- EFREMOV Eduard (10/5): - Everything was great at Premier Village, they made a lot of efforts to make our stay very confortable
- Shirley (9/5): Amazing villas - will come back again - The villas are beautiful and very clean. Very good breakfast and nice beach. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful . They gave us a late check out without hassle or extra charge. Nothing - everything was perfect!
- brendony726 (10/5): Amazing experience in paradise! - What an amazing place from the time we arrived to the time we left! The location, facilities and activities were so entertaining. A special shout out to the staff who were always so friendly, super polite and attentive to our needs. We did an In Villa BBQ and Windi our waiter was sooooo good, the best waiter we have ever had, he was so lovely, polite, respectful and friendly. We were very impressed with his great service. Special compliments to the chef who cooked all the food to perfection and made the dining experience truly remarkable!
- 444olessyak (8/5): overvalued hotel, 4.5 out of 5 - I will start with 2 big inconveniencies first:
1) Buggy issue. Due to the very big territory of hotel you need to pick up buggy to get from one point to another. And it takes you sometimes up to 20 minutes waiting. General, you can spend more than 40 minutes to wait for buggy, get to one point, do some things there & getting back.
Taking into account that Phu Quoc island & the hotel are very family vacation you need to keep in mind that 'no rush, no hurry' atmosphere is typical here. But its better to spend this waiting time for something else - swimming for example.
2) All inclusive is NOT typical All inclusive. If you used to Al meal system in Turkey or Dominican Republic for example, here it is not so. Moreover, it is Al with many restrictions. For example, your Al menu will contain only 3 fresh juices (when in paid menu there are more than 10). Lunch & dinner you need to choose from limited Al menu as well, not buffet system. There are a few buffet dinners during the week & you can choose. All the rest is A-la carte menu (of course, you should pay for it). Or limited Al menu. You will definitely not be hungry. But you need to be prepared that it is not Al, it is more likely limited FB with limited beverages.
Due to this some of the staff always tryes to give you paid menu, even if you show the Al bracelet. One day we even put a complaint - because we paid for everything in avdance & we definitely do not want to control the staff who wants to make money on top of our payment.
Now about good things.
1) Special thanks to all the personnel - especially to food & beverages managers: Viet, Vi, Khu Khan & Khan (he is responsible for the beach zone meal & beverages). You are so caring & supportive. Due to your attentiveness & all the best you did for us it was a perfect stay & atmosphere. We feel how maby efforts you devoted to make our stay very comfortable & perfect. Many thanks for all the previleges & service you did for us. It is entirely your merit that we were left with such a wonderful impressions.
2) All the villas were clean, cleaning personnel does its work very well.
3) One day we felt some chemical smell in our villa, and the hotel gave us another one - more private & separate. Hope this problem with the smell will be solved.
4) The villa system. Even if you are 2 people, you can book villa & divide each floor between only two people :)) It is good whe one person likes cool air, and another - warm air.
5) The beach is very good, there are enough of sunbeds & sunshades. But please take care because of the sun. In April the sun is very hot.
6) Spa service&maasage are very nice. We were especially impressed by sound bowls master-class that Ms, Yuri did. After that sound you feel very calm & relaxed.
7) The hotel is situated in a private distant part of the island. It is good because there will be no stangers or crowds. But due to distance there are no cafes or supermarkets nearby. So, it is better to take Al system (taking into account the peculiarities of it).
General impression: very good, but not 'wow'. And I would like to put 4.5 out of 5 stars & leave 0.5 stars for further improvement.

- Victoria (10/5): Exceptional - A gorgeous location and a stunning villa. We loved our time there and didn’t want to leave. A special thanks to Bao, his service was excellent. The buffet breakfast was a highlight too Not applicable because everything was amazing
- E3567NWcarolinan (10/5): A stay in paradise for the whole family – amazing views and service - Family of 4, stayed in an ocean view villa for 5 nights. Spacious rooms with a breathtaking view — just amazing and true to the photos on the website.
We enjoyed our private pool every day and loved that it was refreshing. The sunsets and fireworks every evening were spectacular, and hearing the sounds of wild monkeys in the late afternoon was a real highlight.
