Bereits beim Check-in gab es Diskussionen an der Rezeption. Obwohl mein Auto korrekt parkiert war, wollte der Mitarbeiter unbedingt den Autoschlüssel behalten – mit der Begründung, dass Fahrzeuge umparkiert werden müssten, falls der Parkplatz voll werde. Für mich war das absolut unverständlich, da das Fahrzeug ordnungsgemäss abgestellt war. Erst nach längerer Diskussion akzeptierte er, dass ich meinen Schlüssel nicht abgebe. Sein Verhalten dabei war zudem sehr unfreundlich und genervt. Die Zimmer wirken stark veraltet. Alte Möbel, alter Teppichboden mit unangenehmem Geruch sowie allgemein ein ungepflegter Eindruck. Auch das Badezimmer war in keinem guten Zustand: alte Fliesen, alte und teilweise beschädigte Fugen sowie eine schwere Metalltüre zur Toilette, die sich nur mit viel Kraft schliessen liess. Die Gänge zu den Zimmern waren eng, ebenfalls mit altem Teppich ausgestattet und hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch. Sowohl in den Zimmern als auch in den Korridoren wirkten die Wände seit langer Zeit nicht mehr gestrichen oder renoviert. Der Personenlift war sehr eng und wirkte schmutzig sowie schlecht unterhalten. Für mich entspricht dieses Hotel in keiner Weise einem 4-Sterne-Standard. Ich frage mich ehrlich, wie diese Bewertung zustande gekommen ist. Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt und definitiv keine Empfehlung

Po pierwsze - w pokoju jest ciemno z uwagi na zaciemnione okna i ciężkie zasłony, które mają za zadanie zasłonić widok z okna na ścianę drugiego budynku oddalonego o jakieś 2-3 metry od hotelu. Nie widać jaka jest pogoda bo po otwarciu okna jest wielka ściana a na dole kupa śmieci. Czar hotelu pryska… Poza tym w wannie z hydromasażem nie działał hydromasaż.

Israel - ארוחת בוקר מגוונת יחסית למחון קטן, צוות מדהים שעוזר בהכל ! והחדר ענקי לזוג ! יכולנו להכנס בפנים לפחות 5/6 אנשים כי היו עוד מיטות ומקום בחדר. אמנם המיקום קצת מרוחק מהעיר, אבל מי שרוצה יכול להזמין מונית למרכז או לכל מקום אחר או לסוע גם באוטובוס שמאד זול בעיר. יש קצת רעש מהכביש אבל נסבל לחלוטין.

El personal del hotel bastante simpático excepto el chico que me hizo el check out el último día, que no se enteraba, se quedó dormido incluso haciéndome el check out mientras le pedía la factura y un taxi, increíble y para colmo 15 minutos en hacerme una factura y encima me la hizo cutre y mal. El desayuno mejorable pero aceptable. La ubicación no siendo la mejor porque está a un rato andando del centro tampoco está mal, es un paseo agradable por una avenida principal al centro. Y al estar cerca de una carretera principal era un poco ruidosa

Słabe ciśnienie w prysznicu, głośno z powodu lokalizacji przy trasie szybkiego ruchu, dużo trąbiących aut. Klimatyzacja nie była chyba dawno czyszczona, brudy/kurz wylatywały w trakcie pracy.

Per quanto riguarda la camera tutt ok, anche se le lenzuola quanto meno quello di sotto, a mio modesto parere (da collega cameriera ai piani e quindi nel settore) sono state riciclate: avevano pieghe e qualche capello. Il bagno si e vecchio, ma non affinato al 100% pero pulito nel totale. E sulla colazione avrei un sentore, le uova vengono riscaldate alla meglio, solo il terzo ed ultimo nostro giorno erano fresche e buone, cosa che per un 4 stelle mi e dispiaciuto dover notare.. avendo fatto un soggiorno breve e trovando difficolta nella comunicazione (italiano) non ho comunicato queste piccolezze. Ah! E il minibar a pagamento e stata la prima volta che l ho trovato, di solito è e dev essere compreso nel prezzo della camera pero mondo e paese. Ognuno ha diritto di vederla, gestirla come gli pare. ☺️

Chambres mal insonorisés, j’ai été réveillée 2 nuits de suite par de jeunes femmes parlant français à 5h du matin. Rien à voir avec l’hôtel. Hôtel bien placé mais l’adresse sur booking ne correspondait pas. Nous avons mis un peu de temps à trouver l’hôtel À parti cela c’était très bien.

