• Mervi (9/5): - Puitteet oli mahtavat. Yövyimme Aurora sviitissä. Muutama epäkohta kyllä löytyi. Yläkerran wcssä ei ollut lattialämmitystä ja lattia oli todella kylmä. Siellä ei ollut yksityisyyttä, koska lasivessaa ei saanut peitettyä kokonaan verhoilla. Portaista näkyi suoraan sisään vessaan. Muuten kaikki oli huoneessa täydellistä. Aamiainen oli lauantaina huomattavasti parempi ja monipuolisempi kuin sunnuntaina, se jäi hieman korpeamaan. Yläkerran kylmästä kylpyhuoneen lattiasta. Se oli TODELLA kylmä.

• Elina (10/5): Moderni ja viihtyisä hotelli luonnon helmassa. - Maukas aamiainen, loistava sisustus, kaiken kaikkiaan viihtyisä hotelli! Spa oli plussaa. Hotellihuone oli erittäin siisti ja moderni. Upeat näköalat.
• Susanna (8/5): Kauniilla paikalla sijaitseva hotelli, jossa oli ystävällinen henkilökunta, - Hyvä aulakahvila ja ravintola. Siisti, hyvä sijainti, kauniit maisemat. Palvelualtis henkilökunta. Sviitti oli hintava ja kuvista sai erilaisen kuvan. Huone oli paljon pienemmän oloinen todellisuudessa.

• Sake (9/5): Kelit, puitteet ja seura parasta A-ryhmää. - Huone / hotelli oli siisti ja antoi laadukkaan tunnelman. Mikäli olisimme hotellissa esim. Viikon niin ravintolan ruokalista kävisi suppeaksi.
• Jefelfi (8/5): Ruhige Lage auf dem Berg mit wunderschöner Aussicht - Super Lage, super Aussicht. Sehr ruhig und alleingelegen auf dem Berg. Zimmer und Badezimmer wunderschön gestaltet Für den Wintersport geeignet. Schwimmbad sehr schön und sauber. Im Allgemeinen sehr sauber. Für Kinder schwierig beim Abendessen etwas zu finden.

• Niina (8/5): Maisemia aktiivilomailevan perheen makuun - Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Hotelli oli nykyaikainen, siisti ja upeiden näköalojen nauttimiseen oli useampia viihtyisiä sisä- ja ulkotiloja. Tunnelma oli kiireetön ja ulkona ihanan hiljaista. Yövyimme rinteen kelomökissä, joka oli siististi remontoitu. Pienenä miinuksena kylppärin ovi, joka meni huonosti kiinni ja uuni, joka ei auennut, ellei kylppärin ovi ollut kunnolla kiinni. Näillä helteillä tuuletimme ikkunoista illalla/yöllä, joten olisi ollut tärkeä, että hyttysverkot ovat ehjät. Tällä helteellä olisi ollut myös hyvä saada pakastinlokeroon esim. mehujäitä yms. mutta jääkaapissa ei ollut lainkaan pakastinlokeroa. Jääkaappi myös puhalsi sisätilaan voimakkaasti kuumaa ilmaa. Talvella näistä seikoista ei olisi ollut haittaa. 🙂 Suuri yllätys meille aktiivilomalaisille oli, ettei mökissä ollut pesukonetta eikä hotellissa myöskään pesulapalvelua. Se olisi tuonut arviointiini viidennen tähden. Majoitukseen sisältyvästä viihtyisästä kylpylästä iso plussa päälle.

• Sarah (6/5): Ok probably for larger groups - Great location, restaurant food good, cottage facilities good. Staff not very friendly. Very chaotic when organising activities. We had them planned in advance with the hotel, then upon arrival they gave us a new itinerary, then when we turned up on time to the new itinerary they told us we were wrong (until we showed them their own paperwork). An expensive week to feel let down.

• Gwen (8/5): Recommended. - Lovely, restful stay. Good facilities and friendly staff. We stayed in a cottage and it was perfect for our break. Beds in the cottage were far too soft for me and affected my quality of sleep. Mattresses could do with an update in my personal opinion. Seemed really old!
• Christian (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful Aurora Suite. Own sauna on first level and jacuzzi outside the room on the (not heated) terrace. View down the hill/ ski slope was stunning. Went there at the end of November and had plenty of snow, albeit not as much as during the peak winter season. The room was spacious, modern and the terrace with the jacuzzi had a stunning view. Even though the terrace was not heated and we had about -8°C the jacuzzi managed to heat up to 40°C. The staff was helpful and lovely, the Hilltop restaurant was pricey but had very tasty food.