It’s a hidden gem in the 'jungle' with a beautiful park area. The beaches are clean and well-maintained.
The buggy service was brilliant, though we enjoyed walking as well. Excellent service from the staff; being welcomed with 'xin chao' everywhere created such a positive atmosphere.
Great food for lunch and dinner, and an amazing breakfast. It was very generous with a high variety of fresh, sweet exotic fruits. They even have their own barista, so we enjoyed a perfect cappuccino every morning.
We felt like we were living in paradise. We’ve created lifelong memories for our family and truly hope to come back one day.
- KevinJZJ (10/5): A Spoiled Family Retreat – Exceptional Service from Hannah and the Team! - We just finished a two-night stay at the Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort, and "perfect" is the only word to describe it. As Platinum members, we felt incredibly well looked after from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.
The absolute standout of our trip was Hannah, the Guest Experience Supervisor. She went above and beyond to make us feel spoiled. She had originally arranged a complimentary pickup for us, but due to a delay with our fishing charter, we unfortunately missed it. Despite that, Hannah was right there the next morning to greet us, checking in to see if there was anything at all we needed. Her proactive care and helpfulness throughout our stay truly moved us.
A big thank you also goes to Andrew, who handled our check-in. He was professional and thorough, taking the time to show us every detail of our villa so we felt right at home immediately. We also had a blast with Thien, who guided us through snorkeling and "coconut hunting"—it was a highlight for the whole family!
The villa itself was so stunning that we invited some friends staying nearby to join us for dinner and a spa session. They were honestly jealous of our room! The layout, the private pool, and the views are world-class.
Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. We are already planning to come back with more friends and stay much longer next time. Highly recommended!
- KellyY83 (8/5): Good Relaxing Stay - Overall I gave our experiences 4/5. I don’t particularly find this close to a 5 star resort and here are our positives and negative experiences.
Cons:
1) I thoroughly enjoyed the discount advantages as an Accor Member, and we even paid extra to be upgraded from the Garden Villa to Ocean Villa. However, it was a lot of stairs to get down to our villa. This isn’t good for if you have an elderly family member or with disabilities. You may want to pay extra for the beach villa as it’s less stairs to get to your villa and you have beach access. If possible, request your villa closest to the amenities as it is a very big resort and at times, we had to wait every 20 to 25 minutes on their schedule. Or call to request which they will tell you when the buggy comes so that you don’t have to wait outside the entire time.
2) The resort needs some refurbishment even if it’s only built not long ago. Our villa needed repainting and cleaning of the pool ( there was algae growing). See my pics attached. Also the villa needed some deep cleaning - fingerprints on the exhaust hood above the stove and brown stains on the walls. There needs to be some detail to attention.
3) The inconsistency in some of the service staff. We had great experiences with the front desk and buggy drivers but some of the wait staff in both the Market and Corallo restaurants needs customer service improvement. Our second day at the morning breakfast, we had to ask for the baby chair twice and they also did not bring the baby utensils like they did the 1st day. Those small detail matters. At Corallo, the server who served our dessert when told we were sharing between couples, placed them to only one couple. It seemed like they didn’t understand what we asked. When we ask to sign the bill, the server asked my husband if he could write a Google review which we found unprofessional as felt that we were being burden to.
4) The children’s center needs to change or haul out their toys as it looks like it was utilized too well. Also, there’s no baby change room anywhere even in the restrooms. If you want to make it baby or child friendly, a changing table should be considered.
Pros:
1) The morning breakfast buffet was excellent and selection - vegan and gluten free options. They even had fresh fruits and juices.
2) The resort pool was a nice amenity and it was big and not too busy.
3) Spa was really nice as well!
I would love to come back again and hoping when we do, some of our negative experience will improve. I believe that if some of the staff may have the experience to visit an international 5 star resort - they can be able to learn what will need for them to be set apart
- kateh613 (10/5): Perfect - The best thing about this resort was the people ! Especially Viet but also Vy and Noodles , Hannah and Alex the chef and pretty much all the staff .
- Retired-nicely (10/5): Beautiful holiday! - We had a great villa, 227 which was opposite the beach/Juice bar without paying the on the beach extra price, so could swim in the pool or sea which was almost 30 seconds away!
