- Susana (2/5): Incómoda noche - Un pitido cada minuto día y noche, creemos que era un aparato del techo. En el baño aún olía más a tabaco por la mañana que cuando llegamos y nosotros no fumamos. Aunque estaba prohibido fumar parece que entraba el humo por un respiradero del baño. Las camas no existían, sólo un par de malos colchones. La supletoria por la que cobraron 27 € la noche no vale eso ni comprándola, no era una cama, el niño prácticamente durmió en el suelo, y como los demás: sin mantas. Lo único medio bueno eran las almohadas y la urbanización donde estaba. No atendieron ni una sola pregunta por ningún medio y en ningún momento. Así que ya no se me ocurrió preguntar por cuestiones más intrascendentales como el Netflix que decían había, y se accedía pulsando un botón que pulsamos de múltiples maneras infructuosamente. La cisterna y la tapa del váter funcionaban mal. La ventana no se abría. La ducha estaba en un espacio abierto sin puerta. Compartir salón y cocina con desconocidos es incomodo. Cosa que hasta llegar nunca tuvimos claro que así sería. Otros clientes llegaron tarde de noche e hicieron ruido hasta las 3 de la noche cuando nosotros íbamos a madrugar. Realmente no eran muy ruidosos pero las paredes parecían de papel, se oía todo. La habitación era abuardillada y los altos tenían que tener cuidado. La cocina muy básica pero aceptable. La escalera para acceder a la habitación dentro del apartamento no generaba mucha confianza. Lo positivo que desayunamos muy bien en el pueblo más cercano.

- gérard (4/5): - Absence d’eau chaude pour la douche et le lavabo signalé au début de notre séjour de 4 nuits mais le propriétaire n’a pas daigné intervenir ni même nous contacté. Location B&B sans petit déjeuner éloignée de tout. Centre de Séville à 30mn en voiture ou 45mn en bus. Dans le descriptif de la location il est fait mention d’une piscine qui en fait est celle d’un hôtel à proximité dont l’accès est payant (10€ par jour et par personne…). Chambre défraichie.

- jaderises (4/5): Not a B&B - Not a B&B but shared apartaments. Mattresses and pillows were good, but the disposition of the two single beds behind the double bed (room 3) was terrible. The single bed on the left is just below the AC... although we had slightly moved it to the centre, I hit my head very badly on it when getting up during the nigh so we had to move completely to the centre after I hit t. There was a smell of stiff/humid air in the room when we first arrived (disappeared after we opened the window). There is NO door between the room and the shower box, just the transparent plastic door... A bit awkward to shower with friends in the room so they needed to be downstairs to the shared dining area in the meanwhile.

- smith_maggy (4/5): Expensive and smelly but quiet position - Finally located this property up in the hills west of Seville about 15mins drive from city centre. Upon arrival and with information about entry in Spanish, we had to make 2 international phone calls to find the key to our room in a loft upstairs. Could only find 2 smelly towels hanging next to 'Dalek" looking shower. Looked for clean ones a elsewhere. Bed clean but only 1 sheet and duvet cover but 2 separate pillows! B&B we thought meant breakfast supplied/included but no, just the dirty kitchen with full rubbish tin to make our own!! Feral cats outside while friendly, seemed to add to smell. Swimming pool ( in advertising ) inaccessable! This property was 25-40% more expensive for similar properties we enjoyed throughout our 5+ weeks traveling in Spain.
- DONALD (4/5): Take your chances! The - You get what you pay for. Very hard to find. Not a good experience. Would not recommend. No housekeeping very little explanation about anything. You get room with a bed and two night stands.plus a small bath, and poor lighting.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Check-in is tricky as there is no reception and we only found the manager through the good graces of another guest or possibly an apartment dweller. Also, he is only available during stated hours - we were early (before 3 p.m.) and he would not answer his doorbell. It's not a B&B in the British tradition - they don't provide a breakfast, though if there is a kitchen, you can make one yourself - they will provide some factory made croissants and Keurig-style coffee packets. Our Krups coffee-maker was on its last legs so you had to be patient when making coffee. There was a microwave that didn't work properly, a good fridge, a 4-burner gas stove with low heat (maybe it's normal in Spain), only 1 frying pan and 1 saucepan, plenty of plates and cups and flatware, not much cooking utensils - tricky to make any real meals. The kitchen space is very small - think ship's galley. There is no real dining room - we ate in our bedroom. Bedroom was fine, bathroom was very good with very modern shower stall.
- 574aggiel (10/5): Excellent place, highly recommended - We spent there only one.night but were very surprised! The host couldn't be.more helpful. Even thou he can't speak english well, he used google translator to help us with location,parking and all rules. We also got recommendation for delicious food! Room is very clean, good size, you've got small balcony, free access to Netflix and wifi. He's providing food for.breakfast. Price was super low as well. I would.more recommend this accomodation than more expensive places in city centres. If we are back,we defo coming back to this accommodation.
