• Joanne (10/5): Great apartment - Excellent apartment very spacious with everything you could need. Bonus of balcony with fantastic views. Minute walk to Waterloo station. Only reason not given 5 stars is that sofa bed was not good for sleeping and we needed this for amount of guests. Overall would totally reccomend
• Richard (4/5): - The property much more confidential information than Expedia by far and was intrusive. A day before check-in while I was still in tne US, I filled out a form to get info on getting key to property. There is no LIVE person to address or answer questions. After filling out the form requiring personal financial information (linked to some company in California), I received another form to fill out just hours before check-in while arriving. This was quite stressful. This required enrollment in a company called Link, which then send you spam emails for other offers. Then just right before check in I received an email with info for the key. This company presents multiple layers of information requests open to identity theft. Then the place had an online youtube video on how to find the entrance to the initial gate (and one of three passcodes before actually getting the key to enter). This tells you how non-obvious the entry was. Then the couches, the floors, dining room seats, hallway carpet are completely covered in disgusting stains. I rented for a week and had not support - I ended up buying my own toilet paper when we ran out. The place itself was spacious and had a great kitchen on the plus side and, once we found the place it was convenient and close to the Waterloo train station. I would not rent from them again, mainly because of the poor communication and anxiety of having no prompt support.

• Dominic (2/5): - I wouldn’t recommend this place for a dog!!! They broke inside the apartment I was living in and stole all my money and left everything else!!! Tried to call the owner and he said that he can’t do anything about it the crazy part is the person who broke in it had a key to the place
• Irene (6/5): Avoid Apartment 2 - One of the large floor to ceiling windows was smashed and when I called I was told they knew about it and it was ok and it was safe. It was anything but safe as you could feel the broken glass from the outside. I also got a bit of glass in my foot. I then noticed a window in the kitchen was also broken. The blind in the bedroom fell down on the first night and hit my daughter in the head. The floors were very dirty and dusty needed a good wash. There was a dirty hanky u see the unit in the living room when we arrived and there was dust on the floors and crumbs on the sofa. Very disappointing and not what I was expecting to be going to. Should have added they tried to cover up the broken window in the kitchen by having the blind right down but this was also broke as it would not pull up. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work either.

• Ravee (10/5): Great location comfortable - It was a great location near the Waterloo train station. We are two families. Comfortable with full kitchen and living room. It is in the middle of the city. The place was a bit warm so we opened the windows so it was a bit noisy.
• Mary (8/5): Convenient London Apartment - Apartment is in a convenient location mext to Waterloo station. It wasnt really big enough for 5 of us and the fold out couch was unsuitable to sleep on. Luckily the couch worked. Overall clean, easy to get to and great location.
• Ken (10/5): - Great private location right by Waterloo Station to give you instant access to the Tube and regional trains. Full kitchen and laundry amenities were incredibly useful. I would rent again and have recommended to colleagues and family.
• Kevin (8/5): Good location, bigger than expected. - The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us staying. I hadn't realised that the biggest bedroom also had an en-suite so that was a nice bonus. The only - very slight - downside was the lack of air conditioning. We visited during an unseasonably warm spell in October 2023 so it was a bit too hot at night but I would still stay again despite this. Oh, and the TV channels didn't work very well so we couldn't watch the rugby as we were getting ready to go out. That was the only time we tried the TV though. Would recommend.

• Andrew (8/5): - We were very happy with this property and I would have given 5 stars for everything except that there was no shelf space in the bathroom. Even a stool under the sink would have allowed me to place my toiletries on a surface rather than the floor. Overall, an excellent stay.
• Jason James (8/5): Great location, not so comfortable. - Apartment was conveniently located right beside Waterloo station and only 3 stops to Piccadilly. We stayed in apartment number 8 and the apartment itself was very spacious. Unfortunately, the apartment was extremely warm and stuffy as we were only able to open the doors to the balcony on one side as there are no openable windows in the kitchen/dining/sitting room (not a lot can be done). The sofas in the living room need to be replaced as they were filthy dirty which is a pity as the rest of the apartment was immaculate, including both bathrooms. The bedding left a lot to be desired and could do with being replaced as the micro fiber duvets and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Given the price we paid for the apartment we expected to have a better nights sleep as we had to leave the doors open for air (even with the fan on that was provided) and the bedding made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. (feedback from both bedrooms as we were a party of 4) All in all we would return if the above mentioned suggestions/issues were rectified.