Food was good and breakfast was a bit busy but looked after by the staff well, especially the lady on the egg station. We attended the bbq night and Vietnamese night and special thanks to Huong for the service. We would return again!
- PeeMatt-K (10/5): A great Yuga Experience at Premier Village - We had an exceptional yoga course at Premier Village Pho Quoc with Coach Nhat. As a first timer, we learned some basics and will come back to update our skills. Great experience and thanks our patient and kind coach.
- Maria (7/5): -
- bolshoyvgik (10/5): Vacation - The hotel is excellent!! Nice villas, tasty food, beautiful beaches and nice activities! We plan to come back.
- Jesper (9/5): -
- toduyennguyen (10/5): Relaxing - We have come to Premiere Village Resort PQ with my friend, at here we did enjoy nice time together specially The Sunset time, very peaceful and good atmosphere for relaxing, highly recommend
- Patrik (10/5): -
- maziweinberger (8/5): yoga class - yuga class wjth thien, was relrxing way to open our day.
great way to open beautifool day
- nikolettkatonanemes (10/5): It was bery relaxing - Xuan in massage is perfect, relaxing and positive.
- craig (1/5): - It's a beautiful location. The service is very poor. Not just slow shocking execution. Beyond all else though I asked to speak to the GM to resolve issues and improve our stay. 1 meeting I had booked with him he didnt arrive for and from that point forward entirely ignored any attempt to speak to him. At first I wanted to offer feedback in good faith because this could be a great resort but if the GM isnt interested in hearing feedback then you know all you need to know. Rooms not clean and in a poor state or repair. Service and dinner was slow and often wrong. You spend 1 hour a day waiting for buggies to get around. They claim to have bikes to use -they delivered 4 childrens bikes for 2 adults and 2 children- 3 of which broke during the 5 days we used them. 2 restaurants so limited choice. The chefs are incapable of cooking eggs fot breakfast.
If it was 1 or 2 issues then there would be some hope for this resort but it's as if they fall short on almost every aspect of the delivery. The GM has been blessed with a stunning resort and clearly thinks that is all that is needed.
- BouchraH778 (10/5): Yoga class - I tried the yoga and stretching class with NHAT. It was amazing. He is wonderful and professional
- Aibek (1/5): Money stolen from our room; hotel refused CCTV access, blocked communication with police, and provided no incident repor - The location at the southern tip of the island is scenic, though quite isolated — getting anywhere of interest requires a long drive. During our stay, 25 million Vietnamese dong (approximately $950 USD) was stolen from our room. When we requested to review the CCTV footage covering the area around our villa, the staff refused. They advised us to call the police, claiming we could then view the footage together. However, once the police arrived, the hotel management took over all communication, refused to provide us with any translation, and excluded us from the conversation entirely. We were denied a written incident report — both by the hotel and by the police. Throughout the stay, the staff showed no concern for the situation and were unable to communicate in either English or Russian. The experience was deeply unpleasant, and I would strongly advise against staying here if you value your safety and the security of your belongings.
- Sciona (8/5): Room for improvement - We ended our 2 week holiday around Vietnam by spending 4 nights in Phu Quoc. We chose this resort due the reviews and photos. Unfortunately we were greatly disappointed by our stay. Our Eden Villa #801 was not functioning as it should have been for guest paying over $900 AUD per night. The Villa was ridiculously hot when we arrived and it took a couple of days for the air conditioning to catch up. We couldn’t sleep in the master suite the first night because the bedroom was 29 degrees. Next morning the shower mixer came off in my hand. They supply shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. They did supply some once I mentioned it. The pool although lovely was missing so many tiles that it was unsafe for our children. Their solution was to drain it and fix it that would take 5hrs. We asked to be moved to another villa but this request was ignored. They did end up fixing the pool on a day we were out. I had to call them to come with bug spray as there was a cockroach on the toilet door.
