• -Anthony (8/5): Cheap good quality and big space for the price - Very big room for cheap price good quality not run down and dirty it was actually a pretty sweet deal the pool was nice good location just about 15-20min to any popular location for a cheap taxi ride taxis are super cheap (use grab only) It was a little problem with the light the first day but they fixed it pretty quick so it was okay?

• Jill (9/5): Love love loved it!!! - A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. To be able to jump in the pool after a day exploring was so refreshing. We will return. The towels were a bit thin and no bag mat supplied.

• Hiếu (9/5): Great time! - Everything is perfect, the staff is professional and discreet. Wonderful location which is accessible to most of the amenities. The property only provides the shower towels, however, it is usual that the establishment gives face towels as well.

• Harald (1/5): Extremely dirty, chance to get a room with a view to a wall - There was a canister with clean water. The room was VERY dirty - all the surfaces had dirt on them, walls and curtains had stains, couch looked like something you didn't want to sit on. Even the "washed" sheets had stains on them. The "blanket" was a fleece blanket without the cover and i highly doubt that they wash it after each visitor. There were bugs running around. If you are unlucky to get a room on the ground floor, you will get a view to a dark alley with a brick wall. When we complained and asked for a different room, they said nothing else was available. During the next day we were told that they will clean the room and we could get a different room. However had already left for the day and when we came back in the evening, we were told that we couldn't change the room, because somebody had already checked in to that room. Also it didn't look like they had cleaned anything except change the bed sheets, because the mark i made with my finger on the kitchen extractor hood on the previous day, that was covered with grease and dust, was still there (see the picture). You have to pay in cash on arrival. Not super close to anything. Definitely not worth the money.

• Andrew (8/5): Pretty awesome except for several small hiccups - Large room. Near airport. Nice pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Super nice of the hotel to provide a LàVie water dispenser. Reception isn't 24-hours, so it took a while to get our bathroom issue sorted out at 11pm. Room needs clearer instructions on how to operate the shower. TV reception not so clear. Sauna difficult to operate. Pool bathtub not working properly. Lift needs a guide on what facilities are available on what levels.

Good for a short stay Not very much natural light, we were on the ground floor and the outside area was very dark. Bed was a little hard but not the worst.

• Davide (9/5): Amazing secret place iin Saigon - Enchanting building. An amazing cozy and comfortable apartment . Located In a quiet area amomg other buildings like an oasis in the chaotic Saigon. Refreshing and very nice swimming pool ( we had the feeling it was for our personal use only) :-) Not easy to be found within the narrow streets surrounding this charming colonial estate but this is part of the enchantment
• Shaharin (9/5): Serene stay - HCMC is noisy but this place is somewhat quiet and calm. It's located a little bit away from the main road. From the sixth floor the view was good. There was also a problem with the air-conditioner on my final night, and the property manager was quick in offering a replacement room on the fifth floor. The cups were small. I had to use the small bowl to drink tea or coffee. The property could have offered free complimentary tea and coffee.

• Thu (9/5): clean, spacious, quiet, would stay here again - spacious, clean, quiet. cleaning and security staff were always very nice and kind. pool area was private and quiet room was comfortable, would stay here again no credit card payment option, had to get cash out to pay (no dramas but would be good to know before arriving) kitchen facilities available but no consumables provided like washing liquid or tea towels. I imagine you’d only need them for a long stay so didn’t affect us. everything else was great

• Casey (10/5): Beautiful Villa in great location - Nice, clean, comfy and spacious room. Close to cafes, restaurants and local markets. I felt safe walking alone in the streets, as people were friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool area and nice and quiet at night. There was some construction during the day, but as most people go out then, it wasn't an issue. The beds were a little hard but that is the vietnamese style.
• Tina (1/5): Awful. Couldnt wait to leave there. - Nothing! Where do i start!. Out of every window we only had a brick wall - no view at all. The pool area had 2 uncomfortable loungers with no padding. I asked the host where the padding was and they said there isnt any. We had only 2 tiny towels, I asked for more - nothing. No hairdryer - no spare towel so had to go to bed with wet hair. Location was poor - nothing around for miles. The pictures make it look much bigger than it actually was.

• Viet (9/5): Good place - Spacious and well decorated room; good location. Smell a little bad in the room after a long day with air conditioning, so I have to open door and window for fresh air sometimes.
• Tim (3/5): Host needs to take action - The security guard was kind, although he didn't speak English. Didn't had good cleaning in months, felt really dirty. 3 steps on the floor and our socks were white. Cobwebs against the walls. Kitchen shelves were dusty and a bit greasy. The drink of previous guests was still in the fridge. Mirror and couch was broken and the bed pillow is old and needs replacement. We didn't accept and left because it's just not okay. I hope the host takes these criticism as a positive thing to make some changes and is able to get new customers. Could have been a good accommodation, but now its clearly not.

The only thing we weren’t fond of at the property was the bed as it was quite hard. Apart from that, nothing else negatively impacted our stay.
