Από την πρώτη κιόλας στιγμή, η ατμόσφαιρα ήταν ζεστή και φιλόξενη, με προσωπικό που πραγματικά νοιάζεται για κάθε επισκέπτη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και μοντέρνο, προσφέροντας απόλυτη χαλάρωση μετά από μια μέρα στο Άμστερνταμ. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι ιδανική: ήσυχη, αλλά ταυτόχρονα αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά άνεση, ποιότητα και εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση!

• Lisa (3/5): Preisleistungsverhältnis miserabel. Hotelbilder irreführend. Ausstattung nicht lt Beschreibung. - Angegebener Privatparkplatz war an beiden Tagen voll belegt. Personen im Gang oder anderen Zimmern konnte man hören als wären Sie im Zimmer. Die Haupteingangstüre welche genau unter unserem Bett lag verursachte bei jedem Schließen ein Wackeln als würde es ein Erdbeben geben (diese wurde bis spät in die Nacht ständig geöffnet/geschlossen). Seeblick ist eine Augenauswischerei, da man vom Bett in eine Nische mit 1m breite sieht und in dieser Nische kann man im rechten Winkel zum Bett auf den See sehen (Wer stellt sich in diese Nische?). Schiebetür lässt sich nicht öffnen. Keine weitere Belüftungsmöglichkeit. Daher komplett abgestickt. Und zum Badzimmer kann ich nur sagen Steckdose sind Kabel sichtbar und sonst auch nicht sehr komfortabel. Preisleistung miserabel.

• Jole (5/5): Camera accettabile, ma assolutamente non all’altezza del prezzo pagato. - Bella posizione, sul lago, appena fuori Amsterdam. Peccato per la fila di auto costantemente parcheggiate lungo la strada, che tolgono un po’ di poesia alla “colazione con vista lago” promessa. Colazione comunque ottima. Buona anche la disponibilità del personale alla reception, sempre presente. Camera passabile, ma assolutamente non all’altezza del prezzo pagato, che abbiamo poi scoperto variare di giorno in giorno in base alla domanda (siamo capitati, ignari, nel weekend del King's Day). In tre notti di soggiorno, la camera è stata sistemata una sola volta. Illuminazione molto minimale, poco adatta a leggere. Bagno ottimo, ma dotazione di asciugamani ridotta al minimo. Finestre difficili da aprire o che non si chiudono: la prima notte, per attenuare il problema del vento che soffiava, ci hanno messo un asciugamano davanti alla finestra che non si poteva chiudere; il giorno successivo è stata riparata.

• Sophie (10/5): Fantastisch - Fijn hotel met prachtig uitzicht over het water en Amsterdamse Bos. Heb hier een overnachting geboekt omdat ik de volgende ochtend vroeg op Schiphol moest zijn. Kom de volgende keer zeker terug voor een langer verblijf om de buurt & Amsterdam te verkennen Geen diner ter plaatse, maar ik kreeg van de vriendelijke receptioniste goede suggesties voor restaurants in de buurt

• Francis (10/5): Franchement, difficile de trouver mieux que cet hôtel ! - Ma femme et moi allons à Amsterdam tous les ans. On fait la route depuis Marseille en voiture, et ça fait maintenant 7 ans qu’on fait ça. Au fil du temps, Amsterdam est devenue beaucoup moins accessible en voiture : les diesels ne sont plus autorisés dans le centre et le stationnement coûte environ 45 € par jour. L’an dernier, on avait séjourné au Mercure, où le parking était à 30 € la nuit, déjà pas donné! Du coup, on a été très agréablement surpris de voir que le parking était inclus dans cet hôtel. Les chambres Deluxe sont spacieuses et propres, et le petit-déjeuner était vraiment excellent. Depuis l’hôtel, on rejoint facilement le centre d’Amsterdam : environ 14 minutes en bus ou 15 minutes en voiture. De notre côté, on a choisi de louer des vélos, et en 20 minutes on était au musée Van Gogh. Si vous cherchez un bon hôtel à un prix correct, proche du centre… ne cherchez plus, réservez ici !!!! l’hôtel propose à la location des vélos classiques et des vélos électriques. Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas les réserver à l’avance. Le premier jour, on a eu des vélos classiques, et le deuxième des e-bikes. Avec les vélos électriques, c’est encore plus rapide pour aller en centre-ville. Peut-être que l’hôtel pourrait en proposer davantage à la location.

