• Steven (10/5): Perfect family Destination for everyone. - Resort location is good i,.e away from noise pollution. Clean swimming pool. Big rooms. Clean rooms. Ample parking and children's play area. Much more indoor and outdoor games. Tasty food and cooperative staff. Hygienic restaurant. Wide lobby and stairway.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The approach road (around 400 m) to this property is a very narrow lane where 2 vehicles cannot pass. A lot of circus had to be done by both drivers to be able to go through. When you pass-in/out of the property many times a day, this becomes an irritant. The website mentions the presence of an indoor tennis court due to which we booked this place. However, we were shocked that we were lied-to. There was no indoor tennis court. The only swimming pool is a minuscule one and is only suited for very small kids. We stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast was included in the booking. We were told the breakfast would be served from 8-10 am. On the first day, we reached the in-house restaurant at 8:50 am only to be told that the cook has not yet arrived and it would take another 20-30 minutes for the breakfast to get ready. We had to go out for breakfast that day. The property is not maintained properly and does not look as is depicted in the photos on the website. We were on the first floor of one of the villas in the property. There was no light in the corridor of the first floor and we had to open the lock of the door in complete darkness. Even after asking them to replace the bulb, they did not do so. The cable connection had very basic channels working. Hollywood movie channels & kids channels were not in the package. After a lot of follow-up with management, they finally upgraded to include the movie channels. At this price-point, I do not recommend this property for families