We paid almost $300AUD for their seafood night and it was nothing special. The breakfast each morning was quite disappointing . Not many western options available. All the pastries had been frozen. There were hundreds of Chinese people staying at the resort and they were extremely rude. Pushing our children out of the way at breakfast and trying to take coffee out of our hands. Over a dozen buses would arrive in the morning to take them on excursions so trying to leave the resort in a Grab before 11am was impossible as they close the road off for the buses. We had dinner one night at the beach bar with some cocktails and that was nice. We did in room dining most nights and that was always good.We met Tien the food and beverage manager and he was a highlight to our stay. We had nightly massages included in our accommodation and they were wonderful. The beautiful receptionist Moon was just so sweet. I wanted to bring her home with me. Unfortunately we would not stay here again. Yes the resort is beautiful in a good location but just too many negatives to pay that sort of money. If we had been moved to another villa or offered anything for our discomfort I may feel differently but it didn’t seem to bother them that we were unhappy.
- 243dimitrat (10/5): Vietnamese class with Thien - Then was wonderful teaching us sime basic Vietnamese for day to day use! Also he was excited to answer all of our additional questions!
- Tauno (10/5): -
- Lyubov (10/5): -
- Georgia (10/5): -
- saptarshi (6/5): - 1. The room was really very nice and cozy with the sea waves coming just across … the room was really awesome 1. Service was very poor
2. Hardly anyone can understand English, which is a huge problem for foreign nationals
3. Buggy service was very poor
4. One buggy was so much in a hurry, that it went off before all of us could get seated… and that resulted one of our family member being getting injured
5. I don’t think the hotel is yet ready for foreign nationals
- Sergei (6/5): Overrated place - The beach is good, but if you want to visit the beach it is avalible to pay about 40$ per person to get to hotel territory. The villa was dirty, with an awful smell in one bedroom. We just closed the door and avoided going there, even though the odor seeping from under the door could still be felt.
The villa was old and inconvenient to stay in, with three levels connected by a quite dangerous staircase.
The villa pool was not suitable to use in the evening; the water was freezing cold, and you just didn't want to use it.
The restaurants were relatively good, but I cannot say they provided any exceptional experience—just regular.
At breakfast, there were a lot of choices, but the resort is huge and all guests gathered in one building that was not very spacious, so you didn't feel like you were in a 5-star hotel but rather in a regular, really noisy canteen. In the morning such expirience harm you.
The territory was huge and well managed, but it was not very convenient to walk because every 15 seconds a buggy or electric bike of the staff passed by you. And their greetings, by the end of the first day, became really annoying—like trying to say hello to everyone moving in a crowded street.

- Michael (5/5): Great property spoilt by extortionate dining and drinks charges. - The villas are spacious and well appointed. Very limited dining options that are massively over priced. The on-site Grocery store had less stock than a school tuck shop.

- Katie (6/5): Overall a good stay, but could be improved in customer service and supporting families with young children. - The sand and sea is gorgeous, the food and beverages are of a very high quality. I am glad that we ordered the wine that we wanted to be in our villa well in advance of our stay as they had sold out once we got there. They did a wonderful job at decorating the villa for one of our birthdays (at an extra cost). If you are in a beachfront villa, would highly recommend the in villa bbq - however in any of the other garden or ocean villas there is no outside table so I imagine you may have to eat inside which wouldn’t have the same experience. Despite multiple communications ahead of our stay that we were with a baby and needed to be close to amenities, we were put in one of the furthest possible villas and were having to wait over 30 minutes for a buggy on the first couple of days. Thankfully after speaking to management we were able to move villas but it was disappointing to say the least. If you are booking as a family, I would recommend booking a beachfront villa as they are all closer to the amenities (within walking distance) so you don’t have to rely on the buggy.
With the rates they are charging, charging extra for plates, cutlery and cooking equipment when there is a kitchen is just crazy. They did provide a microwave and a crib at no charge, but the cleaning staff threw away our microwave sterilizing bag in the middle of our stay and didn’t rectify this. We ended up having a good stay overall but lots to be improved on in terms of customer service.
- Joanna (10/5): 20 na 10 - Miejsca tworzą ludzie. W tym hotelu są to nie tylko niezwykle mili i przyjaźni ludzie, ale również cudowna przyroda i niewiarygodnie wygodne i eleganckie wille. Stosunek jakości do ceny kosmiczny. Mamy ogromne szczęście, że odkryliśmy to miejsce ! Komary
- Anthony (10/5): A truly fantastic holiday. - Beautiful and comfortable villa with beach views from every balcony.
