Yagoub (1/5): Missy apartment , non human staff . Strongly advise not to try even for free - Nothing ,,, one or the very worst experience I’ve in my life . It was a roof that converted into accommodation with zero safety . No cleaning over 5 nights , no Bath towels. I strongly believe it’s a crime being listed in booking .com . Moreover, the staff is not responsible and nothing related to human being in their behavior,, they just lie as they breath . The worst experience ever I had over the last 20 years and amongst more the 20 countries I’ve visited all around the world. Everyone is bad . The rooms are missy , the safety was a big issue . The staff behavior is big concern,, the receptionist just lying and lying and lying with no limit and never shy of being a big lier

Pavel (3/5): Худший отель, который я видел - Быстрый wifi, удобная парковка Мебель и ремонт в ужасном состоянии. В туалет течёт труба и весь пол в воде. Нам не дали ничего, чтобы укрыться. Я попросил доя этого 5 простыней по количеству человек, но мне дали всего 4. Потом ещё нагрубили. По английски говорят очень плохо, поэтому они не могли понять, что я от них хочу.

When I was searching for hotels, the hotels of the same category were around $35 to $45, but this hotel had a very special offer of $9. Naturally, I booked it, and it also said that the payment was to be made in cash at the hotel, probably so they could carry out their own little trick. When we arrived, they told us that the $9 price was a mistake and the actual price for the room was $150. We were quite surprised, and they showed us a paper with the original price of $150, and offered to give us a $40 discount for the mistake. So when we tried to leave, they chased us and said they'd accept the $90, but I refused. I think this is a scam to get guests to their hotel and then charge them the actual price. That night, we went to another hotel by the beach, very nice, with a great atmosphere, breakfast; for about $52 a night, called Marin Hotel. Overall, I think this is a kind of trick, because usually when people are tired and arrive at a hotel, they just accept the actual price and stay.

Murtaza (5/5): - The staff were very helpful and listened to our requests I booked a room for 16 July and then I requested a date change 17 July but got no response, and when i reached there i got no room, furthermore I booked a 2 room apartment but didn't get the room I booked because according to the staff of the hotel said that they didn't get no deposit( which they need for reservations) Even though at the booking.com app it said that no payment was needed and no credit card was needed. There was negligence and a lack of communication between booking.com and the hotel management

Marina (6/5): Не советую этот отель, очень необязательный персонал. - Рядом с аэропортом, есть парковка. Приехали в то время, которое сообщали в отель. Ждали на ресепшене 40 минут пока кто-то придет. Это апарт отель, но в кухне не было посуды, не было чайника, не было вообще ничего. После долгих раговоров нам принесли посуду, сломанный чайник. Нас было 2 семьи, ездили с друзьями, но во второй комнате не было постельного белья. Опять после долгих переговоров нам принесли еще один комплект белья.

No idea what happened here. Location was close to airport - like 5mins. OK for a night’s sleep but there are way better options.

Дружелюбный персонал Мы приехали впятером, на нас была 1 ложка, 1 вилка и 1 чашка, 3 разных тарелки, заявленных кофе машины и духовки нет. Номер очень простой, только кровати, стол, стулья. И а 5 человек 2 полотенца. Хотелось бы больше уюта и комфорта. Для пятого человека постельное белье по запросу. Плохо открываются окна, на некоторых нет ручек.

Aldorani (1/5): - الطاقم الفندق كانوا متعاونين جدا وقد وصلنا مبكرين الفندق واعطونا غرقة نرتاح فيها الين الساعة 2 وبعد ذالك اعطونا الغرفة صور الفندق على البوكنك تختلف عن الواقع. لا يوجد نظافة للشقة اليومي. الإفطار كانت مشغولة مع الغرفة ولاكن لما ذهبنا هناك تفاجانا بدفع قيمة الإفطار. الكهرباء تقطع في كامل الشقة وآخر يوم من ذهبنا انقطعت الكهرباء ليوم كامل . لا كهرباء ولا سخان ماء ولا نت . وكان يوجد عندهم كلب بوليسي كبير وعندما تكلمنا معاهم ان يوجد اطفال معانا قاوموا باخذ الكلب بيعيد عن الشقة..

