Wonderful cozy small hotel near the old town and the sea. We spent 3 nights, I came with my mother for her birthday. The staff made amazing surprise in the birthday morning with the cake and the greetings. Also, welcome day was amazing. Everything we needed we received from the staff. My mom was so happy!!! Nothing

As fotos do booking não têm qualquer correspondência com a realidade e os comentários positivos também não . Na primeira noite estava só eu instalada no hotel houve um corte de energia que demorou mais de três horas. Comuniquei ao funcionário que estava na recepção que o meu iPhone estava a ficar sem bateria e pouco depois ele foi se embora, deixando-me sozinha, sem fornecer velas ou lanternas e sem me dizer nada, tendo eu permanecido no hotel sem luz, com o telemóvel sem bateria e impedida de me movimentar mais de duas horas. Pese embora no dia seguinte após ter comunicado o sucedido aos gerentes, me terem oferecido um jantar, eu não precisava do jantar precisava de estar instalada num hotel que paguei para ter as condições de habitabilidade e segurança exigíveis. Dos piores hotéis onde já me instalei. Empregadas e donos demasiado intrusivos e pouco profissionais, pretendendo dar uma ideia de familiaridade, completamente dispensável. Localização numa rua decadente. Na verdade não é um hotel é uma casa de hóspedes. Longe da cidade velha, que para ser visitada tem hotéis de outro nível ( verdadeiros hotéis ) dentro das muralhas. Uma experiência/aventura para esquecer.

From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and were immediately offered a delicious welcome drink our holiday could start right away. The entire team is exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with a big smile. At breakfast, we were treated every morning to delicious, freshly prepared food by the chef. The lady at breakfast put a smile on our faces every day with her enthusiasm. The hotel is small scale, which creates a very personal and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were also always perfectly clean and well maintained. Highly recommended! /

There were als - The hotel is very modern, everything is in a perfect state, great showers, every tiny detail is thought through, cosy and stylish. The room was very clean. The stuff is utterly welcoming and understanding. Late for breakfast? They still were kind enough to serve us. No plans for lunch/dinner? Here is a hand-written list of local places with notes. Upon our arrival we were told they had a better room available and they just upgraded our room without any additional fees. And allowed us to take our time by check out without any additional fees too. We were truly welcomed like guests, not like customers. Nowadays that’s precious.

Since we had to leave in the morning before the breakfast started, she & the chef packed breakfast for us beforehand to take on the ferry. We are so grateful! The beds were very comfortable and the room was pristine. Also, the hotel is in a convenient location—walking distance from old town and new town Rhodes.

• fabian (10/5): Filoxenia at its best - Any new encyclopedia should have Christina's and Maria's picture under "filoxenia". Honestly caring hospitality, amazing cuisine (a la carte-breakfast meeting any thinkable desire) and service, great location in quiet area - easy walking distance to old town. Our stay should have been longer ;-) Claimed "soundproof" doors might not meet expectations of middle european travellers, but we haven't had any accomodation in Greece where this might have been the case. • Rick (8/5): Lovely little hotel with staff that went out of their way to help us. - The staff was amazing. There were a lot of ants in the first bathroom, so they re-located us to an upper floor, and did their best to make it comfortable for us. Very nice breakfast menu. Easy walk to the Grand Master’s Palace and old town. Sadly, the neighborhood is degrading around this very nice hotel. We requested “no fragrances “ to be used due to allergies, but the floor cleanser was a super- strong perfume so that we had to keep windows open.

Und dann das Frühstück, von frischem Obst und Joghurt über köstliche Croisants, Marmeladen, Honig, Wurst und Käsevarianten.... super! Wir reisen viel, aber hier fehlt es an nichts, alles ist einfach perfekt.

• MEHMET BUGRA (10/5): Wonderful experience! - I don't usually write reviews about my stays, but this one deserves the best! From the moment I started my stay, I was very pleased with Maria's warm welcome on the phone and her equally attentive and friendly behavior upon entering the hotel. Even though I only had a limited three days in Rhodes, she provided excellent guidance on what to do and how to make the most of them. She also provided valuable guidance regarding car rental, and I had no problems whatsoever. Thanks to her, I can say that I had a holiday to the fullest. I am equally grateful to Christina for her help and will remember her with the same fond feelings. They are very friendly and helpful. Regarding the hotel, it's in a great location. It's close to the Old Town and Elli Beach. You won't have any trouble walking to the city's main attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel's architectural design are impeccable. Every detail feels carefully considered. Even the breakfast variety and Paola's style in presenting the menu leave a smile on your face :) I stayed alone, and I can say that every detail pleased me. If I had more time, I would like to get to know each and every one of the people here better. They're a reminder of how many wonderful people there are in the world. Thank you so much for everything. I hope to see you again sometime :)

• David (10/5): Perfect Stay at Elakati 10/10 - We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Elakati. From the moment we walked in, we could see the incredible attention to detail that sets this hotel apart. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is simply outstanding. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the vibrant new part of the city, surrounded by great restaurants and bars, yet still peaceful enough to relax. Our room was outstanding, beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We honestly have nothing more to say here other than it was perfect! Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Fresh and delicious. Big kudos to the chef who was right there to serve us. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive, and we want to give a special thank you to Maria for being so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our only regret is not staying longer. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next visit to Rhodes! Nothing. Everything was perfect.

