• Siobhan (9/5): Stylish Santa Cruz - Gorgeous apartment with balcony. Lovely rooftop area. Comfortable, clean and spacious. Very little. There are some building works opposite at the moment but the builders don't start until 8 a.m. so it didn't bother us.

• Marcus (1/5): Mould in the appartment, do not rent here. Booking.com should take away this listing until the problem is fixed. - Centralt läge. I would strongly advise not to rent this appartment. We rented appartment B and when we came into the appartment there is a smell of mould. It most likely originates from the bath room since the smell was strongest there and there was also an electric air freshner there to disguise the smell. We were two people who was going to stay there one night but one of us is more sensitive about mould and it was not an option to stay. We were there only about 1 hour and decided we have to get another place to stay. We told the person we were renting from directly via text message and informed them about the problem and telling them that this appartment should not be rented out before the mould problem is fixed and that we wanted a refund since the appartment was not in acceptable condition. They offered to pay back 20 EUR which we declined. Nothing less then a full refund would have been appropriate because of the mould problem in our opinion. We can only strongly advise not to rent from this appartment owner. They are more interested in maximising there profit then on the health of the people that rent from them. We also will advise booking.com to take down their listing until the mould problem has been fixed. We rented 2:nd to 3:rd of April 2025.
• Simona (2/5): not worth the money - terrible mold and sewage smell (bathroom is especially bad). Very noisy area. No access to a trash bin (??). No lock on the door. Overpriced - having in mind the provided conditions.
• Laura (4/5): Disappointed - The location was quite good, with restaurants and cafés nearby. Details are not very well taken care of, the drains are really stinky and the air in the room not fresh. Could have been cleaner and overall rusty details and doors that don’t close properly. The photos of the property are misleading and I feel that value-price is just not fair.

Well equipped kitchenette and comfortable beds. Smell of drains in the bathroom which was the same when we last stayed over 3 years ago. I appreciate it is an old building but at times the smell is overwhelming.

• Steve (8/5): Excellent location and facilities. - The process is easy when you have the information. The sun terrace is superb. I wasn't provided with details of how to access the keys before I arrived. My initial phone contact met with a language barrier but was successfully resolved by translation over WhatsApp after 10-15 minutes. It was concerning to begin with so I encourage other customers to request the information rather than take a chance when you've arrived at the locked front door of the property. The accommodation is definitely worth it.

At the same time balcony doors were soundproof and it was quiet to sleep. Maybe the smellmachine in the bathroom. But I removed it for our stay ant thats ok.

The jacuzzi was also cold and dirty, as well as the fact that we were led to believe that there was a full oven, and 2 bedrooms when in fact there wasn’t even one designated bedroom, it was all one area, besides the toilet.

• Simon (2/5): Not worth the prices they are charging, much better out there. - Giant damp patch on the wall made the room stink that has been there for a considerable amount of time. AirCon was also broken as a result and not a comfortable stay at all. No kettle in kitchen also. Late check in (4/5pm!) Which is unusual. Was not worth the money I paid and venue has declined an offer of partial refund. Much better places around, I stayed in a brilliant apartment for the same price, definitely look elsewhere.
• Catalin (2/5): Very poor - the rooftop there is one loft which is not in booking's pictures, I think LOFT A. Do not go there, it's like a TOMB, there are no windows and everything looks like you are living inside Dracula's Castle

• Kymantas (1/5): I would suggest that you seriously consider whether it is worth paying money for a jacuzzi on the roof and a beautiful c - The best thing about these lofts is the jacuzzi on the roof and the corridor which was really nice, everything else is very poor. We encountered a parking problem only upon arrival, the parking lots recommended by the owner are quite far from the lofts and are paid (this is the problem of the whole city of Santa Cruz), but it's not the worst. From the first moment you entered the loft, you could feel the terrible smell of wastewater, which continued the entire time. After taking a few steps, we saw that the apartment might not have been cleaned, the floor, the tiles bounced and wobbled, hair from the previous tenants might have been thrown in the corners, the sofa smelled inhumane. In the kitchen, we found sponges and cloths that had been used for some time, but not replaced, which also emitted an unpleasant smell. While continuing to smell all kinds of inhuman smells, we heard the neighbors coming and realized that there is no sound insulation, you could hear absolutely everything that happens in the corridor. Other, perhaps minor things are that the wall near the TV is scratched, but not finished, also the drawer of the only cupboard is almost broken, and there is no teapot in the kitchen. By the way, there is mold in the shower. P.S. I do not think that only in the shower, but there was no desire to look for more. :)

• Magdalena (8/5): Fantastic location - Style, cleneles, location. That bedroom and living room and kitchen is actualy jn one big room. (I expected sepate bedroom)
• Siri (7/5): Good - The place was very clean and the location is also very good. It is right next to Calle de la Noria, where you have some nice places to have some drinks and something to eat. Unfortunately we couldn't use the jacuzzi or terrace! We went up twice and each time we disturbed a naked couple in bed. They had their room next to the entrance from the terrace and left the door open. Very rude of them to claim the area for themselves! The next day in the morning we wanted to try a third time and the terrace was locked,....... Also the air-conditioning is only in the bedroom and to weak to cool down the whole apartment. We kept the doors to the windows in the living room shut so it was ok. Wish I could give a better review, but as we weren't able to use everything that would have been included in the price I can't.
