• Annalisa (9/5): - Mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza e la disponibilità alla reception. Hanno ascoltato le mie richieste di avere la camera buia e silenziosa. A colazione non riuscivo a far funzionare il tostapane e il dosatore della nutella.

• Maresa (9/5): Per una notte va benissimo, il personale è gentilissimo. - La struttura è molto comoda con un ampio parcheggio. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura è un po’ datata e ad esempio la doccia è molto scomoda e la colazione un po’ basica.

• Alessia (6/5): - Struttura in ottima posizione di fronte al santuario. Camera carina, pulita, con un bagno grande e con un balconcino. Ottimo lo spazio esterno della struttura con un grande giardino con piscina. Colazione sia dolce che salata In camera c'era odore di umido e l'arredamento era un pò antiquato. Inoltre la tavoletta del wc non era ben fissata e quando si era seduti cadeva addosso.

• Andrea (3/5): - Servizio Piscina, anche se l’acqua era ad una temperatura troppo bassa. Siamo stati in occasione del Gran Premio di Monza in questa struttura che dalle recensioni aveva un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera in condizioni imbarazzanti: ragnatele sulle pareti, gomitoli di pelo e polvere sui cuscini, letto matrimoniale scomodo e insetti in bagno della specie tagliaforbici. Procediamo con la colazione il giorno seguente: richiediamo un semplice limone per un tè, ci viene detto che non c'è; la colazione a tutto voler concedere scarsa e per concludere il quadro ci viene comunicato che non è possibile richiedere acqua naturale perchè finita. Trascorriamo la giornata fuori per, appunto, il Gran Premio, e al nostro rientro verso le 18 circa, l'amara scoperta: la stanza non era stata minimamente arieggiata, pulita, rifornita di asciugamani. Questo piccolo dettaglio non ci è stato affatto comunicato al rientro in albergo ma lo abbiamo dovuto scoprire da soli. Recandoci alla reception, ci viene detto che c'è stato un problema con "la ragazza", non sapendo nè la natura del problema nè la ragazza in questione. Detto ciò, torniamo a casa con un'esperienza più che negativa e certi di non tornare mai più in loco.

• Oleg (7/5): It's ok - Reception desk staff is quite helpful Overall hotel left a feeling of somewhat lack of management. There seems to be everything needed to provide much better value for money and yet something is not quite working.

• Teodolinda (7/5): Good - Staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel itself is 'tired'. It is 1970's decor which could do with a re-vamp! Rooms are spacious. The mattress on the bed is my room should be replaced. The bathroom was also spacious, but the shower definitely is past its best! There were mould marks around the ceiling and tiles were cracked and broken. The decor is old and as stated could do with a revamp.
• Liam (1/5): Disgusting worn out rooms and rude staff - Nothing All 3 rooms that were offered were disgusting, had broken furniture, horribly worn out beds, old food from previous guests, rude staff, literally wouldn't put a dog in those rooms. Just to top it off, booking.com weren't much help, had to recover lost money through credit card. Would give a 0 if I could

• Franco (8/5): I was able to relax at this place - The hotel offers a fair service. The rooms are a bit sterile and anonymous, but comfortable and clean. I am not sure about comfort things like room service or the likes, as I am not a comfort creature and I cannot even think of using those services. The coffee at breakfast was very good, and I asked for as much coffee as I liked, and I drink lots of it. If you are happy with a continental breakfast, there was plenty ofit If you like English breakfast, like bacon eggs and the likes, forget it. But you can get cheese and ham toastie

• Caroline (1/5): Has been added to the do not book list - The smell in a room was disgusting – stale and damp. Window with no door handle to open it, no curtain or blinds for privacy, so in the evening whilst in bed I had people constantly walking pass my window looking inside my room with me in bed! The cleaning was horrendous (dust on my fingers just from TV table!), bathroom I was scared of showering……I have complained straight away but have been told that there are no other rooms and was given a tool to open my window! Breakfast (or lack of it) – sliced ham and cheese on tray in a room temperature with apples, stale bread and stale croissants – that is it! (well at least there was coffee machine) Nothing like the photos on website – most of the hotel was abandoned

• Kafadar (5/5): Dissapointed, but countryside is beautiful. - Countryside is amazing, breakfast is mainly just sweets and some cheese and ham, but was tasty. Missing fresh fruit and vegetables, some eggs. On sunday there was no fresh bread just toast. Location of the room was directly above the bar that had very loud music on Friday until 11 p.m, and on Saturday night until 2 a.m. It was impossible to sleep also with windows closed.

• George (5/5): Passable - Staff were very helpful. The setting of the hotel looked quite impressive. Close to the main town. I thought that the breakfast could have been a little better. Also thought that the room was incredibly basic, not even a kettle to make a hot drink and no info pack or way to contact reception on the phone.
