- Josephine (8/5): I'm So Glad to Stay at Glad Mapo - Excellent location, just a short walk from Gongdeok Station Exits 8, 9, and 10, with lots of great food nearby. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. Loved the open closet concept too — it made it easy to store our luggage and hang our clothes neatly. Very smart and functional design. It would be helpful to have more hangers in the room. The bathroom sliding door was a little stiff and tended to make some noise when opening and closing. There was also a noticeable wait for the elevators to service the upper floors.
- Lee (10/5): - 직원들이 너무 친절했음. 혼자 여행이고, 새벽에 근무해야해서 대부분 조용한 환경이었음 했음. 내 방이 그랬던건지는 모르겠지만, 내가 묵었던 방 복도가 유독 조용했고, 그래서 더 만족함. 창밖 풍경도 나름 만족, 일단 내려가자마자 지하철인거는 합격, 공항철도 역 앞이라 공항에서 이동도 대만족. 아 특히 객실 정리해주시던 분이 정말 친절하셨음. 엘레베이터가 너무 안옴. 급해죽겠는데, 로비가는 손님이 1층까지 가는 엘레베이터 사용하는등 진짜 답답해 죽는줄 알았음. 로비에서 호텔층까지, 1층에서 호텔층까지 구분을 해놔도 외국인 여행객들은 잘 모르는듯함. 그냥 이거나 저거나 막 탑승하니, 오래걸릴 수 밖에 없음... 내려갈때 사람들이 많을시간 이용하면 3분 이상 걸릴수도.. 참고하세요.

Location is amazing and you're right on top of the tube. 711 in the building. The cafe downstairs also makes great coffee though it's a little more expensive than others in the area, it is actually open early which nothing is in Seoul. Lift system is a bit confusing. Staff are too cool their nonchalance is funny - Not sure that's a negative just an observation. I noticed they now tell you they don't provide aircon only heating - I can still set the temp in the room to whatever so didn't seem to be a problem in April.

- Alicia (9/5): Clean, comfy, convenient - The room was spacious and clean. V near the station exit and it has a lift access at the train ! Direct train to and from the airport. Alot of good food restaurants and cafes around the area. The gym facilities is relative big as well. Not forgetting the convenience of having a 7 11 located at the lobby entrance!. In addition to that, there is a microwave at the hotel lobby so if u ever have any left overs u may heat them up! Really recommend this place! Its a small thing but we used the teaspoon in the room to cut up our donut and had placed it on a tissue for the person to switch but the spoon was not replaced and the chocolate was still stuck in the back of the spoon. That said, the concierge did give us replacement spoons upon request.

- Manny Wu (9/5): - 地點很方便，房間乾淨且清潔人員很專業，這次住5個晚上，每天回飯店都整理得整齊又乾淨，真的很舒適！ 這是第四次入住，本次很可惜的免治馬桶的溫水及溫坐墊功能似乎壞掉了，都是冰冰的，沖屁股的時候太刺激！希望下次可以改善，其他都很好！

- Wen Hsuan (8/5): 不錯的酒店，會再訪。 - 走出9號出口, 直接就是酒店大門。但是9號出口距離地鐵月台（5號線）要走一段距離。^^” 隔音不是非常好，不至於很吵，但，還是可以聽到隔壁房間使用吹風機的聲音（它本來就非常大聲）。
- Sung Jin (8/5): Clean, quiet, and affordable that's connected to lively neighborhoods - Right on top of a subway station that has several transfers. Next to neighborhoods with great food options. Property looked well -maintained. There's a 7 Eleven conveniently located on the lobby floor. There are several elevators that take you to different groups of floors. Some guests will press all of them just to catch the fastest one, which only hinders those already in the elevator trying to get to their floor.
