There were various small issues with the bathroom which put together were irritating. The view from the room was awful. The inclusive breakfast was poor. Fruit juice was not fresh and included no eggs, cheese or fruit. The pastries of average quality.

camila (10/5): Estancia Perfecta - El hotel es precioso, lo mejor es la ubicación ya que queda a pocas calle de los sitios turisticos más importantes de Roma. La atención excepcional. Queda en un barrio turistico pero no se siente ruido alguno. El desayuno, delicioso y abundante. Las instalaciones increibles. Absolitamente recomendado.

MEHMET DERUN (4/5): - Only location You pay many extras at breakfast, for cheese plate 12 EUR for example. Bad smell of the bathroom, because no ventilation in bathroom and bad connections of wastewater. No temperature control of the room. Rather small rooms for a "Suites Hotel".

The staff assisted us with small group tours and with dinner reservations, and were overall very kind and helpful. Highly recommend. The breakfast was a feast of pastries, but we would have appreciated options for fruit and more protein as part of the standard breakfast.

Marianne (8/5): Prima hotel voor citytrip. Zeker aan te bevelen. - Perfecte locatie als uitvalsbasis om de stad te bezoeken. Een eerder kleinschalig hotel, wat maakt dat het er niet druk is. Met de junior suite hadden we een zeer ruime kamer, zeer netjes en alle nodige faciliteiten. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt wordt aan tafel geserveerd. Keuze kan je zelf niet maken, eten wat men serveert dus 🫣., waar je op zich wel de voormiddag mee doorkomt. Wens je bv een eitje of wat kaas ofzo, dan dient er bijbetaald te worden. Zeer kleine lift, wat voor iets zwaardere mensen wel een probleem kan geven vermoedden we.

Gilbert (5/5): Le rapport qualité/prix n'y est pas - Peut mieux faire - Literie excellente, très confortable, propreté. L'accueil est aimable, l'hotel situé au fond d'une cour est à l'abri du tumulte de la rue. L'emplacement est au coeur du quartier historique. La salle de bains est bien agencée, les équipement en très bon état, l'éclairage ambiant correct, mais lamentable pour se raser, ou se maquiller. Il manque un miroir grossissant concave rétro-éclairé. L'architecte a privilégié l'esthétique sur le fonctionnel. Il en est de même pour la tête du lit. Impossible de lire un magazine avec un éclairage dirigé sur le plafond. Il manque juste des liseuses. La clim s'enclenche automatiquement à fond dès que l'on quitte la chambre, d'ou une température glaciale en fin de journée. La réception reconnait que c'est inconfortable pour les gens normaux, mais très apprécié des américains, qui constituent l'essentiel de la clientèle. Nous n'avons pas réussi à nous connecter à la télévision avec le wifi. Le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre est quelconque, pas de choix, produits basiques et bas de gamme, jus d'orange surgelé et coupé avec beaucoup d'eau, impossible d'avoir un peu de lait à part avec le thé. Il manque peu de choses à cet hotel pour améliorer sensiblement son classement.
David (10/5): - My husband and I stayed at the Martivs for 2 nights before our cruise. Everything about this hotel was perfect. We arrived at 7:30 am and thought we wouldn’t be able to check in until later in the day but a room was ready for us right away. Also, we were upgraded to a larger room which was absolutely heavenly. This hotel is a mix of old charm and modern luxury. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The hotel is situated in a quiet courtyard within a busy area of Rome, close to many sights. 2 doors down was an amazing Gelato place called Giolitti. Although it is in the heart of the action, our room was quiet and had a romantic feel. I would definitely stay here the next time we are in Rome. This was one of our favourite hotels in Europe. We hope to be back soon.
