• charlotte (6/5): - The staff were really friendly and helpful. Very comfy bed, clean room, nice shower. The walls are very thin, so you can hear chats in the next room. Very compact room. Unfortunately my stay overlapped with Harry Styles being in concert, so the room was overpriced to my mind. Not the hotel's fault, but I felt I overpaid.

• David (2/5): - Velmi dobrá lokalita na návštěvu města. Zajímavý interiér. Klidné místo. Z peněženek, které jsme měli na pokoji nám byly odcizeny peníze. Vzhledem k tomu, že jedna záložní peněženka byla 3 ze 4 dní v trezoru a když nebyla, byla na dveřích ceduje že nechceme uklidit, je více než jasné, že nám na pokoj vešel někdo bez našeho souhlasu a nebo nás okradl někdo, kdo má neomezený přístup do trezoru. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsme používali pouze kartu a omezenou hotovost, kterou jsme měli v "denní" peněžence jsme tento fakt bohužel zjistili až po návratu do ČR. Pokoj byl velmi malý a tmavý, byl zde nedostatek odkládacích prostor a mohl by být lépe uklizený . Snídaně vzhledem k ceně velmi jednoduché, malý výběr a téměř žádná obměna. EN: Money was stolen from the wallets we had in the room. Considering that one spare wallet was in the safe for 3 out of 4 days and when it wasn't, it was on the door saying that we don't want to clean it, it is more than clear that someone entered our room without our consent or that we were robbed by someone who has unlimited access to the safe. Considering that we only used a card and the limited cash that we had in our "daily" wallet, we unfortunately found out about this fact only after returning to the Czech Republic. The room was very small and dark, there was a lack of storage space and it could have been cleaned better.. Breakfast was very simple considering the price, small selection and almost no variety.

• BÁRBARA (4/5): Deja mucho que desear calidad-precio - Ubicación y desayuno. La habitación dejaba mucho que desear, oscura y con mobiliario anticuado. Pedí durante la estancia el cambio de habitación a través del chat de booking y no obtuve respuesta (la reserva fue para mis padres). Así mismo, in situ les pidieron factura y no se la facilitaron, he tenido que tramitarla a posteriori después de la estancia.

• Mark (9/5): Almost 10 except for the breakfast. - Located close to the downtown area. It was easy to walk to the museum quarter to catch Tram to the Central Station. The breakfast is overrated. The scrambled eggs were a little dry, juice was limited, the price a little high for what was available and the seating crowded.

I initially booked a night for around €300, but later found out that the actual price for the same room and night was about €100. When I needed to extend my stay, I paid only €89 per night. This kind of discrepancy feels very unfair and misleading. It makes it difficult to trust the pricing when booking through the platform.

• Raquel (8/5): Perfecto para lo que buscábamos - La localización, estaba muy bien conectado y la habitación que nos tocó estaba muy bien, era amplia y cómoda. Que la habitación estaba como en el sótano (planta inferior a la planta de la calle) y tenía unos ventanales que daba a un patio interior que a su vez daba a un pasillo, con lo cual te podía ver cualquiera. También es cierto lo que dicen en los comentarios que la habitación es bastante oscura, hay luces muy tenues.
• Ayse Seda (7/5): - The hotel was clean and comfortable, and overall the room was pleasant. The location was also convenient. However, we had a very unpleasant experience regarding the coffee. During the previous days, we used the open kitchen area and no staff member asked us to pay for coffee. In fact, when we asked, we were told that we could use the kitchen. Based on this, we used the coffee machine. On our last night, a staff member approached us and asked for payment for the coffee. We explained that we were not aware and agreed to pay. However, the staff member’s attitude was very uncomfortable. She questioned which buttons we pressed on the machine and how many times. Even though we only had one cup, she implied that there could be multiple coffees in it and did not trust us. She checked our cups and inspected the coffee machine to verify how many coffees we had taken. This behavior made us feel as if we were being accused of lying and made us very uncomfortable. We believe this situation could have been handled in a much more polite and professional manner. Because of this experience, we would not consider staying here again and would hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

The coffee table and clothes hangers area is a bit too dark inside the room

Die Zimmergröße ist grenzwertig,.es gibt kaum Möglichkeiten einen Koffer abzustellen und auch keinen Kleiderschrank. Das Frühstück war gut, hätte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können.

Die Lage ist super, gute Anbindung entweder mit der Straßenbahn oder zu Fuß in die Stadt. Obwohl das Frühstück sehr lecker war, gab es nicht so viele Alternativen für Vegetarier/Veganer(z.B Aufstrich, Frischkäse etc.)

No closet or place to store clothes other than a rack with a couple hooks (no place to store socks etc). Also wifi was non existent within room. Could not get connected to the internet the whole time.
• L8932TLjayneb (10/5): Amazing city. Hotels well worth a stay - Well located in what we refer to as ‘the theatre district’. Walking distance to Hard Rock Cafe and Irish bar. Lovely bar next door but one called Orestis Taverna. We only drank there but food looked amazing We booked a small room- expect a SMALL room. However it was spotless, comfy bed, clean fresh linen on the bed and towels changed daily. Shower and toiletries amazing Breakfast is as described, unrushed and stress free. Trams-2 ,12 or 17 from central station to Leidseplein. Get off here and the hotel is literally a 2 minutes walk. From the hotel it’s an easy walk to - Anne Frank’s, 20minutes. Food Hallen, 15 minutes. This is certainly worth a visit. Fabulous food in a vibrant atmosphere. Can’t recommend this place enough

• Umut (8/5): - One of the best you can find in Amsterdam, comfortable, cosy and has all the basics you need in a very stylish manner. The wifi in my room never worked, despite reporting it a few times. Truly a lovely hotel otherwise, but not having the wifi was inconvenient.
