• Eduan (9/5): Beautiful and peaceful - Lovely view from the terrace Working farm Roberto and the staff were very friendly and polite, but at the same time I experienced complete privacy. Breakfast was amazing. They let me stay and sit in the garden for hours after my check-out time to experience the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Beautiful place! I was looking forward to make use of the swimming pool that was on all the photos, although the pool was empty during my stay.

• Rick (10/5): Hard to describe how amazing this is - It is impossible to begun to describe how amazing this place is. The directions to find it were good, and when we arrived we were welcomed by Roberto who was incredibly friendly. The whole place is incredible, with views in every direction. Robert was keen to share his home with us, and readily pointed out the numerous seating locations around the gardens. What a quiet place! Brilliant for reading a book with a glass of wine, or just enjoying the scenery and wildlife. The room we had was big, with loads of room for us. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very dark (which helped me sleep). The house has good external lighting, but beyond that iti is a great dark sky area with almost no light pollution. The kitchen was really well equipped and we were able to cook nice meals. We only ordered breakfast once, but what a breakfast! Huge amount of different, high quality food that set us up well for the day. We had wonderful weather and were warm enough all week, but there was plenty of firewood of we wanted to light a fire or cook outside. I certainly rated the produce from the farm. Roberto makes beautiful wines that are definitely worth trying. He also makes lovely olive oil, which isn't really my thing but I could appreciate it. I have to mention Roberto's family as well. His parents were always friendly and said hello, and nurture the most lovely vegetable plot with dedication and passion - and inspiration. In all, this was one of the best places we have stayed, and I certainly would recommend it. There isn't anything to not like! For us, it was perfect in every way
• Marla (10/5): Perfect escape to unplug from daily chaos and stress - Well… if your dream vacation includes WiFi that mysteriously “doesn’t exist,” notifications that never bother you, and birds acting as your personal alarm clock… then Roberto’s house is basically a 5-star escape 😄 Perched on top of a mountain, this place has zero traffic noise, zero chaos, and approximately zero excuses to check your phone. Instead, you wake up to birds singing like they’re auditioning for The Voice: Forest Edition. Every morning starts with a homemade breakfast lovingly prepared by Roberto’s mom — and I’m still emotionally attached to that chocolate cake + cappuccino combo. Honestly, I’m not saying I’d go back just for that… but I’d go back just for that. Roberto and his father are always around with big smiles, ready to help with anything — or just casually make you feel like part of the family. At night? Fireplace vibes 🔥 If you’re into “traditional stuff” (aka things that actually make you happy), it’s perfect. I even cooked a steak over the fire one night and felt like a Michelin-starred mountain chef. Pair that with Roberto’s homemade wine and suddenly you’re questioning all your life choices back in the city. • Will (10/5): - Wonderful Winery Agriturismo. Roberto is a fantastic host and is passionate about what he does. Set in the most beautiful hills of Val D'Orcia, this is a perfect escape from city life and mass tourism. Spacious apartment with large bedroom and bathroom. Very clean with air conditioning. Very peaceful and tranquil. Great pool area with loungers and scenery and views amongst the best in Tuscany. Vineyard and Winery tours are available with top-class red wines available to purchase afterwards. Located 4 km outside of San Quirico D'Orcia, where you can stock up on provisions to cook on site at your leisure. The grounds have outside eating areas where you can dine Al fresco whilst taking in the incredible scenery. This place is highly recommended and I would love to return and stay again. Thank you, Roberto and your family.

The location was perfect for us. Located in the beautiful countryside of Tuscany, but the town (San Quirico d'Orcia) was just a short drive away for a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. It was also a close drive to some of the beautiful, smaller towns in Tuscany, such as Pienza and Montalcino to name a few. The bonuses: The location provided amazing views of Tuscany. Although it was too cold for us to use the pool, the pool location had great views of the countryside. The owner was kind enough to allow us to help ourselves to the vegetable garden.

You stay right at their family home and get to meet his Mother and Father whom have been there for 40+ years. The breakfast was amazing sitting out in the garden looking at the view and well worth the 14 Euros. It is a little hard to get there so make sure you have the correct address. Type in AgriTurismo first followed by the address into Google Maps. Room was nice and clean and bathroom was recently updated. We had a very large kitchen that we didn't use because we were only there for two nights. If you want to experience the rolling hills of Tuscany this is the place! The wine we have tested was one of the best wines we have tried. We also had a nice Italian c breakfast We enjoyed everything since the hospitality and the possibility to visit the farm and the wine processing factory, so there is not a negative point in our journey.

