• Jan (10/5): Polecamy ! - Wszystko było w porządku , super widoki , to co chcieliśmy zobaczyć, udało się. Klimatycznie i można podziwiać wszystko wokół. To akurat nie dotyczy noclegu czy miejsca pobytu. Jedyny minus to była komunikacja autobusów, przez jakiś czas , wiadomo teren też nie zbyt wygodny, były ulewy które spowodowały problemy na trasie. Niestety turyści którzy odwiedzają Como są często pozostawieni sami sobie.

The host was incredibly kind, guiding us with directions all the way until we arrived, and the cake she offered was absolutely delightful. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for . She is the perfect host. If you are coming to Como, I highly recommend this apartment – you will not regret it!

• Sina (9/5): Traumblick - Der Blick von der privaten Terrasse ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Wohnung ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Bettwäsche, viele Handtücher und einige nützlicheSachen in der Küche. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und gastfreundlich. Nesso ist auch ein sehr niedlicher Ort. Und nicht so überlaufen, wie andere Orte. Die Strasse ist recht laut. Aller Verkehr geht dort lang und es wird oft gehupt. ABER: das ist überall in Seenähe so, da es nur 1 Strasse um den See gibt. Also für mich kein Grund schlechter zu Bewerten.

• Yannick (9/5): Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt im schönen Nesso! - Der Besuch bei der lieben Fabiana war wunderbar! Wir wurden mit einem leckeren Kuchen empfangen und Fabiana hat uns auch ganz herzlich alles in Ruhe gezeigt, obwohl wir leider verspätet waren. Bei Fragen konnten wir sie jederzeit per WhatsApp anschreiben. Die Wohnung hat 2 Klimaanlagen, was hervorragend war! Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr hundefreundlich! Der Zugang zur unteren Wohnung wurde sogar extra mit einem kleinen Zaun abgesperrt, sodass unser Hund auf der Terrasse frei laufen konnte, ohne die Nachbarn zu stören! ☺️ Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
• Barbara (9/5): Geweldig - De ligging was voor ons ideaal. Er was een busstation onder ons verblijf. Gemakkelijk om naar Como of Bellagio te gaan. Allebei op korte afstand. Met de auto vonden wij het niet comfortabel omdat de wegen in Italië zeer smal zijn. Nesso is een klein dorpje waar niet veel te beleven valt maar voor ons was het ideaal want als je voor het uitzicht en de rust gaat is dit dorpje geweldig Niks

• Hans (8/5): Great stay for Lake Como - We had a great week in Nesso in Fabiana and Cesare's apartment. View is magnificent and the house is great. Also, if you have an issue, Fabiana takes care of it immediately. For welcome there was a delicious cake, thans Fabiana! Few things to notice but this has nothing to do with the apartment: internet is not so good (yet) in Nesso, and there are only a few restaurants, which can be busy, so it can be difficult to find a place to eat nearby. And, but this is for all Lake Como, you need to be prepared to walk a lot of stairs :) Internet connection, but I think this is a general issue in Nesso, the wifi in the apartment looks ok

• Raen84 (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful place on Lake Como in Nesso. Few minutes from center of the city, very quiet. The apartment was fantastic, fully equipped, there was literally everything. Exactly as in the photos and even nicer. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. We traveled with a 7-month-old baby, a highchair, a cot and a towel with a hood were prepared for her. The owners were very nice, they treated us with homemade cake and pesto. We recommend this place to stay. Fabianna and Cesare thanks for everything 😊

• Calum (10/5): Great family friendly accommodation with stunning views - Absolutely loved the views from the balcony! The owners Fabiana and Cesare are lovely, very welcoming and easy to communicate with. They even set up a cot and high chair for our baby which we greatly appreciated. The apartment is very spacious and had everything we needed including cooking utensils which allowed us to dine in and eat on the balcony couple of nights. The only drawback is that Nesso is only a small town and you have to travel from place to place. We had a hire car so it wasn't too bad but shops are few and far between. However the mini-mart in Nesso has everything you would expect in a local shop.

• Khunita (9/5): Superb - Overall is good . It is quiet and beautiful apartment nearby the lake with an exceptional view. All things are ready (TV, Wifi, fridge, hot water, hair dryer). You can enjoy your time in the balcony. The host are great! Everything in the room is good but I needly to say that the location is not that good. It is located 1 km far from the small village - Nesso - and there are nothing located nearby. The closest restaurant/grocery shop is 600-700m walk. If you are driving i guess it is good. If you are not, better prepare to walk.

• Benjamin (10/5): The pics don't lie - We came as a family of 5 and we stayed at the upper level apartment. The view of the lake from the balcony is magnificent. Also the beds were comfortable for everyone and we missed nothing. The apartment is very very clean and well kept, and it is designed very nice and cozy. Fabiana and her husband welcomed us very nicely, and we really enjoyed our stay with them. Nesso is a sleepy village and you need to go everywhere by car, but for us who wanted the quiet it was a perfect location. If you want to have things at your reach, it is less the place for you. 1. The kitchen is not lit enough and because we prepared most of our meals by ourselves it was a bit annoying. 2. There is a big climb to the upper apartment from the street level, that was hard to nake with groceries or luggage.

The owner is really easy to reach out. it’s located near Como and also near Bellagio, so it’s a good place to stay for both. out of control of the place but be aware, driving can get a bit complicated if not use to it and it’s better if you do grocery before going

The building is shared with 3 or 4 other apartments. That does limit privacy a bit. And well, the mosquitos are probably an issue everywhere along the lake, not just here.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Very nice, well furnished, clean and comfortable 2 bedroom suite. The house is just outside the village of Nesso (walking distance) and is a little above the main road between Como and Bellagio. The view is fabulous. We spent hours on the balcony just relaxing. Fabiana was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Note: even though its on the main road, it's not very busy and very quiet in the evening and at night.
