- Marc (8/5): Vintage experience in the center of naples - It is housing in a museum. A vintage building which was really well managed by the employees. The staff was very nice. As you can imagine old buildings bring their disadvantages. We had a weird noise in our room in the first night. Also there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The WLAN was really bad.

Doors are really heavy and make noise when you close them. So you might wake up your partner if you get out early. Get 10 cents on your arrival to operate the elevator (you'll get a bag on the reception).

On third floor and had screened scaffolding across the entire rear of the property.Completely covered our room and bathroom windows preventing natural light. Having said that,when we complained they did put us in a better room,although at extra cost.

Camera ampia ,pulita,,ordinata sempre su Via Toledo,ma ben insonorizzata. Un plauso a tutto lo staff estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile. Colazione trionfale ,con,tra le altre cose a disposizione,una varieta' incredibile di dolci veramente eccellenti. Nel complesso da consigliare assolutamente. In bagno mancavano gli asciugamani piccoli per il bidet e consiglierei una dotazione piu' consistente e piu' pratica, che non le bustine, di shampoo /bagnoschiuma

- SANTONI (10/5): Excellent séjour dans un établissement de qualité idéalement situé. - Le personnel était très aimable, professionnel et disponible. L'entrée de l'immeuble au premier abord peut paraître vétuste mais en fait on se rend vite compte que la partie occupée par l'établissement, c'est à dire les étages supérieurs, a été rénové et modernisé tout en conservant son cachet, dans la mesure où il s'agit d'un ancien palace. De plus l'emplacement sur la via Tolèdo est idéal pour rayonner entre le centre historique, le port pour les déplacements en bateau vers les différentes îles de la baie de Naples et le quartier espagnol dont l'artère principale est située à une trentaine de mètres de l'entrée de l'hôtel. De plus le déjeuner était vraiment très copieux. Autre avantage non négligeable, il y a une station de taxi juste devant l'hôtel Pas grand chose, si ce n'est que l'accès à l'établissement le soir, alors que le portail extérieur est fermé, se fait par une petite porte, apparemment blindée, car lourde à manipuler, occupant la partie centrale du portail et obligeant à se baisser au point d'être difficile d'accès pour les grands qui s'y glissent plus qu'ils ne la passent. Mais j'ai pu constater que beaucoup d'autres entrées d'immeubles anciens présentaient la même configuration. Sans doute une particularité locale.

- FINGERHUT (10/5): Très belle expérience, nous reviendrons. - Le site, l'emplacement, l'accueil, le confort. Les restaurants proches... Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré.

Ce que nous avons moins apprécié : le balcon annoncé était inutilisable en raison de la présence de deux blocs de climatisation, ainsi qu’un échafaudage sur la façade de l’hôtel qui obstruait complètement la vue. Nous avons également trouvé que les produits proposés au petit-déjeuner étaient assez répétitifs.
- Chang (10/5): I didn’t know what to expect at first, but it turned out to be a wonderful stay. - It is a 16th century, and well preserved. The location was very convenient for walking and shopping. There are many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is absolutely wonderful, especially Ester and Ana. I would definitely go back the next time I’m in Napoli. The entrance gate closes early and is very tight, so big suitcases might be tough to get in and out. The elevator is tiny and only goes to a designated floor at a time.

It is well located in the city centre There is no lobby or shared space where you can sit down if you want to just chat outside your own room. My room was very dark, as there was scaffolding on the building and it was blocking the only window. No amenities in the bathroom. Almost no fresh fruit and no fresh juice for breakfast. Only “industrial” coffee machine (so jo fresh cappuccino).

- Heather (10/5): Lovely combination of history and modern comfort with superb support and assistance from hotel staff - The staff were very friendly and accommodating; we came in late for breakfast and they offered to cook for us alone and intentionally slowed their “clearing” of the buffet so that we wouldn’t feel rushed. The rooms were extremely clean, beds comfortable etc. It was a little difficult to find the hotel (large door on the street that entered into a courtyard/elevator) but the staff responded immediately with assistance when we rang the bell.

Zum Glück konnte ich ein Zimmer in den Innenhof buchen Hinter dem Bett lag doch ziemlich viel Staub zwischen den Kopfteil und der Wand. Es könnte die Beleuchtung etwas heller/besser sein im Zimmer. Durch die Fenster in den Innenhof wirkt es schummrig

Unele preparate de la micul dejun nu sunt păstrate calde, așa cum este normal să fie servite (omletă, ouă ochiuri)! Este loc de o varietate mai mare de preparate, dar sunt oricum suficiente pentru toate gusturile! Hârtia igienică nu este de calitate!

Struttura molto ben tenuta in un tipico palazzo di Napoli, con cortile interno. La colazione finisci per farla a testa in su per ammirare i bellissimi soffitti. Personale discreto e super gentile. ===

- Donald (10/5): Würden sofort wieder hier buchen - Das Hotel ist in einem alten, von aussen etwas heruntergekommen herrschaftlichem Haus und beginnt erst ab dem dritten Stock. Um so überraschender dann, wie alles pikfein, sauber und edel wirkt. An den Decken im Frühstückraum hat es Fresken, das man sich schon fast wie in der sixtinischen Kapelle fühlt. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Sehr stilvoll in Kombination antik-modern eingerichtetes tolles grosses Zimmer mit hoher Decke und sehr grossem, schönen Bad. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Insbesondere die selbstbewusste, ausgesprochen freundliche Managerin hilft bei allen Fragen und kümmert um jeden Wunsch. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen und vieles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Wer Hektik und Chaos Neapels hautnah erleben will und nach erlebtem etwas Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Kommt mir nichts in den Sinn
- Gerhard (8/5): Dieses versteckte Hotel hat uns total überrascht - Wir sind mit großen Befürchtungen angereist, weil wir nach unserer Buchung in einem Stadtplan dieses Hotel mit nur zwei Sternen gesehen haben. Umso größer war dann das Erstaunen, dass sich hinter einem zwar desolaten Eingang im 3. Stock ein durchaus hübsches und empfehlenswertes Hotel befindet. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war ausgiebig und wir wurden täglich mit frischen Süßigkeiten verwöhnt. Wir können dieses Hotel durchaus weiterempfehlen, zumal die Lage sehr zentral ist Der Eingang in das Palais und der verparkte Innenhof wirken schäbig, der Aufzug seltsam, im 3. Stock ändert sich alles.

Nos ofrecieron una mejor habitación por mismo precio, super amplia, totalmente aislada de lo ruidosa que suele ser Napoles. Solo que para acceder es por un ascensor pequeño y luego una escalera, que con valijas es incómodo...pero no resta a todo lo bueno que es el hotel.
