Rahel (9/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. - Wir wurden sehr freundlich und persönlich empfangen und mit allen notwendigen Informationen und sogar Rabatt-Gutscheinen und Empfehlungen zu Restaurants in der Nähe versorgt. Zudem haben wir völlig unerwartet ein Upgrade in ein viel grösseres Zimmer sogar mit Küche erhalten. Das Bett war leider ziemlich unbequem und nicht besonders stabil, dies ist aber sicher auch Geschmacksache.

Maxim (10/5): - Es ist eine wunderschöne Residenz. Alles war vorhanden, es war sehr angenehm in diesem Apartment übernachten zu dürfen. Die Wirtin ist sehr freundlich. Es gab einen Preisfehler bei booking. Der mir angezeigte Preis für meinen Tag war 10-fach geringer als die andere Tage. Ich habe diesen Preis gebucht. Bei Check in hat sie ab ihren Laptop es gesehen und war überrascht. Trotzdem hat sie mir nichts darüber gesagt und den deutlich geringeren Preis bestätigt. Ich habe gemerkt, dass irgendwas nicht stimmt und habe sie dann am nächsten morgen gefragt, ob es einen Preisfehler war, sie bestätigte es. Somit habe ich freiwillig mehr Geld gelassen. Die Lage und die Ausstattung sind traumhaft.

Da die Unterkunft in der Fussgängerzone liegt,hatten wir etwas Mühe die Residenz zu finden. Die Parkplatzsituation mit grossem Auto ist etwas kompliziert. Es wurde aber sehr engagiert Hilfe geboten und eine Lösung gefunden.

Graag zou ik dan u willen verzoeken deze reservering te storneren, zeker gezien mijn vele probleemloze boekingen via Booking.com. !!!

Hans Ulrich (10/5): Sehr familiär und freundlich, gerne wieder. - Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - central und doch entsprechend ruhig - schöner Innenhof Wenig Ablageflächen und keine Vorrichtungen zum Frotetücher aufhängen.
Migliorisi (8/5): - La gentilezza della proprietaria, sempre gentile e disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare qualche snack per la colazione e le bottigliette d'acqua. Letto comodissimo. La struttura molto elegante e posizionata vicino la stazione e al centro storico. Il condizionatore portatile molto rumoroso, si fa fatica a riposare se lo si vuole utilizzare. La finestra affacciava su uno spazio comune quindi per privacy non abbiamo potuto usufruire della luce naturale. Mancanza di appendini per la doccia in camera.

Tim (10/5): Needed a relaxing reset town & lodging. Succeeded! - Marinella is a lovely host. Her lodging is a lovely group of restored apartments. The interior terrace was a beautiful spot for coffee and wine-quiet and lovely space. Spotless room. Laundry and kitchen were a plus. Great location. 6 minute walk to train and Coop grocery. Nothing.

Isabelle (9/5): - Freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die sich bemüht, Englisch zu sprechen und zahlreiche Tipps zu geben. Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet und wir hatten sogar eine kleine Küche. Im Bad hat es merkwürdig gerochen. Nachts war es etwas laut, es fand aber auch ein Event in der Stadt statt.
Els (8/5): Fijne dagen gehad! - Goede locatie, midden in het leuke centrum. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk. Parkeren kan zeker maar het is krap.
René (7/5): Freundlich, direkt beim Marktplatz. Ok. - Studio zum selber kochen. Kaffee und Tee waren vorbereitet. Alles nötige war vorhanden. Danke. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr renovationsbedürftig. Ist ja auch normal bei einem solch alten Gebäude.
Moritz (9/5): Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Domodossola bin, probiere ich wieder hier unterzukommen - Sehr freundlicher Empfang, hilfsbereit. Gute zentrale Lage. Der Innenhof sorgt für angenehme Temperaturen. Ruhig. Fenster zum Innenhof Es war sehr warm im Sommer, die mobile Klimaanlage hat das Zimmer nicht auf angenehme Temperaturen bringen können. Das ist aber nur ein Problem bei sehr hohen Temperaturen. In einer Nacht hat jemand im Innenhof geraucht, das zieht in das Zimmer

Laurent (9/5): Bon séjour, super emplacement, parking, acceuil sympathique - Super emplacement, à côté du centre historique mais pas directement sur la place donc au calme ;) Tout est accessible à pied, top. Accueil sympathique, je recommande. Anglais léger et ne parle pas français mais nous avons pu nous débrouiller, ce n’est pas bloquant ;) Il faisait très chaud, la clim aurait été géniale… nous avons eu un ventilateur, c’est déjà pas mal. Logement typique, charme de l’ancien. Équipement intérieur ok (frigo, cuisine, même machine à laver ;) Literie correcte mais améliorable : lit double ok même si pas bien grand (140cm), pieds du sommier bougent quand même bcp. Canapé convertible du salon ok Place de parking à prendre impérativement ;) Bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande Absence de clim Literie
Constantinos (1/5): - Only the location was good. Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was far from pleasant. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was a strong smell of humidity and mold, which persisted throughout the stay. There were visible signs of mold, and the air quality in the room felt unhealthy. The apartment’s soundproofing was also a serious issue. We could clearly hear everything happening outside, as well as all the noise coming from the reception area through a nearby door – not ideal for rest or privacy. Speaking of privacy, the main room had no door, which was a huge downside, especially if you’re staying with someone. Even more puzzling, the shower was located inside the room itself, completely open, which made things awkward and impractical. To top it all off, the toilet got clogged on the last day of our stay, adding to an already uncomfortable experience. Overall, this place needs serious attention and renovation before it can be considered a proper accommodation option. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until major improvements are made.

Martina (8/5): Proprietaria gentilissima, posizione molto centrale. Molto calda la stanza. - Proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile a qualsiasi necessità, posizione molto centrale. Colazione e acqua gratis offerte. Camera molto bella e ristrutturata (anche i mobili nella stanza tutti nuovi) ma senza ascensore in struttura d’epoca. Possibilità di parcheggio. Struttura in ztl ma la proprietaria si occuperà di comunicare la targa dell’auto al comune. Cani (anche di grossa taglia) senza supplemento. Un caldo atroce per mancanza di aria condizionata, il ventilatore non era sufficiente. Pavimento un filo impolverato. Essendo la struttura d’epoca le porte lo sono anche loro e sono poco insonorizzate (avendo cani è stato difficile farli stare tranquilli).
Erich (4/5): Das Webebild mit der offenen Loggia versprach einen besonderen Aufenthalt. Dieses Versprechen wurde gebrochen! Das Preis - Die Lage inmitten der Altstadt. Die Möglichkeit, sich selbst zu versorgen. Es gab keinen Balkon, wie gewünscht. Der Freisitz grenzte unmittelbar an einen großen Parkplatz bzw betonierten Garagenhof. Der Freisitz diente als Zugang für andere Personen zum betonierten Garagenhof. Das Doppelbett war eine Zumutung! Das Bad war sehr klein und die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab keine Möglichkeit der Luftbewegung (Ventilator)
Philipp (9/5): Wunderschöne und romantische Unterkunft im Stadtzentrum. - Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir kamen unerwartet früh an, die Besitzerin war in 5 Min vor Ort und sehr freundlich. Parkplatz für die Motorräder im Hinterhof (10 EUR) und ein wirklich schönes Zimmer. Ein kleines Frühstück auf dem Zimmer. Wir werden wieder kommen. Wir haben keine Kaffeekapseln zur Maschine gefunden. Sonst alles SUPER!