Great food, stunning beaches, lovely and accommodating staff.
We didn’t want to leave. Nothing
- _H9120PR (10/5): Meditation with Thien - Thien so nice!!
The meditation class was wonderful. We experienced it as a family.
We tried it last year as well and it was very good, so we decided to join again.
This year it was even better. We would love to come back again next year.
Thank you very much.
- rohinic709 (10/5): Amazing place, pristine beach - Resort was amazing very spacious, luxurious, pristine beach, vegetarian menu, buggy service, front desk everyone weee so friendly and taking care.
Common areas and restaurants were so clean and attention to detail is very good
One thing I would appreciate is that they should have trash can outside in the resort and beach. Also should ban plastic completely so the beaches can stay pristine and clean.
- Beri (10/5): Beautiful stay in Phú Quoc Island - Fantastic villa, beautiful grounds, accommodating staff. I would definitely come back. Nothing
- Alexander (9/5): -
- 825shyamv (6/5): Great resort. Poor executive managers and strict laws - Beautiful location and resort.
But Manager was clueless of what is service in hotel industry. They said 10 USD per Crockery set per nite in a 4 bedroom villa even though we paid almost 4000 USD for 3 nites.
They had zero flexibility.
Breakfast had nothing indian.
No activies although such a beautiful resort
No one in vietnam understands courtesy, manners, smile, flexibility or service. It started from vietjet and then in both the resorts. If u go to bali or Phuket then also u can see 10X difference in service levels.
- CJMc63 (10/5): This resort is simply "Heaven on earth" - It is difficult to briefly describe such a wonderful experience our stay at the Premier Village Phu Quoc was. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to our checkout our stay was sensational and we were treated like royalty. Every single staff member provided exceptional service always with a smile and no request seemed to be too big. We were blown away by the Villa we were upgraded to - It was huge and had the most magnificent views of the ocean and beach. We could even watch the fireworks each night from our bedroom balcony. The Villa had a kitchen with full sized fridge , large dining table in the expansive living area , large balcony with outdoor setting , infinity pool with lounges and umbrella, each of the large bedrooms had an ensuite and there was a powder room off the living area. The main bedroom was massive and well set out with a private lounge area, a desk, chair and a king sized bed. There was also ample cupboard space and a safe for valuables. The ensuite had shower and a big free standing bath. There was a nice red wine, fruit and containers of dried friits and nuts waiting in the villa when we arrived and a complimentary mini bar in the fridge which was to be replenished daily. Kim set up our resort app which gives you access to assistance with booking restaurants, shuttles or anything else you might need. The shuttles run constantly to transport you around the resort so you don’t have to walk anywhere if you don’t want to. The dining was fabulous with choices of 2 restaurants Vietnamese or western. The food was exceptional every single time we dined and the service was even more so. Breakfast buffet had so many choices and we also could choose from an a la carte menu but the highlight for us was the surprise breakfast dishes the chef would send out to us - we enjoyed these so much. Our evening meals were also excellent with my husband really enjoying the seafood buffet whilst I as a non seafood could still get a la carte. This was really appreciated as in some hotels there is no option for one guest to have a la carte if it is a buffet night. There is a choice of two beaches at the resort and we spent a number of days just relaxing at the beach and swimming in the ocean. We were really impressed by how the staff cleaned the beach each day to make it pristine for the guests. The water was crystal clear and the beach beautiful anyway but this extra clean up made it perfect. There were activities available if you wanted to be more active or you could just relax the choice was yours. There were so many things that I could mention that made our stay at Premier Village so special but I would run out of available space. This resort is pretty much perfect and could teach other resorts a lot . The staff are this resorts most valuable asset because even if a resort has a perfect location, beautiful accommodation, wonderful weather and magnificent facilities which this one did it is the staff who made our stay so perfect. We were so sad to leave and wished we had booked a longer stay. We plan to return as soon as we can and will be recommending a stay at the Premier Village Phu Quoc to everyone we know.

