• Maeva (8/5): Très bon emplacement pour visiter les 5terres. - Appartement super, bonne literie dans l'ensemble. Très très bon emplacement, proches restaurants, bar, boutique, mer et gare ferroviaire pour l'accès en train des 5 terres. Acces wifi très simple. Serviettes et draps dans l'appartement, top. L'appartement a besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement par endroit. La salle de bain notamment, douche à rafraîchir sans hésiter. Penser à vérifier les ampoules de tout l'appartement, lampe de chevet et spot plafond. Et nous avons eu la machine à café qui a fuit pdt les 5 jours, donc appareillage a changer mais sinon rien de plus grave.

ANd demand to pay unverifying WEB, they are don't pickup the phone, we are waiting more than 2 hours in entrance, it was just 5 pm, no answer, no any action , its terrible things, How they can use Booking.com. They want just to take the money for nothing. BE CAREFUL with them

• Marci (6/5): Worth it just for the location, but not for hospitality - The location, which is in the city center, close to everything The staff demonstrated poor guest service skills, responding inappropriately to questions with remarks such as "you are wrong." Their approach was far from customer-centric. They enforced the 10 a.m. checkout time very strictly—ringing the bell at exactly 10 a.m. to prompt departure. In contrast, during check-in (done through whatsapp), they do not allow entry unless payment is made in advance (through a link they sent on whatsapp), leaving guests to commit to an apartment they have only seen on the booking platform. Fortunately, everything was like described on booking.
• Berson (9/5): Perfect location for Cinque Terre access - We stayed in La Spezia to get easy access to Cinque Terre and it was perfect. A short walk to the train station. We also found a park for our car at less than 200m on the streets.

Spoke several times to host about rectifying issues but wasn't addressed. Was told they were going to refund money but haven't seen anything yet. I wouldn't bother with the property with terrible communication

• Angkana (9/5): Nice host, very helpful, good place, safe to stay, right in the center, near to everything. - We like the location, right in the center next to everything, very convenient, restaurants, market, local shops, safe to stay, walkable and not too far from central station, easy to move around, good Chinese restaurant nearby. The apartment with full kitchen equip, I like the sandwich warmer, boiler and a big roll of tissue with many trash bins. I forgot my back by the time about to go to central station after the door lock, I called the st There is only one bathroom if you stay with many people room will be wet because the splash from the shower made the floor wet and there is only a piece of floor rug (no spare) but not a big issue.

• Leigh (7/5): I wouldn’t stay here again. - Location was the best, Teo was very patient as we ran into a couple of road stoppages. The parking was near impossible, the noise from the street was very loud.
• Azlina (6/5): Good location is good but apartment need to be mop - The location is superb! It is in the middle of the shopping street. Cafes and restaurants are downstairs. 200m away is the market. The bedroom size is good. One of it has a balcony. The apartment is smaller than we imagine but it is not the main problem. The shower room is leaking. Water was everywhere in the bathroom. The host said they are aware & it is only gonna fix a few days later. She said she will send some towels to be put on the bathroom floor but it did not happen. We roam around with a wet bathroom floor. We did put some of our bath towels to block the water from coming out to the hallway. The floor in the bedroom was dirty. It seems that they didn't sweep or mop the floor
• Izci (2/5): The rooms we stayed in were very old and not clean except for the bed. - my advice, they can choose their accommodation from another building and as a location, and you may have difficulty in finding a park. It is a very nice place in terms of location, there is a market every day except Sundays and right next to the marina.
• Hayes (6/5): its a comfort stay for youngster. - its clean and comfortable we got the last minutes message telling us the rented unit is having problem and changed to the other unit which is quite far from the planned one…. we make the booking because of the location and ended up it is not what we wanted. Anyway, thanks goodness the host had arranged another unit which is approximately 30min walks from the planned one, considering we had a 77yrs old man in the trip.
• Marina (10/5): Exceptional - the accommodation is in a perfect place, location in the heart of the city. the facility is very large, the only thing that would be great is if the door doesn't creak and if it doesn't have glass so that every room has privacy, this way everyone can hear and see everyone when they enter their room. the mattresses for such a wonderful accommodation could be more comfortable, especially if you book accommodation for long days. everything else is perfect. my recommendation to go here

• Thomas (7/5): Good - This is a really nice apartment at a fantastic location right in the middle of the historic center. Check in was a breeze (key lock box). House was clean, AC worked, beds were comfy. In short: wouldn’t hesitate staying here again. As others mentioned, the leaky shower (door?) is an issue. Not a deal breaker, but a hassle. You end up using too many towels for the wet bathroom floor. If they fixed this, this would easily be a 9/10 or 10/10 place in my book (plus I imagine they’d save tons of money preventing long term damage). Hosts were friendly, but neither our main contact nor the number listed in the documentation responded when we had trouble figuring out the laundry machine.

• Rosemery F A (8/5): Apto muito bem localizado - Apto de 3 quartos, super confortavel, única coisa que achei ruim que só possui 1 banheiro, mas nos organizamos bem e deu tudo certo, o apto é super localizado, com varias lojas e restaurantes, super mercado, enfim indico com certeza. O senhor que foi liberar o apto muito educado, deu tudo certinho!
