• Rameshvaren (6/5): It was comfortable stay with a near proximity to popular Bukit Bintang spots - The location and the staff. The breakfast was almost the same every day with 1-2 dishes different. The quality and taste was average.

• Ruth (9/5): - Standard hotel room for a good price. We booked it very last minute but was still a good price. Didn't use any of the facilities like the pool so can't comment on that. Bed was comfy, bathroom was nice. Nothing.

• Sherwan (7/5): - The room itself was impressively large, providing plenty of space for the whole family ​The hotel’s location is fantastic. It’s situated in a great area, making it very easy to get around and explore. ​I want to credit the staff for being very kind and welcoming throughout our visit. Their friendly attitude was much appreciated, even if the maintenance issues weren't solved. ​The internet did not work for the entirety of my stay. the issue was never resolved. This was a major inconvenience. My kids left some snacks on the table one evening, and by morning, the entire surface was swarming with ants. ​The breakfast was very disappointing.

• Mubasarah (8/5): It was comfortable and good stay! - It was clean and tidy. The staff have listened to our requests. The foods were served hot and in good portion. Maybe the staff who have showed us the room could have waited outside instead of entering the room. The rest of the stay was smooth and comfortable.

• Muhammad (8/5): Great stay, could be better. - The residence side of the hotel had a balcony which is connected to the other rooms and the master room had a tub. Hot water from the water heater wasn’t consistent. The dumpster to throw away your trash is at the back of the hotel. If someone opened the door, dragged a chair across the floor or runs on the floor above you, it can be heard clearly in your room. No soundproofing.

Shuttle gratuit à 10h30 et 14h pour Chinatown/Central mark. Pas vraiment un 5*, plutôt 4*. Douche étroite. Pour env. 60.- Euros ok.
