• David (7/5): Spacious apartment in a central location. - Large modern apartment. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy bed. Good to have a washing machine. Convenient location. Problem with heating on the first night. We were uncomfortably cold. Towels were old and hard.

• Silvana (9/5): Sehr schön! - Die Lage ist gut. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Nähe.Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Meine Wohnung hatte einen kleinen Balkon mit hübscher Aussicht. Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefüllt. Lebensmittelläden, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gibt noch eine zusätzliche Treppe , die in die Wohnung führt, welche nicht auf den Fotos ersichtlich ist. Ansonsten war alles Top.

• Nebojsa (10/5): A perfect base to explore the Barocco side of Sicily! - I have chosen Modica to be our 3-day base to explore the "island within an island" - the great Val di Noto of Sicily. It was a perfect choice. The apartment is situated in the historic building, yet located on main Modica street (very easy to park in front, we were in February, and there were almost no tourists in the area). The inner court of the building is lovely as well the apartment with its amenities. The kitchen had everything and we used it a lot. The backside of the apartment has excellent views over the Citta Basa oldtown quartier of Modica. Cita Alta and Oriente are within 5-10min walking. Ragusa is 30 minutes by car, Scicli is 15min away, and Noto is 45min away (use the scenic local roads!). A great stay!

We loved everything. The apartment was amazing. The wood floors and accents were warm and comforting. The couch, the dryer and the dish washer were highlights. nothing. everything was perfect

• Litien (9/5): Superb - The central location, near to everything. Spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen and furniture. Early check in was possible. Lorrnzo was very helpful carrying our luggage upstairs. Because of the central location, it is not so easy to find a parking lot nearby the apartment. But it is still manageable.
• Daniel (10/5): Amazing modern place to stay a Modica. - The whole experience was really good. We enjoyed the stayed and the friendliness. The host communicated and had someone meet us. the Internet stopped working for a few days.
• Linda (9/5): Modern clean apartment in a great central location.Great host. - Location in middle of Modica. Modern furnishing and kitchen. Very clean. Brilliant host. Bed was acceptable but not as comfortable as other rentals we have stayed in.Bedding could do with updating. Electricity use is monitored which is very green -which is good. Be aware there could be an extra charge for your usage.

The owner, Francesco, and his colleague, Lorenzo, were easily contactable and most helpful. The apartment is located within very easy walking distance of all Modica's main attractions. We felt it was very good value for money. Nothing - but I would point out that, depending on your time of arrival, parking outside the apartment to move your luggage from car to apartment, could be somewhat stressful. Once settled in, however, there is a big free car park some 500 metres from the apartment.

• Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - Stylish apartment within an old palazzo in the centre of Modica, with restaurants, shops, etc. quite literally on the doorstep. Although in the centre, the flat is quiet and its balcony provides a wonderful additional space. The apartment is very well equipped and looked after, and our contact, Lorenzo, was very helpful.
