Room was very comfortable - shower had hot water, air con great, beds and towels changed upon request, lovely balcony. Easy walking access to everything including Alona beach, bars, restaurants, and scooter rental, all within 10 minutes walk. Used laundry service and hotel transfer, both excellent.

• Keith (8/5): Tucked away, small friendly peaceful resort, great location. - Pleasant small scale resort, friendly helpful staff. Great location, near numerous restaurants, but relatively quiet. Has bar open until 10pm. Small refreshing pool. Twin room, beds are small, but adequate.

We slept great there - It’s just a short walk to the beach, the best restaurant in the city is one block away if you like Italian food. The price is reasonable. The breakfast isn’t very good. I doesn’t matter because there are so many options near by
• Camilo (4/5): Would not recommend - Good location I would not stay at this hotel again. The ground-floor rooms open directly onto the pool, so there is no sense of privacy at any time. Even though the windows were mirrored and had blackout curtains, it still didn’t feel private—especially because once you turn on the lights inside the room, the privacy provided by the mirrored windows is lost. The only way to feel somewhat private is by keeping all doors and curtains fully closed. There is a lot of noise from the street, especially from motorcycles. The rooms are not cleaned unless you explicitly request it, and on one occasion when I did request it, it was not done. The WiFi coverage is very poor. I ended up checking out one day early and booking another hotel to avoid staying the last night here.

Le camere sono basiche ma molto spaziose e pulite. il personale della reception è disponibile dalle 7 alle 19. C'è sempre un guardiano notturno all'ingresso. Ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare un'escursione Bohol e le Chocolate Hills e ci hanno fornito il servizio di navetta dall'aeroporto. Piscina piccola ma carina, aperta fino a tardi ma non troppo pulita. nella stanza c'era un bollitore. Non abbiamo provato la loro colazione. Tutto ok. E' tutto pulito in generale ma si potrebbe fare un pò di attenzione in più ad alcuni dettagli, non impeccabile. La piscina invece era sporca. La pressione dell'acqua era un problema. L'acqua calda usciva poca.

• Edouard (9/5): I will come back there if I go back to Alona - Location is good, not far from the center and also very quiet. The facilities are also nice, the team very helpful and welcoming. We had a quick issue with AC but the team did all the necessary to provide fans very quickly and to repair the day after, we got a very nice support. The team also has been super flexible with our schedule to go sightseeing the day of our check-out. The only points I would love to see better are the soap and shampoo quality provided by the hotel, and the shower pressure. It was manageable but it could be better.

My tv blew up on our second day and the took until the 4th day to replace it.

• Roger (8/5): Nice Choice - Staff were great, ready to help promptly. The pool was clean and inviting. Breakfast was ordered and provided as scheduled. Landscaper cleaned the area daily, and the night crew helped us find lights and game equipment. Front desk arranged airport transport that worked well. The area was quiet yet close to good dining options. Not simple direct access to the beach was disappointing. The room key chain was large and clunky and turned off the air conditioning while you were away.

La habitación es súper amplia, cómoda, con placard y espacio de apoyo, caja de seguridad y aire acondicionado. El baño es amplio y te dejan todo lo necesario todos los días (shampoo, jabón, papel higiénico, cepillos de dientes y toallas). La pileta es hermosa, con temperatura súper agradable y muy limpia. Sirven desayuno a la carta y lo que pedimos nosotros estuvo muy bien. Una mención súper especial para todo el personal, sobre todo las chicas de recepción (Leia es un amor de persona) y las chicas de reservas de Booking. Nos mandaron un auto para buscarnos al puerto, nos reservaron otro para ir al aeropuerto y nos recomendaron playas que vistar. Nada

Our ferry was cancelled due to thypoon, so we arrived a day late, we asked if they can amend or gives us an extra day. The lady on reception told us that her boss told her he is not going to do anything as it is not his business. I think is outregous that as a big chain you are making money from natural disaster. The score is for mor the managment.

• Azhari (10/5): Superb accommodation - I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The accommodations were superb. My room was a good size. A generous amount of space that made relaxing easy and everything was super clean. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. The resort also boasts a lovely swimming pool, which was a perfect place to cool off and relax after a day out. There is a safe, small fridge, and good air conditioning in the room. Finally, the location is excellent. It's close enough to the main attractions to be convenient, yet positioned perfectly to ensure a relatively quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Nothing! Just to inform that there are no proper pavements around the town/beach area
