• Yeong mei (5/5): Good location but not a pleasant stay. - The car park is flooded with sewage water due to leaking pipe. Very disturbing especially when the parking lot is deep at the corner without proper lighting. Parking security is poor.

• Shayan (3/5): Not great value for money, poor facility for a ‘deluxe’ room - Large bed, comfortable with utensils. Pool is good. For the top floor, bad smell coming through bathroom. Washing machine did not work properly. Stains on furniture. Infested also with ants/ termites under the kitchen counter. Top floor has loud alarms beeping because the door to go towards pool is broken. The view is over the slums as well although advertised as sea view - a bit disheartening to see.

• Kevin A (9/5): - Fantastic location and everything close by. Well furnished and great cleaning service every few days. Very helpful owner. So will come back. Bed mattress although looks fairly new it's had a rough time and mattress springs are buckled on edge so springs quite uncomfortable. Everything else was really pretty good. No pots in kitchen just one fry pan.

• Jo Bizini (5/5): Average - Location prompt response from the owner. Very helpful The fridge was decently big. Bedsheet & towel were filthy with blood stain & yellowish stuff. Hair on the bed. The couch was dated,old and uncomfortable to sit on. Kitchen utensils: only ONE old pan was provided,no pot or other cooking tools. No dishwashing liquid was provided. However washing machine & detergent powder were supplied. The room was very close to the lift , swimming pool and gym , and the foot traffic was bad. Room also located next to rubbish area, can be very noisy and smelly.

• Christian (6/5): Be aware of the bed bugs - Good location for people with own car. Some nice restaurants in the block, also for breakfast. A lot of space. No seaview! You look into a swamp! I was biten by bed bugs! Answer from the organization, not from us! They did not take it serious. I still habe 100 bites on the hole body and the itching after 12 h!

• Mette (7/5): Fint - men nedslidt/i stykker - Close to airport - could see planes take off. Soap for washing machine was provided. Lejligheden var noget nedslidt og ting blev ikke repareret løbende. Fx var vandhanen i køkkenet løs, vandskade ved aircondition mm. Rengøringen kunne være bedre. En del lange mørke hår og en beskidt karklud. Da vi ville bruge poolen var den lukket og uden besked om hvornår den åbnede igen.

• Albert (1/5): Did a fish die in the apartment? cause it stinks really bad. - The apartment was unclean with smears of dirt and it was very smelly like from the sewer. Not just from the bathroom but the whole apartment. I'm not exagerrating when I said really smelly. It's like a fish died in the apartment. Even it was really smelly in the underground car park so we think it's a building issue since the apartment is next to a garbage filled river. We asked for a refund but agreed to pay only for 1 night that we stayed. At first the manager was ok but now we are ghosted, no refund. If you want a pleasant stay, don't stay here. Save your nose.

• Yuni Faidzoul Aidzoul (2/5): - dbawah ada kopi ping n chunk n dunk..tu je saya suka n tempat memang dekat dgn imago not maintained..dirty.. habuk dusty place not clean.. the linen mcm tidak tukar.. tuala tidak cukup 6.. minta lagi 1..dia cakap sudah tsdia stiap kali..tapi kurang..malas cakap lagi .baik beli baru...the card susah.. mau turun naik..pasal satu saja n selalu problem scanning the card.. memang tidak clean mana bilik2..mana kawasan luar..bau smpah n kotot..tak maintain..tak bebaloi bayar mahal2.. tau2 tempat kotor n tak maintain..bila cakap trmpat masak tak ada gas.. rupanya dia bagi portable gas satu pulak.. hmm..memang terok kami kena bilik yang kami dpt masatu
• Nurlaili (10/5): Very commendable, and i enjoyed the 1 night stay. - I like everything. Perhaps can look into and upgrade the mailbox…a bit hard to close.

• gloriana (8/5): Just nice~ - I like the vibes of the house. So nice. Abit noisy coz, when people walking at outside and screaming playing. Coz that is the floor to pool.

• Sofyna (6/5): - The aircon well functioned and the TV The bed is squeaky and noisy. Pillow is quite smelly. Noise from upstairs until dawn. Cramp space. Not enough tables and chairs.

• Roc Fong (8/5): Good place to stay. - The bed Toilet is dark due to blown bulbs
• Chanelle (6/5): fair. Need improvement - near to Imago and got lots of restaurant downstairs. tv, hot shower, bed are okay too. I love the dining table. faulty smells like poop near to the kitchen, bidet hose not functioning, some of the windows can’t close and lock well, and the lock at the toilet please fix it immediately. someone almost got trapped inside. lucky enough we were in the living room that time. and one more thing, slow response by the staff. almost 3pm, but no messages on the check in instructions yet. So, I text them myself first but already texted them a few hours before my arrival.