• Papamichail (8/5): In my case it was a good choice for a one night stay while waiting for my morning flight. - Great staff, friendly and helpful. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Low price. Only 10 minutes from the airport. Amazing view by the lake. Lack of window made the room a bit claustrophobic and it's location by the entrance meant I could hear people going in and out.

• Jasper (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt am Amsterdamer Kanal mit 4-Sterne-Komfort zum fairen Preis - Fantastischer Aufenthalt! Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem typisch Amsterdamer Kanal und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf viel Grün und die Stadt. Wir waren zu Besuch bei Familie in den Niederlanden und sind mit dem Auto angereist. Leider ist das Parken in Hotels in Amsterdam oft sehr teuer (meist 20–30 Euro pro Nacht), daher war ich sehr froh, dieses Hotel gefunden zu haben. Das Personal steht dem eines 5-Sterne-Hotels in nichts nach. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und auch während unseres Aufenthalts konnten sie mir bei meiner Reiseplanung gut helfen. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt, sodass es überhaupt kein Problem war, spät zurückzukommen. Das Frühstück kostete nur 13 Euro pro Person….. wo findet man das heutzutage noch in einem Hotel? Es war mehr als ausreichend, und es war einfach schön, am Kanal aufzuwachen und die vorbeifahrenden Boote zu beobachten. Kurz gesagt: Wenn man ein 4-Sterne-Hotel zum Preis eines 3-Sterne-Hotels sucht, inklusive Parkmöglichkeiten und in ruhiger Lage, aber trotzdem stadtnah, kann ich dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Eigentlich hatten wir nichts zu bemängeln. Ich übernachte häufig in Hotels, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier war wirklich sehr gut. Das Einzige ist, dass es im Hotel kein Restaurant gibt. Ich persönlich esse im Urlaub fast nie im Hotel, daher habe ich es nicht vermisst. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich jedoch ein Restaurant, nur wenige Minuten entfernt, allerdings eben nicht im Hotel selbst.

• Émilie (10/5): - J’appréhendais un peu de dormir dans cet hôtel après avoir lu certains avis, mais au final, mon expérience a été très positive. La chambre était très propre, tout comme les sanitaires, et j’ai passé une très bonne nuit. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner, donc je ne peux pas me prononcer dessus, mais l’espace dédié semblait agréable et accueillant. Un vrai plus : l’accès à Amsterdam à vélo est très facile grâce aux pistes cyclables bien aménagées. En environ 30 minutes, on rejoint le centre sans difficulté. Nous avons même privilégié une piste éclairée pour le retour tardif, ce qui était très rassurant. L’hôtel est aussi bien situé près de l’aéroport, donc oui, on peut entendre les avions le matin, mais cela reste acceptable au vu des autres avantages : cadre agréable, belle vue et parking gratuit. En résumé, une bonne expérience avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Effectivement, le seul point qui peut être dérangeant vient parfois du manque de respect de certains clients (bruit en rentrant tard, discussions dans les couloirs), mais cela ne dépend pas directement de l’établissement.

• Vijay (1/5): Unfair - The stay was fine, but it’s not worth it if your money gets taken. The hotel for one night cost €60. I had to pay a €100 deposit. I never received the remaining money back afterwards. Even after I called and asked for my money, they said they couldn’t do anything. They told me I just had to wait. I will never stay here again.

• Maria (3/5): Teleurstellend en zeker niet aan te bevelen, zoek verder! - De vriendelijke jongen achter de receptie. De kamer had geen raam. Tijdens mijn verblijf was er sprake van enorme sneeuwval, waardoor de prijs van de kamer ineens drie keer zoveel werd. De hoofdprijs vragen voor een soort kast zonder raam kan ik niet waarderen en ook zeker niet aanbevelen. Verder staat er vermeld dat er een vliegveldschuttle beschikbaar is maar dat is niet meer dan dat de receptionist een taxi belt die je vervolgens zelf moet betalen. Wat een misleidende tekst!

• Yvonne (1/5): Voor ons geen tweede keer meer - Niks Was er gewoon vies. Daarbij was het een luxe kamer, dan ben ik benieuwd hoe gewone kamer zou zijn.
• Bogdan (10/5): Very good price to quality balance. Fully recommend. - Very nice breakfast. Very good bed, hard mattress, good for back. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking place behind the hotel. The room was cold in February but the staff provided a heater and it was ok.