Hasa (10/5): - The hotel were very clean, amaizing staff and very helpful, they really show part of Albania hospitality and care, hotel is very close by of everything 7 minutes from city centrum, amaizing breakfast and very worth it for money. Bed and the pillows were very comfortable and room had everything is necesary. I am very surprised and thankful to made our stay great. Looking forward to go again

Saliha (10/5): Temiz ve güvenilir bir yer arıyorsanız gayet güzel bir tercih - Tesisin konumu gayet iyiydi biraz yürüme mesafesinde şehir merkezine gidilen otobüsler vardı. Kaldığımız oda geniş ferahtı ve temizdi. Balkonda oturması keyifliydi. 2 kız arkadaş konakladık keyifli vakit geçirdik ve güvenliydi. Sabah kahvaltıları lezzetli özellikle ikram ettikleri elma suyunu denmenizi tavsiye ederim içtiğimde beni çocukluğuma götürdü. Resepsiyondaki çalışan kızlar ve özellikle sabahları yemek alanında görev alan beyfendi çok güler yüzlü ve pozitif misafirperver bir yaklaşımları var. Bir şeyler sorduğunuzda asla sizi geri çevirmiyorlar olabildiğince yardımcı oluyolar tekrar gelsem yine tercih ederim emeklerinize teşekkür ederim 🙏🏻 The location of the property was very good; there were buses to the city center within a short walking distance. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Sitting on the balcony was enjoyable. We stayed as two female friends; we had a pleasant time and it was safe. The breakfasts in the mornings are delicious, especially the apple juice they serve; I recommend trying it—it took me back to my childhood. The girls working at the reception desk and especially the gentleman who works in the dining area in the mornings are very friendly and have a positive and welcoming approach. They never turn you away when you ask for something and they are as helpful as possible; I would choose them again if I came back. Thank you for your efforts. ❤️

Calabria (8/5): - Quasi tutto . Stanza stupenda e pulita come anche il resto. Personale accogliente. Parcheggio auto e hotel quasi vicino al centro. Ci ritornerei. La colazione non il massimo. Soprattutto la parte dolce come ciambelle e cornetti che non erano assolutamente freschi. Il secondo giorno molto meglio. Il barista bravissimo e sa fare un ottimo caffè italiano oltre a parlare bene l italiano

Laurie (3/5): - Le petit déjeuné est copieux, bar et restaurants proche Les chambres sont pas du tout moderne, le personnel ne fait aucun effort pour parler nôtre langue, en sachant que nous ne comprenons pas l’anglais, il a débite en anglais sans que l’on comprennent. Pas agréable du tout. De plus l’hôtel a été très bruyant avec la route en face.

Szabina (10/5): Csodálatos - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű szállás: mi mindig a 15-ös busszal közlekedtünk, amellyel körülbelül 20 perc alatt elérhető Tirana főtere. Kifejezetten megszerettük a helyet, a személyzet rendkívül kedves, segítőkész és figyelmes volt minden helyzetben. Egy alkalommal korán indultunk programra, és készségesen biztosítottak számunkra reggeli csomagot az útra. A kijelentkezés után is lehetőségünk volt egész napra ott hagyni a csomagjainkat, amelyekre vigyáztak. A reggeli bőséges és változatos volt, minden igényt kielégített. Összességében csak ajánlani tudjuk a szállást!

Ostatecznie 4/5 gwiazdek przez dwie sytuacje: brak informacji o zakazie zamawiania jedzenia z zewnątrz oraz niedostarczenie wcześniej ustalonego śniadania na wynos (i wody) przed wczesnym wyjazdem. Mimo to hotel polecam ze względu na wysoki standard pokoju i ogólną jakość obsługi.
