- Gabriele (10/5): Il posto ideale dove riposare e assaporare un Giappone autentico e pacifico - La struttura è pulita, ben tenuta, in pieno stile tradizionale, senza rinunciare alle comodità moderne. Il personale è caloroso, sorridente, accogliente. La colazione, tradizionale e sempre diversa, è un momento speciale, i piatti vengono preparati freschi, serviti e raccontati dalla cuoca stessa e questa è sempre occasione per fare due parole e scoprire frammenti nuovi di cultura giapponese. È un posto in cui sono tornato e sicuramente tornerò, un posto a cui voglio bene, in un quartiere pacifico, che amo.

There is no hot tub. Come on this is Japan, Onsen or hot tub, at least get me one. 2. Like many other travelers comments, the hotel manager is very warm-hearted but her choice of words did make us feel a little uncomfortable 🥴. Though we believe that she means no harm because she actively provided travel suggestions for us. Should be some language barrier issue.

- Sébastien (8/5): Un séjour agréable dans un Ryokan en plein Tokyo - Le petit déjeuner servit tous les matins à heures fixées auparavant étaient très bons, très copieux (de vrais petits déjeuner Japonais) et variés. - La chambre que nous avions réservées étaient très spacieuse au final pour un Ryokan - La salle de bain, également, était très spacieuse, la baignoire était très moderne (commande électronique pour faire couler l'eau) et les toilettes étaient munis d'un WC moderne (avec séchage, ce que je n'avais jamais vu dans les autres hotels/Ryokan que j'ai fréquenté au Japon). - Le personnel était toujours attentionné (il y a de nombreuses personnes qui gèrent le Ryokan) - Les futons n'étaient pas si inconfortables que ce que j'avais dans mes souvenirs - Le plus gros point noir restera sans doute la finesse des cloisons : on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans la rue ou chez le voisin. Fort heureusement, la rue est très calme et les autres voyageurs semblent toujours respecter le calme demandé. C'est bon à savoir si vous avez des enfants en bas âge ou que vous souhaitez vivre dans le calme absolu. - Il faut soi-même gérer ses déchets (les descendre dans les différentes poubelles présentes dans les communs). Pour un français habitué au tri des déchets, ce n'est pas réellement un souci, mais ça peut embêter les gens moins enclin à ce genre de détails

Het was een heerlijke kamer en het ontbijt in de ochtend vonden we echt fantastisch! Met liefde bereid, dat kon je proeven. Voor ons ook de eerste kennismaking met de Japanse keuken. - Toyin (9/5): A peaceful, spacious oasis in Tokyo that was very much appreciated! - The ryokan was very centrally located and close to teh subway. The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The Japanese breakfast was very good and authentic. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We stayed in the annex which was in a separate building and removed from the common areas.

I appreciated the free coffee and tea downstairs. I booked a basic package, the 'Sakura Room' but I think it went too far. There was no kettle, no way to block outside light at night, the shower was on a different floor and the TV was for paid subscription only, no free to air. It was fine for one night but I would not want to have stayed longer without upgrading.

To be honest we didn't cook so I can't comment on the facilities - there are plenty of good eating places close by. The Asian breakfast is lovingly prepared and was different every day. There are subway stations within 500-700 m so location was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

- Jae Wook (9/5): - 정통 료칸을 경험하기에 아주 좋았습니다. 조식도 저렴하고 맛있고 주변에 맛집이 많습니다. 지하철도 3개 노선이 가까워요. 입구에서 신발을 벗고 들어가야 하는데 입구가 좀 높아서 신발을 집어들기가 조금 힘듭니다. 나이가 있거나 관절이 안좋으면 더 힘들거 같습니다. 그리고 료칸 특성상 한 겨울에는 추울거 같습니다.

- Simon (9/5): Excellent , we loved it! - It had a very local Japanese feel to it. The staff were so lovely and kind. I realized that in my 50s I cannot lie on the floor very easily. Something to consider in this experience as it is a very traditional bed - but I still don’t regret the experience. Very unique!

- JOSE ROBERTO (8/5): Acomodação no autêntico estilo japonês - Autêntico riokan com instalações no estilo tradicional japonês. É uma boa experiência para nós ocidentais que temos curiosidade sobre este tipo de acomodação. O diferencial deste riokan é sem dúvidas o atendimento carinhoso e educado que recebemos de Mori na recepção e de Myio no desjejum. Recomendamos muito o desjejum, que é opcional. Ocupamos uma acomodação dois andares acima do lobby. Como o riokan não tem elevador, estar com malas muito pesadas foi desconfortável, apesar de Mori ter nos ajudado com elas.

- Yahel (10/5): A unique Japanese experience - We loved the spacious room, the shower was very luxurious, and the traditional Japanese design really made us feel connected to the spirit of the trip. Personally, I connected with it a bit less, but my travel partner loved this hotel the most out of all the places we stayed. I’m giving it a high rating because in the end, it really comes down to personal taste.

- Koyu (9/5): - 地點位置太好了。距離人形町、水天宮、濱町都很近，交通非常方便。 服務人員的英語能力都好，而且熱情又和善，很能給予安心感；提供的不只是日式住宅（house），更是日式居家（home）。 早餐是熱騰騰、現作的，物超所值，好吃極了。 房間沒有窗簾，導致睡眠時光線太亮。

- Duncan (10/5): - An absolutely magic place to stay. The couple who run the ryokan, and the wonderful lady who cooked breakfast, were warm and hospitable. Brekkie was marvelous, the room was lovely and the location was atmospheric and convenient. We arrived earlier than expected but they kindly checked us in straight away. Can't recommend more highly. Nothing- place was fantastic.

- YI (8/5): 傳統的旅館，服務貼心，可體驗日式文化 - 早餐為加購項目，是日式早餐，不錯的體驗 服務人員英文都很好，也很熱情的接待，覺得住起來很溫馨 房間很大很漂亮，是古老的日式房子，可以體驗傳統文化 附贈的資料也很貼心，標示出超市、便利商店、餐廳等等 住宿地點便利，由人形町車站出來步行10分鐘內可以到，要注意的是地下鐵電梯設置比較少，要先查好有電梯的出口。 我事先就知道這間旅館沒有電梯，以及旅館是傳統的建築改建 剛好前一天家人摔車受傷，因此搬運行李跟上下樓梯比較困難 因為本身建築的關係，暖氣比較慢熱，當天剛好是東京很冷的時候，因此晚上大概22:00回去開暖氣，又因為房間比較寬，到24:00還是覺得有點冷，但隔天提早開暖氣就沒有這麼問題 如果要去住宿的可以留意
- 采軒 (9/5): - 提供的早餐是傳統的日料套餐，簡單卻又樸質有味。 房間也很傳統舒適，棉被、床墊也都讓我一覺到天亮。 而且接待的老闆娘英語很棒，也都親切地為我們解說一些入住的須知以及閒聊。 重點是旅館離甘酒橫町超近，附近一大堆美食餐廳和便利商店，開心到不能再開心了！ 除了浴廁比較小之外，沒有什麼好挑剔的。但因為是古民宅，似乎也是蠻合理的。

- Mariah (10/5): Would definitely return to this ryokan next time. - Great location and not too crowded. Close to local train station and many great resturaunts around the area. Staff are friendly and welcoming and traditional breakfasts are delicious. Very convenient as able to leave luggage once checked out if have a later flight. Spacious rooms as well.