• Robert (10/5): Excellent run hotel by an excellent staff!!! - The front desk staff were the best. Special thanks to Maria and Francesca. The staff far exceeded my expectations for friendliness, hospitality, professionalism, and personability, and will go out of their way to help you with any questions you might have, or assistance you need in booking tours and familiarizing yourself with the city and island of Rhodes. The hotel itself is modern, the room I had was clean and well equipped, and the hotel is in a prime location within a short walking distance to restaurants, the main bus station, food markets, the boat tour piers, and very importantly near the entrance to the city’s old town, which is a huge bonus to have. Really nothing negative about the hotel.
• Steven (10/5): - My wife and I have travelled around the world and staying here was one of the best we gave experienced. From the moment we walked in to check in we were in awe with the beauty of the hotel and the warm welcome we received. The rooms are gorgeous and can can tell that every detail to make your stay more enjoyable has been thought out. The breakfasts are made fresh dauly to your order abd each morning the is something special made by the chef. There are many choices on the menu. The food was prepared to perfection and dekicious. We had the opportunity to meet the owner, Michael and he took time to sit with withand chat over a glass of wine. I cannot thank Christina, Franchesca, Maria, Vicki, our chef, and the houeskeeping staff for there hospitality and from the heart care. ( Their help arranging airport transfers, rental car, sights to see and places to go, restaurant suggestions, and knowledge of Rhodes hasd to be mention).

• Alexis (10/5): Luxury boutique hotel perfect for 3 days in Rhodes - Comfortable and luxurious room. Individually decorated with fittings reflecting the local area. Luxury shower with plenty of hot water. Loved the little extras like home made biscuits to help yourself to. Breakfast was delicious with different " specials" everyday and hot choices cooked to order. Location is great for short walk to both old town and new as well as beach and harbour. Staff go the "extra mile". Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for all the helpful tips and suggestions! We had a balcony but unfortunately the "view" is directly onto some rather neglected apartments .Not a lot the hotel can do about this and it didn't spoil our stay overall.
• Steffen (10/5): - Wir hatten einen rundum großartigen Aufenthalt im Elakati! Die Sauberkeit ist auf höchstem Niveau – alles war blitzblank und sehr gepflegt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von den großen, modernen Zimmern, die alle renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurden. Ein echtes Highlight war das Frühstück: Man wählt von einer kleinen Karte, und alles wird frisch und auf den Punkt zubereitet. Einfach hervorragend – Qualität, Geschmack und Präsentation waren top! Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Auf Fragen und Wünsche wurde aufmerksam und mit einem Lächeln reagiert. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass uns zahlreiche Insider-Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben wurden – individuell und mit viel Engagement. So konnten wir viele besondere Orte entdecken, die wir sonst vielleicht verpasst hätten. Der Service war einfach erstklassig und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch unvergesslicher gemacht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt – man kann bequem zu Fuß in die Stadt und zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangen. Fazit: Eine hervorragende Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, in der wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

My room was upgraded, it looked like the photos on booking, very beautiful, clean, comfortable bed, awesome shower, great living room. The location is great, next to everything. • Daniel (7/5): Great location, nice staff, would not choose to pay extra for the top-floor Helios room. - The location is great for walking around Rhodes city, and the staff, especially breakfast staff were kind and helpful. Our Helios room on the top floor included a hot tub, sauna and steam room. None of those amenities worked very well compared to other units we have experienced. I would not choose to pay the extra cost for the Helios room again.

There's a Cretan tavern just 3 minutes from the hotel that is absolutely great, thank you to the Reception for the tip. Nothing comes to mind

• Sergij (10/5): Exceptional - I had an awesome stay in the hotel for one week. After having made the booking, I have experienced a high level of quality throughout the whole trip. First, I have received an extensive information about Rhodos and how to get to the hotel beforehand. During the stay, the staff was always welcoming, attentive and supportive. I have received a lot of helpful recommendations on the activities as well as (very good) local restaurants in Rhodos. The room has been very clean and cozy. All in all, l enjoyed my stay in the hotel a lot and would definitely recommend it.

• Marie (8/5): Amazing Boutique hotel in a great central location of Rhodos Town. - Great welcome whilst I arrived late. Professional staff who were happy to give helpful local advice also seemed very kind and warm. True Greek hospitality! The size of the room was great. Bed was very comfortable. Bedlinen was impeccable. Shower is very powerful. I did not have time to use the hot tub nor really enjoy the private terrace but this was a very outdoor private space. Amazing location close to the Old Town and the bus station. Breakfast is cooked on the spot depending on what one orders. I would definitely go back and would recommend it. Fresh bread being served at breakfast would be a plus. I think the price is slightly excessive. I am not convinced by the choice of interior design but this is a very personal comment as I appreciate each room is decorated differently.