- JackieLoo (10/5): Fun stay! We would be happy to come back again. - Our stay was great, the villa was huge, comfortable and we had a great time both in the villa as well as by the beach. Service was good although there was a breakdown in the in-house communications where our bookings were somehow cancelled when we didn’t do so. So there seems to be a need to double confirm everything with the hotel. The activities for kids could be more intentional and fun, but the indoor club is good. We would come back again, it was a fun stay.

- Happiness48051917440 (10/5): Yoga and meditation class - Very good session with Nhat today. Very relaxing and we learned how to do singing bowl with meditation. Strongly recommended for those who wants to have zen moment here
- opalynp (10/5): Amazing - We found the location very good, the beach was beautiful and waters inviting. Our room was a beach front 3 bed villa and was beautifully appointed. We purchased a package with breakfast included which we would definitely recommend. The buffet breakfast had food for everyone and plenty of it. We thought the value for money was good considering the location. Cleanliness of the villa was very good and this was serviced daily. The staff we all very lovely and very helpful when we needed them. The resort works on an app for any requests that you may have, this was answered promptly and actioned. We would definitely recommend Premier Village Phu Quoc

His Tabata sessions are equally professional. He demonstrates each high-intensity movement with perfect form and motivates the entire class with his infectious energy. The workouts are challenging but incredibly effective. It's rare to find a coach so skilled in both restorative and high-intensity disciplines. Highly recommend his classes to anyone looking for knowledgeable and energetic guidance!
- Maps38031244811 (10/5): Yoga and Tabata 👍 - The advisor Nhat is very enthusiastic and very kind.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
- Guide49713004340 (8/5): Great, but they can do better - I got hurt while we did kayaking during our stay at the hotel (I fell down on the kayak when I was trying to get off). I was surprised that there were no staff to help us getting off the kayak. The kayak was moving while I was getting off.
And my knee got hurt and I could barely walk for the rest of the trip.
The next day after I got hurt, the manager found out that my knee was hurt and she sent the nurse to our villa immediately.
But the overall experience at Premier Village was great. My kids love staying at the resorts and we would like to go there again!
Also, we would also like to recommend having more variety of food choices for the in-room service.
- Odyssey39744085068 (10/5): Yoga class - Nice yoga class with Nhat, had a lot of fun with this early morning yoga class and was very relaxing :) would recommend!!!
- _A5241TP (10/5): If you want to soar, this is the place for you. - We recently spent an unforgettable vacation at Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. Traveling as a couple (Max and Dasha), we’ve stayed in many luxury destinations, but this resort truly stands out—by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.
The staff deserves a standing ovation. From the warm welcome to the personal attention throughout our stay, everyone we met was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the perfect holiday. Every request was met with a smile, and they often went above and beyond without us even asking.
The villa we stayed in was breathtaking—modern, spacious, perfectly clean, and with stunning views. Having our own private pool was a game-changer. The entire property is beautifully designed, combining natural beauty with elegant architecture. Whether watching the sunrise on one beach or the sunset on the other, every moment felt like a postcard.
The food was another highlight. Both theMarket and Corallo restaurants offered delicious dishes with fresh ingredients, including amazing seafood. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was romantic and relaxed. Breakfast was a dream—plenty of choice and outstanding quality.
We also loved the resort’s focus on sustainability. It feels good to know that luxury and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand, and Premier Village is proof of that.
Whether you’re looking for privacy, relaxation, romance, or adventure—this place has it all. We left feeling fully refreshed and incredibly grateful. Premier Village Phu Quoc is more than a resort—it’s an experience of pure joy.
100% recommended. We can’t wait to return one day!

He is nice. I have a really good time to practice yoga with him.
- mosesl889 (10/5): Excellent Villa Retreat in Phu Quoc - Excellent room and facility. The private pool and the stunning view of the Eden Villa is definitely breathtaking. There are plenty of hotel activities which you can join like coconut hunting, kayaking, etc. It is very close to the tourist spot kissing bridge and sunset town. The room is also super clean and the staff are very helpful for your needs during the stay.
