- Pudāne (6/5): Bija izturami, bet ne īpaši jauki. - Atrašanās vieta pašā centrā ir ļoti jauki, bet netika brīdināts, ka zem/blakus dzīvokļa ir naktsklubs, attiecīgi skaļa mūzika un daudz cilvēku līdz pat vēlai naktij. Ieeja dzīvoklī ir caur naktsklubu, pa ļoti tumšām kāpnēm, slikts apgaismojums. Komunikācija ar saimnieci negatīva - zvanīja nakts laikā, kad jau gulēju un prasīja, vai esmu dušā, jo naktskluba darbinieki sūdzās, ka viņiem tek ūdens virsū no dzīvokļa dušas. Šī problēma atkārtojās arī nākošajā dienā, bet nekāda risinājuma no saimniekiem nesekoja. Arī sazvanīt saimnieci nebija iespējams, neatbildēja ne uz telefona zvaniem, ne Watssap ziņām :(

- Ioana (6/5): Dezamăgitor - Faptul ca este in centru este un avantaj și c-am singurul( este punctul meu de vedere) Accesul la camera foarte dificil, scări abrupte ,se traversează un bar care are o lumina ambientala foarte mica ,(abia vezi pe unde mergi.).. ajungi la o ușă de unde urmează o alta scara de data asta fără balustrada și mai abrupta , și ajungi intr-un pod unde trebuie să mergi câte o persoana și atent ca exista riscul sa te lovești la cap, apoi vei ajunge la camera 1, care are vedere la gradina (în descrierea de pe Booking) dar vederea este între niște clădiri lipite, de acolo un câine a urlat în fiecare noapte....o cameră foarte mica, fără un dulap pentru haine, cu o masa care are picioarele rupte, ...în concluzie un spatiu foarte mic, un mediu sufocant cu care oamenii vor sa faca bani.....nu asa este descrierea pe Booking dar asta este din păcate realitatea.....

- Natalia (10/5): Un loc foarte plăcut în care revenim cu drag de fiecare dată când venim la Brașov. - Am stat la această proprietate de mai multe ori și de fiecare dată experiența a fost excelentă. Apartamentul este foarte curat, bine întreținut și amenajat cu mult bun gust. Camera este confortabilă și liniștită, iar patul este foarte comod, perfect pentru odihnă. Locația este foarte bună, aproape de centrul Brașovului și de principalele atracții. Gazda este foarte amabilă și comunicarea este mereu rapidă și ușoară. De fiecare dată ne-am simțit foarte bine aici și tocmai de aceea alegem să revenim. Nu am avut nimic negativ de menționat. Totul a fost mereu foarte bine.

- Kalina (9/5): Bardzo dobry pobyt, spędziliśmy tu dwa niezwykle miłe dni! - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko głównego rynku, obok piekarnia i sklep spożywczy, wiele restauracji i barów. Pokój i łazienka praktycznie urządzone i wygodne. Co ciekawe - pokój jest nad barem, w którym kwitnie życie wieczorami ale, pokoje są świetnie wyciszone. Do wspólnego użytku dobrze wyposażona i czysta kuchnia wraz z lodówką. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Właścicielką. Jedyne co było dla nas trudne, to brak dedykowanego miejsca parkingowego - ale to też cena za bycie w centrum.

- Marius (6/5): - In buricul targului cum se spune, aproape pe centru. 1. Locatia se afla deasupra unui bar, care avea program pana la 3 dimineata. Se auzea bassul bine de tot in camera. 2. Am avut colocatari straini, care au fost beti/drogati, au facut galagie, scandal si dupa ora 23. Nu i-a potolit nimeni sau evacuati desi erau camere de supraveghere in spatiile comune si puteau fi dati afara rapid. 3. Accesul la locatie se face prin bar, ceea ce nu e tocmai comfortabil, lumina difiza, mai trebuie sa pui si o parola la intrare.

- Natalia (10/5): Un sejur excelent, peste așteptări, datorită condițiilor foarte bune și unei gazde deosebite. Recomand cu mare drag, noi - Totul a fost la superlativ. Cazarea este foarte curată, bine întreținută și amenajată cu gust, oferind o atmosferă primitoare și confortabilă. Patul a fost extrem de comod, iar camera liniștită, perfectă pentru odihnă. Locația este foarte bună, ușor accesibilă și într-o zonă plăcută. Un mare plus este gazda, care a fost extraordinar de amabilă, atentă și disponibilă, oferindu-ne toate informațiile necesare și asigurându-se că ne simțim confortabil pe tot parcursul șederii. Comunicarea a fost excelentă, rapidă și foarte prietenoasă. Nu există nimic negativ de menționat, totul a fost minunat.

Singurele parcari cu plata unde gasesti locuri disponibile sunt la 400-500m de locatie si costa in jur de 60-80 lei pt 12 ore. Fiind la mansarda,camera este foarte inghesuita, canapeaua este murdara, in unele locuri varul este sarit de pe pereti.

They were also very kind and offered us a late refund when we had to cancel a room late because one of our family members injured herself and could not come to Romania Just one point - there are a lot of stairs to climb so this may not suit guests with mobility issues

Barul prin care treci a sa ajungi la locație, unde poți fuma o narghilea și bea ceva. Geamurile de la mansarda poziționate deasupra paturilor Totul a fost ok. The rooms are clean, there is enough space, there is also a room next to the rooms where you can make yourself tea and coffee, put food in the fridge. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel at first due to the fact that to get to it you have to go through the bar, but you will be greeted immediately, as soon as you write a message on the booking. This is not bad, it was just not expected at first

During the second night, there was some heating available. The bed was broken and the host/hosts attempted to fix it, bud they did a very poor job and that resulted in a very difficult sleep. In my opinion, if you find that a bed with a metal frame was fixed, you should replace it, not try to repair it. Below, in the photo, there is what I've seen when I tried to lift up the mattress to fix the bed myself. I thought maybe it was just a plank that was dislodged, but no, it was way worse...

- Ezgi (7/5): Good - We stayed here as a couple for one night as part of a road trip around Romania. We were pleased with the location and cleanliness of the apartment. It looked over a busy street but was high enough that it didn't disturb us in the evening. The road has a nice bakery, exchange offices, and restaurants galore. The contactless Check-in was finickily but worked well in the end. Overall this is highly recommended, it comfortably did the job, was central, and was well priced. There are a fair few stairs involved in reaching the apartment so if you had a lot of heavy bags or a disability I'd bear it in mind. You can battle over the city parking 150 meters away which is free 8pm-8am but you need to go and pay at the meters or use the confusing website if you'd like to hang about a bit in the morning.
