- Maria (10/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - Ho soggiornato due notti presso il B&B Su Niu e fin dai primi msg scambiati con la Sign.a Valentina ho capito che mi sarei trovata bene! Ho chiesto di lasciare i bagagli in struttura il giorno dell' arrivo prima dell' orario di check in e non mi è stato fatto alcun problema, anzi all' arrivo mi è stato detto che avrei potuto tenere le chiavi il giorno del check out fino alla partenza poiché tanto non c'erano altri ospiti, disponibilità da non sottovalutare considerando che sarei partita con la nave delle 20.00. La camera scelta era una matrimoniale uso singola abbastanza ampia, pulita e fornita di tutto: armadio con grucce, aria condizionata, TV che cmq nn ho guardato e bagno in camera con prodotti in omaggio. L' opzione scelta prevedeva anche la colazione che per i miei standard era più che sufficiente, fette biscottate, marmellata e miele, biscotti e muffin, latte e yogurt, succhi di frutta, tea o caffè+ bottigliette di acqua in frigo a disposizione, un' altra carineria non da poco xche permette a chi vuole stare tutto il giorno fuori di fare un po di spesa x un pranzo veloce x il mare! Posizione ottima! 5 minuti a piedi dal porto, dalla stazione dei treni e dei bus ARST x cui se non si ha la macchina e si viaggia con i mezzi la posizione è veramente strategica! Inoltre bar, ristoranti e supermercati a due passi A luglio e ad agosto ho soggiornato in altre strutture nella stessa zona o poco più distanti e ritengo che il B&B Su Niu offra un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

- Paolo (8/5): - Grande disponibilità e cortesia per orario d'arrivo e rilascio dell'alloggio. Camera silenziosa e con vista sui tetti circostanti. Grande dimensione della stanza con bagno per 1 o 2 persone. Posizione molto comoda nel centro della città e vicina alla stazione dei treni e delle autolinee.

- Valesca (4/5): - Room is spacious and clean. But the bed is uncomfortable and pillows are walls, no options of lower pillows. The breakfast included is t breakfast is pre made toast and jam, some biscuits. Nothing is fresh no fruits, no bread so butter no ham/cheese. Had a hard time finding parking as it’s in the city historic center. My last night other guests checked in at 11:30pm. The host had them checking in the corridor outside my room, they spoke loud and had all lights on, super disrespectful as they woke me up even tho I’ve informed her I was leaving early. She also does not speak English and I didn’t find her very helpful.bice lady but this is her extra cash. She also has a dog, FYI.

- François (10/5): En plein centre mais très calme - J'ai parcouru la Sardaigne à vélo et testé une quinzaine d'hébergement. Celui-ci est dans le haut du tableau avec une très bonne communication avec la propriétaire pour organiser mon arrivée, un lit confortable dans une grande chambre qui m'a permis de stocker mon vélo (mini-ascenseur accès 3ème étage) pour mieux charger mes bagages et contrôler la mécanique. En fin de voyage, j'ai ainsi pû bien récupérer et planifier mes 2 journées du Cagliari comme je l'ai souhaité avec une grande autonomie grâce à la confiance de la propriétaire. Petit regret avec l'absence d'information sur l'actualité des animations en ville, j'ai entendu un feu d'artifice au loin la première soirée sans savoir ce qui se passait.

- Ana (8/5): Very central and amazing room! - The room was huge and very very clean. Fair simple breakfast but maybe due Covid measures to restrict people contact. I really enjoyed the stay. Bare in mind the local is very Central and is very difficult to find park space and is paid. Overall the place is very good, i would definitely recomend.

Close to Cagliari train station, the port, the city centre and also 5 mins from the car rental shop I needed to go to! Valentina, the host, has been extremely supportive, kind and hospitable. I will certainly go back to B&B Su Niu when in Cagliari again and recommend it to everyone! Thank you so much Valentina! :D

- Grace (8/5): The room was too cold to bear - The property was centrally located minutes walk for the station and easy walking distance from many of the local attractions. I received an email a few days before my arrival asking me to confirm my arrival time. This was in Italian, but Google translate helped me to reply. When we arrived an elderly gentleman was there to greet us, his English was poor, we struggled to read the WiFi password and then he left us to it. We later discovered the WiFi password is the bedside cabinet. The room was freezing. It was in the shaded part of the building so it was so cold. The heater they left didn’t work. I phoned and was told someone would be ther in 30 minutes. No one came. I phoned, no one answered. I was so cold that we left to go outside as it was much warmer in the sunshine. We decided to buy an electric fan heater as the cold was unbearable. When we arrived back, they explained that the central heating system was set to come on at specific times and could not be adjusted. It went off at 9pm. This is an old stone building, with very high ceilings. This wasn’t adequate for this time of year, Summer certainly. This is a tradition Italian building and breakfast was in the same style. We loved our stay, it was convenient, clean, welcoming but the coldness of the room was unbearable. If we didn’t buy the heater we would have paid for another hotel It’s different from my modern preference but the change was still nice. But it is unbearably cold.
