За 10 хвилин говорять, що є номер дороже, а той що ви бронювали говорить, що занято - Місцерозташування і більше нічого Груба поведінка персоналу, бронювання підтвердили в соцмережах на букінгу не підтвердили. Жінка подзвонила за 10 хвилин до передачі ключів, що цього номеру немає, є інший за 5000 грн. Номер був в поганому стані, диван поломаний, брудно на столах, шерсть на дивані, брудна постільна білизна з чужим волоссям. Я заселилась на 2 доби, але зрозуміла, що там дуже погані умови, попросила повернути кошти за одну дому, жінка нагрубила, повернула гроші через охоронця в МостСіті НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!

- Єлизавета (5/5): Хотілось би більше чистоти і новішого стану апартаментів. - Розташування Номер не співпадає з тим, що пропонується на сайті. Диван потребує чистки, весь в плямах. Загалом все трішки «втомлене». Софіти блимають. Брудні килимки в ванній кімнаті. Ціна за такий стан завищена.

- Рогозний (8/5): Я не мав нагоди, а після спілкування з адміністратором готелю - і можливості проживання - Після онлайн бронювання під'їхав, щоб переглянути, та заплатити за номер. Однак адміністратор навіть не підтвердив моє бронювання. Сказав телефонувати у кого замовляли. А тільки ваш сервіс не дав ні телефону, ні відповів тоді на електронний лист. Тому мусив відмовитись

- L.A. (6/5): - Sehr gute Lage. Super Aussicht. Und schnelles Check In & Out. Leider ist das Bett sehr alt und knarrt bei jeder Bewegung. Zum Glück gibt es eine Schlafcouch. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Klopapier haben wir selbst gekauft, da sehr wenig da war. Heizung ging nur eine von fünf. Sehr schade, da dieses Appartment, wenn man sich mehr Mühe gibt, Potential hat. Bügeleisen etc vorhanden. Für den Preis würde ich es allerdings nicht mehr buchen.