In the morning we couldn't get hot water for showers. Overall, the amenities in the apartment and the location was great..we were just a little bit let down by the broken TV and cold showers. Having said that, I would use them again.
• Ms S (8/5): Happy To Go Back Again & Again! - I do love this property! The location. The size of the apartment. The facilities! The balcony. There is great wi-fi in the apartment too - very fast (if that is important to you). The property owners can be easily contacted if you have any problems - which is always a good thing. The only downsides - the beds are not very comfortable; I think the mattresses need to be deeper, so you can get a better nights sleep. And there is no bath-mat for the bath - believe me the bath is way too slippery to have a shower without one! But do go and stay as I'm sure you will love it!
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Outstanding location with amenities all around.... underground and train station a stone's throw. Small Tesco and Sainsbury's across the road. Deliveroo drivers found the apartment with ease. Pret 3 doors down. Stayed in Flat 9, lovely spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms and large living space, our bedroom had beautiful ensuite, plus there was a main bathroom too.....equally impressive. Bedrooms had blackout blinds which worked well. Access to the private balcony was from both bedrooms and the main living space, this was lovely as warm summer so was able to leave balcony doors open to cool down. The balcony is difficult to see from the photos but it is private and a definite bonus. The whole apartment is beautifully equipped and furnished. High quality kitchen and everything you need to feel home from home. Large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Tea bags and coffee pods were provided, as well as bin liners, tea towels, bath towels, toilet roll and miniature toiletries. The whole set up is excellent. Gated entrance, collect key from key safe, security fob to get in and out, building has lift. Electronic tablet near TV really useful, use it to check in, provides helpful information on bin store, how to use coffee machine, all sorts. Wi-Fi good and free. We stayed for 3 nights, loved being so central.....flat 9 is on fourth floor...views were amazing..the buildings as well as people watching. Brilliant place, we will return.

• S.Brewer (6/5): - MEAN and Downright RUDE Housekeeping staff I've put off for a few months to write the review, I felt maybe I would calm down and forget what happened. No, I need to let others know. Please don't get me wrong the owners are wonderful Hosts and Great location, the apartment was stunning. BUT, with the good comes the bad. We were denied a blanket in cold March in London for my 7-year-old Daughter. YES told NO you can't have a blanket for a CHILD. We were told by the housekeeping woman we would be charged extra for a blanket and pillow. We said OK no problem...She STILL would not give us a blanket. I was called by the host at which point I asked for a blanket I was told:"No problem, of course, you can have one" We got back to the Apt STILL no Blanket. My daughter is used to sleeping by herself, that's why I was sure to book an APT with multiple bed options. But when a property has multiple bed options wouldn't extra bedding be an obvious option? Then on the day of out departure, we used the car service that the host recommended, the guy was a little late and the Housekeeping lady was like " you need to leave" I told her we were waiting for our driver and ride. she replied "wait outside", it was raining and cold sure wait outside with 2 kids in the cold. Thanks Lady Its a little tricky at first getting into the property but you'll get the hang of it. I would love to stay at this property again, but ONLY if the Housekeeping staff was changed or taught some manners and empathy.

• Darryl (10/5): Great Apartment - The apartment was very pleasant and fantastic in every way except aircon -we couldn't get it to below 26c. Ideal location from Waterloo Station, very quiet. Hotels.com should highlight the £500 deposit because that was a bit of a shock when we found out.

• Kevin (6/5): ALL lodging in London is EXPENSIVE. - We had Arrival Instructions to type a code to get through the street gate. Type a code to get into the apartment building. Keys in a key box to get into our apartment. That was the instruction. When we arrived at the street gate, there were two men standing at the open gate. We just walked through the gate then. One of them stopped us, and said they were with property management. They wanted to know which apartment we were staying in. He may have keys for us. I told him I was not going to tell him. I didn't know who he actually was. I told him we just arrived, and all I see is two men standing in front of this apartment building. This was NOT in our arrival instructions. BTW - You will NOT be able to get in the apartment until 3pm SHARP. It was nice to have a separate bedroom. No television in the bedroom, only living room. Bed was a Double. Plenty of room for a Queen. When we arrived it was extremely hot in the apartment. NO air conditioner. We had to open all the doors to get the heat out of there. When we leave for the day, all the doors are closed, and we come back to a hot apartment. The elevator did not work for a couple of the days. We had to walk up a LOT of stairs, which was a pain. Not the apartments fault, though. One of the residents apparently pulled the fire alarm accidentally which disables the elevator, BUT elevators reset after the alarm has been reset. A part was needed to repair the elevator. Nice to have a kitchen,balconies,washer.
• Marian (10/5): Clean, comfortable, good location - Very clean and comfortable apartment. Good location right near Waterloo train and Underground station for easy transport into the heart of the city and from airport. It’s mildly noisy outside and when other people come through the hallway into their apartments on the same floor, but this was tolerable. I would recommend this apartment.

Walking distance to many sites (5 minutes to London eye, 10 minutes to Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey, etc.) Having a washer/dryer in our vacation unit is always a plus. Can get anywhere easily because of the underground stop just steps away. Only minor complaint was the noise...so many sirens all night. I think we got used to it after the first night because we slept better.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - We stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment in March. The place is newly renovated and conveniently located. It's within 2 min walk from Waterloo Underground Station. There multiple bus stops at the place to get you anywhere in London. Public transportation is very good and reasonably priced. The London Eye is a 15 min walk. You can also walk to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and Covent Garden. Convenience stores were across the street. The apartment is modern and nicely furnished, with everything you need for your stay. We were nicely surprised to find coffee and tea provided, as well as towels and basic hygiene products. We used their dishwasher twice and washing machine/dryer once. Everything worked very well. The apartment was well heated. It was nice to come back to a warm apartment after spending day in cold, windy, rainy weather. We didn't see any hosts throughout our stay. They emailed instructions on where and how to pick up/leave keys. There were no problems and no need to contact them. We travel a lot and this apartment was one of the best we've stayed at.
