- Samantha (10/5): Exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel - Surprisingly had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very attentive, the free breakfast was actually good and the bed was actually comfortable. My room was cleaned to a good standard, it was warm, the shower had hot water at all times. I actually would stay here again if I had to. It is budget but it exceeded expectations for a budget hotel The WiFi was of no use. Parts of the building had really poor signal even my mobile data wouldn't work.
That's the only downside
- Richard (9/5): Good value for money -
- Josef (8/5): -
- Keith (10/5): Highly recommended - Stayed here before and will return. Originally booked for previous week but hospital appointment was cancelled. Rang hotel and they switched the date despite the booking being ‘unchangeable’. Staff are always friendly and helpful, hotel always spotless. Excellent meal next door at Albert’s restaurant. Nothing
- Martin (8/5): Ideal for a cheap overnight stay in Swinton - cheap and cheerful a bit basic

- Rachel (9/5): Great stay next to a great restaurant - Bedroom was spacious, clean, modern, lovely big bed, coffee & tea, biscuits and bottles of water. The hotel was great, if I’m being really picky I would just say the sink taps were a bit dated and didn’t turn off well. Otherwise it was fabulous
- Marie (10/5): -
- David (8/5): -
- Sherrie (9/5): - Staff, complimentary breakfast, amenities Bed was very firm
- Sheila (10/5): convenient and comfortable stay - Friendly staff and comfortable clean rooms
- Leah (5/5): Pleasant stay - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, and impressed with the king size bed The pillows were way too hard, i woke uo with a stiff neck due to this, we were in room 8 and whoever rooms was above us , were walking round all night as all we heard was the floor boards creaking which kept us awake.

- James (7/5): Perfect for a business night away. - Friendly pleasant staff. Timely breakfast clean comfortable room. Excellent parking . No character. Purely functional. So it's perfect if you want that from your stay

- Isobel (5/5): Basic, clean hotel, ideal for business trips or passing through. - Does the job. This hotel was very affordable and very close to where I needed to be. Staff were helpful. Breakfast provided was great if you need something quick on the go before work. Very basic but expected for the price.
- Dayo (7/5): -
- Nick (7/5): Good value for money. - Good sized room, directly opposite our son’s room. Good access to Alberts Shed. Breakfast in a bag was very average
- Sarah (7/5): Friendly staff - Restaurant and city center close, staff were great Pillows were thin, bed a bit hard but ok. Wish the shower head detached and the bath wasnt so small but it was good for the price. Will ask for spare pillows next time :)
- Chez (10/5): - Frendly staff clean room Location
- Alister (5/5): -
- Claire (10/5): Fantastic stay - Staff were so friendly, happy to help.
Room was clean had everything we needed. At first thought bed was a little hard but next morning both myself and Daughter said we had slept well and bed wasn't bad at all The restaurant and bar a little pricey, however this is not really related to the hotel all though attached it was a different enterprise. Yes you got 20% off if you wanted breakfast but nothing for drinks
- Joan (10/5): - It was all good The size of the room was big
- Antony (9/5): - Location and value for money Nothing
- david (9/5): Very comfortable clean and friendly staff -
- Neringa (5/5): Easy location - Easy to find. Great parking space and location quite good The hotel is near the main road and the noise from the road was quite bad all night long. If to stay stay in the internal side not road side.
- Louise (7/5): Overall, a good value for money stay in a central location - Breakfast was good, we had it in Alberts and I thought it was included in the price but was a little disappointed to learn that the B&B cost only included the breakfast box. The bathroom was very tired and dated
- Terry (7/5): -
- Jason (9/5): A clean, friendly hotel with a very nice adjoining restaurant - The property was clean and staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast bap & juice/ coffee provided for breakfast was adequate and tasty. While the adjoining restaurant serves as a great place to eat in the evenings The pillows were quite hard although I didn’t ask for any alternative to be fair. If you don’t have a car then the shops/ pubs are a fair walk
- Beckett (10/5): Our second stay here, can’t fault it for the bucks you pay. Deffo wouldn’t hesitate to book again. - Very clean, easy access. Andrew on the front desk pulled out all the stops as we needed to check in way before the stated time as we had a wedding to attend in Manchester.
- Yoki666 (6/5): -
- Jenna (2/5): -
- azadahmed78 (7/5): Walkable distance to the ALSG course. - No additional charge for the car park.
Staff helpful in letting me park after checkout time for me to pick up later after the course finished. Breakfast - Average- Not expecting to be given in a goodie bag.
Road noise- particularly an uneven manhole making noise everytime a car tyre pass over it.
- Traveling Couple (10/5): Great stay - This hotel it very clean and well maintained. The staff always make you feel welcomed and will try there best to accommodate any requests. The is nothing I don't like
- Vasile Ionut (1/5): -
- Victoria (10/5): Lots of parking and the information provided about sat nav information was great, we were welcomed by a very helpful man - Great location for our desired trip to Bowlers Manchester I cannot fault this hotel
- Birtwhistle (8/5): - The room was nice and a good size and the bed was large and clean and comfortable. The breakfast box was on and there were tea and coffee making facilities. There was quite a lot of traffic noise which kept us awake unfortunately. That was the main downside.
- John (8/5): Good clean basic hotel fantastic staff - Basic hotel with fantastic staff clean hotel Need smart tv in ALL rooms with hdmi

Clean and spacious Nothing
- david (9/5): - Staff were great.
- Alan (7/5): Great location and great value - Great location. The attached restaurant and bar was excellent. It was a bit noisy due to its location. Road noise and early deliveries/ waste collection prevented a good nights sleep
- Mr & Mrs Farmer (10/5): - The staff were great. It's really helpful to have a friendly face behind reception.
The rooms were excellent, clean to perfection. Great room maid. The cooked breakfast was very poor, sadly. The sausage and bacon were very dry and over cooked
It's not really doing the Hello Hotel Justice.
- Robyn (7/5): Good hotel for event nearby, helpful staff :) - Nice staff

- Philip (6/5): -
- Colin (10/5): - Location was convenient for our visit
- sa wills (9/5): Good Comfortable stay. - The grab and go breakfast was really good. Rooms were a good size and clean, beds were comfortable. My room was noisy due to traffic , but was quickly moved.
- Arthur (10/5): -
- lisa (8/5): A clean, comfortable, cheep and cheerful stay - The hello hotel was clean and comfortable for our 2 night stay.
Rooms are spacious with standard amenities, such as TV, tea & coffee facilities ect.
Breakfast in a bag is a good idea, but it would be nice to have proper breakfast facilities.
My bacon barm on day one was nice, and came with a bottle of orange juice and mini chocolate chip muffin. I have got to say the muffin was a bit dry.
Day 2, porridge pot, orange juice and mini muffin, couldn’t fault.
The restaurant next door called Albert’s was a winner, food, drinks and atmosphere was amazing.
All in all a clean, comfortable cheep and cheerful stay. I would recommend.