Die Bilder entsprechen keinesfalls der Realität. Die Anlage ist herunter gekommen und nicht wie auf den Fotos gepflegt. Das Zimmer war äußerst klein und nicht wie angeben 150 qm!!. Klima Anlagen funktioniert gefühlt garnicht. Keine Handtücher vorhanden und kein einziges Hygiene Artikel. Man muss hier wirklich alles selber herbringen. Heißes Wasser war hier fehl am Platz, angeblich sollte nur der Durchlauferhitzer resetet werden. Was jedoch sinnlos war, da der immer den Fehler Code zu wenig Wasser anzeigte. Das Bett war unter dem Laken voller fremder Haare und Flecken und die Küche war gefühlt kahl da alles an Elektro Geräten entfernt wurden!!! Also weder trockner noch Herd sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück für 6 Euro pro Person kann man echt in die Tonne schmeißen. Also im großen Ganzen absolute Fehl Entscheidung. Besser etwas mehr investieren und sauber schlafen. Hotel ist nur für arabische Kundschaft ausgelegt!! Die legen wohl kein Wert auf Hygiene. Großen Bogen um das Hotel nehmen!!!! Abdullah (1/5): - فقط المنطقة حيث كان في ثاني يوم الجو غائم وقريب من المطار كل ما هو مكتوب في البوكينج لا يتطابق مع الحقيقة... اولا حيث اني وصلت الفندق وانتظرت ساعة في الحر بالخارج إلى حين أتى الشخص التركي اعتقد اسمه محمد هو وزميله ادخلونا في جناحه الل حين يقومو عاملات التنظيف بنظافة الشقة التي قمنا بحجزها وهي عبارة عن ٣ غرف.. انتظرنا كثيرا إلى أن انتهت من التنظيف ولكن تفاجئنا فيها انها بالطابق الارضي حيث يشعر الفرد بالاختناق لا وجود للتنفس هناك واخبرنا الشاب التركي بأن هذي هي فقط الشقة التي تتكون من ٣ غرف.. هل هذا معقول شقق فندقية فقط واحدة بها ٣ غرف...وفي البوكينج عددها اكثر... عموما أردنا ان نغادر الفندق بحثا عن فندق اخر لكن حدثنا الشاب بالشقة التي بها غرفتين وصالة وسعرها في البوكينج اقل من سعر التي اخترناها سابقا... لكن الموظفة عايدة اعتقد اسمها قالت يجب أن ندفع نفس سعر السابق وهذا ليس عدلا ... هذه الموظفة ليس عندها اتيكيت او لباقة في التعامل... حيث قمنا بتناول الفطور بالفندق وبعد انتهاءنا من الفطور قامت باللحاق بنا لتخبرنا أن هذا الفطور ليس مجانا وإنما مقابل مال ٢٠٠ ليرة للشخص قلت لها حسنا سندفع ليس هناك مشكلة... من اللباقة عند تسجيل الخروج او في وقت لاحق تقوم بالتحدث معنا عن قيمة الفطور...أما الحركة التي فعلتها وهي أن تتبعناهذا ليس من الذوق ابدا

kkdd (1/5): كل الصور مزيفه والمواصفات غيير واقعيه وبسب ذلك لن أستخدم التطبيق مره اخرى - لم تكن متوافقة مع الصور عندما تشاهد الصورة في التطبيق يعطي انطباع بان الفندق جيد ولكن للأسف الصور غير الواقع . الشقة بشكل عام سيئة جدا والسعر مبالغ فيه المفروض سعر الاجار به اقل من 50 دولار للشقق المجاورة افضل وأقل في السعر بأكثر من 70٪؜ 0 لا يوجد بها سخان فقط في الدش الحمام الاساسي التكيف سي جدا . الدفع مقدم فيه عملية احتيال حيث هم يعلمون بانك سوف تلغي عندما تشاهد الواقع وتكتشف بانه لا تتوافق الصور المضافة في تطبيق بوكنك . وتكون مجبور على الموافقة لا ستلام الشقه. كانت تجربه سيئة بالنسبة لي واتمنى من المسؤلين في التطبيق ايقاف نشر العروض لهذا الإعلان الذي يخص الاعلان . بسبب هذا الإعلان والتجربه السيئة لن أقوم باستخدام برنامج اليوكن لحجز للشقق او فندق. كل شي رغم ان تطبيق بوكينج كان هو المفضل عندي لكن الان للاسف اصبحت لا اثق به بسبب هذه الشقه
