• Amber (8/5): Amazing location but basic accommodation - Fantastic location. Very close to Union Station. Includes parking which is a huge plus! Owners were responsive. We couldn't access rooftop; perhaps it was because of winter? The foosball table is broken and the living room furniture is very small and not very comfortable. In general it was just very basic. For being in such a phenomenal area and posh building, the unit itself was just underwhelming and not luxurious at all.
• Jessica (10/5): Gem in the city - We were in Denver to visit family. This was a great property. Lots of amenities and walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and liquor stores. There was even private parking for our rental car. We will stay here again in the future.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location. A block to Whole Foods, CVS and 2 blocks to Union Station. Easy parking and a well equipped home. Beds comfortable and towels were new. Cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. Probably the best rental I’ve ever had.

• Ruby (10/5): - The unit is centrally located and you can train in from Denver airport and walk over from Union Station. There is a market up the street to fill the fridge with goodies. Furnishings are wonderful and our hosts were excellent with the customer service. I would recommend it for friends, families and sports venue attendees.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Great spacious apt in coolest spot in Denver! - Amazing apartment in the best area of Denver!! So wish my flight was not delayed so I could have spent more time here. Owners were so accommodating as I did not get in until 3 am so they let me check out later. Place is spacious and have a great vibe! I even got to play fuse ball right in the living room. I'll be back for sure. Loved the roof top area too!! You can walk everywhere from here. Recommended Snooze for breakfast- outstanding!! Shopped along 16th with free shuttle service.
• Kelly (10/5): - Place was very clean and the location is perfect. We we're going to a Rockies game with my son and two nephews. The place had two beds and an air mattress with extra sheets, blankets and pillows. We we're all very comfortable.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Whenever I’m in Denver this will be my go to! Awesome location in the heart of downtown and the apartment itself is corner unit with lots of windows and a private balcony. Two thumbs up!
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The property is large spacious comfortable and clean and the location is very good… I think that 8 in 10 people would be delighted. I personally would never stay here again for two reasons which I think some people may also be concerned about The first is that after booking you find out that your method of entering will be a software app that will control the door. I think these Smart locks are not good for a tourist .. If you lose your phone or you simply come back to the place with your phone battery dead you are completely out of luck… You will not have any way to enter the place ... you won’t even be able to find an phone the property manager who could resolve the problem for you. Secondly inside the apartment they have the fob which allows you to enter through the entrance door and the parking pass and garage clicker… Also only after you book you find out that if any of these three things are misplaced The penalty fee will be $500 for EACH item… Meaning for instance if your rental car was stolen that on top of that problem these guys would charge you another $1000 for the parking pass and garage clicker that were inside. My friend sells those fobs for $50 as a side gig… He gets the actual piece for less than $5.... The host explained to me that the $500 fee is because he himself will be charged $200 by the building… Though I didn’t quite get Why a 150% mark up was reasonable… I think Expedia has two better police this type of ridiculousness
• Joe (10/5): - Everything was as expected, and Paul was very helpful. Apt was great and right were we needed to be for the Rockies game. Great place/service, and would stay again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Great place with lots of light and a balcony. Kitchen was adequate but could of had a few more items for prepping dinner. Its a little off of main stream downtown but still very easy to get around, Overall had a great time there and would definitely recommend to family and friends.
• Joe (10/5): Nice downtown location, close to Union Station. - Really enjoyed our stay. Nice penthouse with all the amenities close by. Recommending it to our friends. We will be back.
• Nancy (10/5): - This is a great place to stay in Denver. It is very convenient to downtown, but just a little out of the hubbub. The penthouse is beautiful, sunny, very pleasant space. Lots of restaurants, etc within walking distance. Best time we've ever had in Denver. Highly recommend!!
