstanding experience. Will not be my last planning to bring my sister and mom to this gorgeous place. Cheers!

- SJC0nlan (10/5): First class stay at historic Raffles Europejski Warsaw - We have just spent a fantastic 7 nights at Raffles. Centred on the Royal Route and the Old Town, it couldn't be in a better location. The hotel has a modern and welcoming atmosphere with lots of knowledgeable and polite staff on hand to help with all of our needs and questions. We had room 303 - which was first class +. Spacious, spotless, quiet, fantastic views, windows that open (!) with every amenity we needed. As with all hotels, its the staff who make it what it is and Raffles knows this. The reception, concierge, car/baggage staff, guys in the hotel bar, the house-keeping and butler service (Oliver) were all exemplary. The food in the dining room (breakfast) was delicious and we really enjoyed the Arnold Bennett omlette. Special thanks however go to Marta; Olivia and Peter and of course Bozena with whom we shared so many lovely chats. All fantastic brand ambassadors for Raffles. Sincere thanks for our memorable stay.

- Iryna (8/5): Un hôtel magnifique avec un service exceptionnel, mais une restauration à améliorer - Le niveau de professionnalisme de la réception est exemplaire. L’équipe est efficace, attentive et parfaitement formée, offrant un service digne des meilleurs établissements internationaux. Le spa est également d’un niveau exceptionnel, avec une qualité de service irréprochable et une véritable attention portée au client. L’hôtel lui-même est magnifique, élégant et parfaitement entretenu, avec une atmosphère qui reflète le positionnement haut de gamme de la marque. La restauration ne correspond malheureusement pas au niveau attendu d’un hôtel de cette catégorie. Le principal problème semble être un manque de constance et de contrôle de qualité. L’expérience gastronomique varie sensiblement d’un service à l’autre, ce qui crée une impression d’incohérence incompatible avec les standards du luxe. Le service en chambre constitue le point le plus critique. Les délais d’attente sont excessivement longs. Lors de notre séjour, l’attente pour un plat a dépassé une heure. Ce type de délai est inacceptable dans un établissement de ce niveau et indique un dysfonctionnement clair dans l’organisation du service. Le żurek, plat emblématique que nous connaissons bien et apprécions particulièrement, était le moins réussi que nous ayons goûté à Varsovie. Cela confirme l’impression générale d’un manque de rigueur et de cohérence en cuisine. Dans son ensemble, le restaurant Europejski Grill nécessite une amélioration significative afin d’atteindre le niveau attendu et de s’aligner avec l’excellence du reste de l’hôtel.

- DFM_Diego (10/5): An Unforgettable Private Dining Experience - Simply outstanding. We hosted a private dinner here, and every dish was so beautifully presented and full of flavor that choosing a favorite felt impossible. Of the three starters, the beef tartare was exceptional — delicate, perfectly seasoned, with subtle soy notes and an exquisite texture. The pumpkin velouté was creamy, refined, and deeply comforting. For the main course, the chateaubriand with peppercorn sauce was impeccably prepared, tender with a gentle smoky touch. It was equally difficult to choose among the many side dishes, but the potato gratin truly stood out, as did the handmade pierogi. The venue itself is superb — elegant and tastefully decorated, with charming hand-painted plates in various sizes adding a unique character to the space. A must-visit!

- Marcin (10/5): Wspaniały pobyt - Obiekt kameralny, udało mi się otrzymać pokój o wcześniejszej godzinie co było bardzo miłe. Piękna strefa SPA choć brak w niej leżaków. Hotel jest piękny i daje uczucie luksusu. Obsługa na śniadaniu troszkę niezorientowana, tak samo w recepcji. Chociaż Pan w recepcji przy wymeldowaniu był bardzo pomocny. Duży minus za pobieranie depozytu w hotelu takiej klasy.

- Stradchow (10/5): First Raffles Stay, Won’t Be My Last! - Stayed here for my birthday. Great service all around. Delicious cake was already in my room when we arrived. A very nice pool / spa which we enjoyed. Breakfast was half buffet with a menu. The buffet was a bit on the smaller side but beautifully presented. What really blew me away was the breakfast service. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was professional and pleasant. I am saying this because I just woke up in a very grumpy mood and she made my day better! Would love to stay here again next time I’m in town!

- Anna (8/5): - Hotel jest nieustannie piękny , ma świetny wystrój , wszechobecną sztukę, wygodne łóżka i cudowne poduszki. Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna. Obsługa na recepcji przemiła i pomocna. Niestety trochę spadł poziom czystości , szczególnie łazienek i jakość śniadań. To już nie jest to samo śniadanie co jeszcze pół roku temu . Wędliny słabej jakości , kiełbaski polskie nie są już te same. Najgorsze jednak jest zachowanie obsługi w Long Barze i jakość drinków. Pewnych rzeczy obsługa tej klasy baru nie powinna się dopuszczać. Myślę , że pan Krzysztof (o ile dobrze zapamiętałam) powinien zrobić rachunek sumienia. Oczekiwanie na drinki bardzo długie , mimo iż byłam o różnych porach (nawet przy praktycznie pustym barze).