- _S5246QH (10/5): Все было классно ,еда вкусная ,персонал отличный все супер 👍 - Very happy with this resort. The market restaurant food was good. Tune and Mr. Noodles so friendly and support us. Thank you for all. See you the next time

The resort is stunning, peaceful, and the ocean view is just next level — every corner looks like it came straight out of a postcard 😍
A huge thank-you to Eric (the cutest ever!), Ms. Quynh, Ms. Yen, and Ms. Hanh for being so incredibly kind, cheerful, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. Everyone was so warm and attentive — it truly felt like home 💕
And the food? Don’t even get me started — super delicious, fresh, beautifully presented, and so many options!
In short, Premier Village is the perfect place to recharge and enjoy every single moment ☀️
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — We’ll definitely be back again!
- shaikhaa550 (10/5): Recommended - I took a vietnamy class with nhat , huong
They’re super sweet and helpful
We learnt the basic language we will need for moving around
I totally recommend it
After around 45 minutes they gave us a certificate too
- Archana (8/5): Not worth the price - A big thank you to Ms Sandra and Ms Thinh for apologizing on behalf of the terrible behavior of their staff and attending to my disgust in a professional manner. The villa we stayed wasn't worth the $$ we paid for. There were many areas that couldn't be blackened at night leading to restless nights. They refused to cater to a BBQ dinner claiming they were full up and agreed only on pestering them. The beach is literally a small strip full of plastic rubbish when not with stupid monkeys to take your beer bottle and food away while relaxing outdoors. You are given a welcome from the buggy driver saying that mosquitos and monkeys are what this hotel stands for. Also, some of the staff there are downright arrogant and jealous of the fact that you can afford what they can't, to the extent that they called me 'high demand' on their app when I gave feedback on their long drawn payment procedures in spite of using Booking.com, as well as refused to fill water for my kids bottles.
There are many other hotels to choose from. when you're paying USD 700 a night.
- 476guyd (10/5): Sustainable luxury in the Jungle with the sea - We've had the best time here, amazing position with an ocean view and an absolutely immense villa, so far above our expectations of even what high end could or should be.
But I think what has made this above everything else are the staff, so friendly and attentive without being over the top, and so really willing and wanting to make your stay perfect, constantly asking if they could do things better, make our stay, better 😉 Amazing 👏
- Go56557837705 (10/5): Perfect for family with kids and grandparents - We brought our kids and their four grandparents. This is our second time and the experience was always great and we plan to be back again. Everyone was super kind and welcoming and tried their best to attend to our needs - Hannah and her team at the reception, Chloe, Noodles, Tune and the team at the restaurants, as well as the buggy drivers. They put us in garden villa in the center which is close to everything, great for our four grandparents in their 70s and 80s. The buggy is also available all the time so they could breeze through the trip even at their old age.
The activities cover what we enjoy - yoga class in the morning, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming at the beach (which was calm and shallow which is great for our 4 and 7 year old), as well as the infinity pool. The kids had a good time at the kids club - the lady at the kids club was always very kind and gentle. The fire show after the buffet at Corallo was always a highlight.
We just stayed in the resort throughout the trip this time. We are Accor members and had 30% off F&B so we ate every night at the market / Corallo which is a good deal.
If you are going to the firework show at the kiss of the sea - which was free with the stay at the hotel and is well worth the trip, make sure you set your grab destination right (cos there’s the symphony of the sea, kiss of the sea, the sunset town - it does get mixed up and it ended up being a long walk for our grandparents). Also, at the end of the show, we struggled to Grab a car so be prepared to wait for a while and walk for a bit. Other than that everything was very smooth.
- GrandTour38926480145 (10/5): Good - Very beautiful sightseeing with good people. If I have a chance, I will come back here again with my family. It was really good for relaxing.

- 137lyndseye (10/5): Amazing holiday at Premier Village Phu Quoc - My family and I had the most amazing 4 nights at the Premier Village Phu Quoc and were very lucky to be upgraded to a Beach Villa. The villa was absolutely stunning and spotlessly clean. Every single member of staff went out of their way to make our holiday as perfect as possible. The whole resort exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend to anyone planning on visiting Phu Quoc. Special thanks to Zue on reception, Khang in the Corallo restaurant and all the buggy drivers for driving us around. (We never had to wait longer than 3 minutes)
Such a special holiday and we made memories that we will treasure forever.
Thank you!