He works so hard and is rightly very proud of his family farm with it's vines and olive groves. There is a lovely pool looking over a fabulous view. We really did have a lovely time . Despite being a working farm , it was very quiet . Very large breakfast if you chose to pay the extra .It was lovely sitting outside looking at the beautiful view ..very peaceful Central for the picturesque Val D'Orcia with it's rolling landscape,cypress trees and hill towns . We had all we needed.

We had unforgettable impressions from this place. The farm is located on top of a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards. From here you can enjoy stunning views for tens of kilometers around. ROberto is a very welcoming and caring host. He does everything for the convenience of his guests. Speaks English well. Communication is at the highest level. Here you can buy excellent wine and olive oil. HIGHLY recommend for everyone. Thank you Roberto, it was very nice to meet you and spend a few days on your farm! Igor & Vitalia it would be nice to add some cups for tea, milk etc.

The views around all sides of the property are amazing, and when at the pool you only hear nature sounds. The owner makes very tasty wine, so would definitely recommend getting a bottle or two. The owner/family is super friendly and helpful. Got the fire started for a nice bbq and answered all questions super fast. As a bonus there are two cute and friendly dogs on the property. To get there you drive over a dusty road for a few km. Not a problem for us personally, but in case you don't want to get your car dirty.

• Lisa (10/5): Relaxing stay in Tuscany - Roberto and his family was very friendly and welcoming! The two cute dogs are also very friendly! We managed to check in smoothly and the room was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The farmhouse is really quaint and authentic with beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards, olive trees, and Val D'Orcia countryside with little castles all around. We loved the view from the pool. Sadly we arrived too late to do the wine tour but the vineyards look very interesting. Roberto also let us sample olive oil from his farm. We did not stay longer! Small point, the breakfast is not included and costs 14 eur per person but the spread is very generous and delicious!

The owner, Roberto, answered all my questions in a timely fashion prior to our arrival. Our apartment was perfect. The farm is perfectly situated. You can enjoy sunrise on one side of the property and sunset on the other side. Roberto produces organic wine and olive oil. He gave us a tour of the vineyard and the wine production area. Afterwards, we enjoyed a wine tasting and charcuterie board while sitting in a beautiful garden and enjoying the Tuscan scenery. It doesn’t get any better than that! Nothing

A clean pool, great breakfast and cosy apartments. Everything was perfect.

• Oscar (10/5): Top coziness with surreal views in Val d’Orcia - Unbelievable views, cozy house, incredibly warm welcome from Roberto, rooms are great and clean and have nice commodities. Highly recommend the breakfast, also offered extra is a tour on wine and oil with tasting which we enjoyed. Only regret is not staying longer! Looking forward to coming back, especially on a slightly warmer day to enjoy the outdoors pool. We have driven 4 days in Chianti and Montalcino (Tuscany) and this location offered the absolutely best views, incredible landscape! Everything perfect
• Robert (10/5): Best Tuskan experience! - It's a beautifully located top-hill house with a charming garden & vineyards. A perfect place for leisure. I enjoyed a lot sitting in the garden chair with the beautiful view of the valley and Montalcino. Roberto is a very attentive host, committed to making your stay pleasant.

• Yuval (10/5): Val D'orcia paradise - Superb location with great views all around. Paradise for hikers and biker. No attempt at luxury or unique style (as many other in Tuscany). Nice, clean and very functional apartments, well equipped, on a working farm. Hosts are delightful. We were invited to pick our own fresh vegetables in the garden, which was really cool. Kitchen is very well equipped for cooking, and outside you will find plenty of tables, enough for outdoor dining for each of the apartments. Great place.

• Dahan (10/5): The best stay we had in Italy - A true gem in a beautiful location. We were looking for a quiet farmhouse to stay for our visit in south Tuscany, and it exceeded our expectations to become the best stay we had in Italy. Roberto was a great host, kind and helpful. The facilities are tidy, the room was clean and well organized with a full equipped kitchen with everything that you need to prepare yourself a decent meal. We were amazed by how the Roberto thought of everything, from wood for the fireplace waiting for you outside the door to salt and pepper in the kitchen. Compared to other country side farmhouses we stayed in, Poggio Al Vento was by far the best. Highly recommended!