Live music on weekend dinner .A la carte options+ buffet fro dinner. Wide choice of quality drinks/ cocktails. Rich intertainment : husky ride, reindeer farm, wonderful walking surranundings , arctic safary on snow mobile...etc. No coffee machine or option for espresso .
• Chris (10/5): This was our second visit and hopefully will not be the last! - This was the main aim of the trip. The log cabin was exceptional and very well equipped, warm, comfortable and a pleasant experience. The 'short' walk to the main hotel for breakfast etc on occasions did not feel that short! The breakfast buffet was good and covered all dietary requirements The Husky and Reindeer trips were exactly as expected and worth every penny The bus to the Market works well for a change of scene Reception staff were very helpful in changing transfers as we changed our return travel plans The buffet food for dinner provided a reasonable choice, however the a la carte was fairly limited. More information needs to be provided about the food available and how those who are no 'all inclusive' are charged. Transfers to and from the railway station proved to be rather expensive and time consuming as they were connected with others being collected from the airport. An exceptional amount of information is given to you immediately on arrival, obviously you can return and ask questions but a key and a hello would have been enough after 3 hours in a taxi.

• Melanie (8/5): Very good - The hotel is beautiful and the view even better! We stayed in a cottage which was great - it was spacious and had everything you need, including a lovely little sauna. The restaurant offers good food, especially the breakfast options very lovely. The spa area is not very big and only offers a little whirlpool - however it is great to have the option for a little dip :) Compared to other places we stayed in Lapland we felt like the staff was a but unfriendly - or more like not so personal. Which makes sense since it is quite a big hotel. Although a little smile never hurt nobody ;) All in all it was a wonderful stay there and I would definitely recommend it.

• Hellevi (10/5): Jo maiseman vuoksi kannattaa matkustaa - Voin vilpittömästi suositella kavereillenikin. Hotelli on hieno ja näköala sanoinkuvaamaton! Pidin myös spa-osastosta.
• Tuija (8/5): Ruska-aikaan Iso-Syötteellä kelomökissä - Yövyimme 2 yötä kelomökissä nauttien ruskan loistosta. Kelomökki oli sopivan kokoinen kahdelle henkilölle. Mökki oli idyllinen pikkupuutteistaan huolimatta. Olisimme kaivanneet kuivauskaappia ulkoiluvaatteille. Mökin kokolattiamatto pitäisi uusia. Se oli epämiellyttävän tahrainen.

A la carte menu tosin kaipaisi hieman laajennusta valikoiman suhteen ja lapsivieraat tulisi myös huomioida siinä. Onneksi varauduimme omilla lastenruuilla, jotta lapset saivat muutakin, kuin annoksen kokoon nähden ylihinnoteltuja ranskalaisia ja dippiä. Keho ja mieli pääsivät rentoutumaan lomakohteessa kaiken kaikkiaan oikein ihanasti.

• Marina (8/5): - As Kelo cottages are part of boutique hotel, it was unexpected not to get shampoo/shower gel in the room. But otherwise it was a perfect stay in winter wonderland. Very quiet and beautiful area on the top of the fell, amazing views, a lot of snow even at the beginning of December.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great location on the top of the hill - There are both rooms and cottages in the hotel. Our group stayed a couple of nights in a cottage capable of accommondating six persons. The cottage was clean and cosy even though the outside patio would require a little update. However, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel. The spa area of the hotel was accessible also for the ones staying in the cottages.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Perushyvä ja siisti majoitus - Kelomökki on perushyvä majoitusvaihtoehto. Kylpyhuone oli uusittu ja siisti. Lattiamateriaalina mökissä on kokolattiamatto, joka pitäisi ehdottomasti vaihtaa nykyaikaisemmaksi materiaaliksi. Parin yön majoittumiseen kelomökki on oikein hyvä.

• Ville (10/5): Erinomainen - Hotelli on rakennettu todella tyylikkääksi ja nykyaikaiseksi. Palvelu oli ystävällistä. Aamiainen lauantaina oli yksi parhaista, mitä Suomessa olen nauttinut. Ravintolassa oli myös loistava a la carte illalla. Huoneen maisemat oli huikeat ja huone kaikinpuolin siisti ja tyylikäs.
• Antti (10/5): - Uusi hotelli oli oikein viihtyisä ja siisti, tiloja oli kolmessa kerroksessa ja hotelli on tunturin rinteessä joten portaita sai kävellä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelua sai vaikka asiakkaita olikin paljon. Pieni miinus oli paikoin keskeneräiset tilat, ilmeisesti lisää tiloja ja palveluita on vielä tulossa.
