• Matthieu (6/5): - Proche de la gare. Suffisamment spacieux et literie confortable Cafetière et bouilloire non fonctionnelles. Donc pas de petit dej possible. Marques d’infiltrations d’eau. Placards de la cuisine en cours de décrochage.

• Antony (1/5): Indisponibilité de dernières minutes ! - À l'arrivée sur La Spezia, lors de la prise de RDV pour rentrer dans le gite, on nous a dit qu'il y avait un souci de fuite d'eau, et qu'il fallait aller dans un autre gite. Notre interlocuteur nous a proposé le gite : The Italian Job - The apartment Piazza Benedetto Brin, 15 3rd floor, 19122 La Spezia, Italie. Comme ils ont accepté d’annuler la réservation initiale sur le site pour nous éviter de payer deux fois, nous y sommes allés confiants. Ils nous ont présenté le gite, correct a priori. Par contre, ils nous ont exigé un paiement de 500€ en cash pour régler. N'ayant pas d'autre solution rapide, nous avons payé, en demandant un reçu indiquant les dates d'arrivée et de départ. L'hébergement s'est mal passé. Pour deux raisons : - Peu de pression d'eau rendant très inconfortable le gîte. - Et aucune réaction rapide et positive des loueurs à nos réclamations (cafetière non adaptée aux plaques à induction, résolution du problème d'eau, ...). Nous étions a priori les premiers à utiliser cet appartement depuis sa rénovation : il est normal que nous soyons face à quelques détails à revoir mais les propriétaires devraient être réactifs et pleinement à l'écoute.

• Peter (6/5): Family Cinque Terre tour - Very niosy place, close to the train station. The apartmen is on the 3rd floor without elavator.
• Verified traveler (8/5): good stay for visiting Cinque Terre - Great stay in close proximity of Cinque Terre, even if the unit we were assigned to was different from the one we booked because of unavailability of the selected one. Ended up in the historical center of La Spezia, in a 2bdrm (instead of the booked 3bdrm), which was great for shopping and strolling, but a bit noisy for a family stay, and not parking friendly if you are traveling by car. Overall a good experience and a good stay.
• Morten (8/5): - Rigtig god lokation i forhold til byen. Ligger lige overfor stationen men det høres ikke når du er i lejligheden. Der var nogle småting som ikke virkede i lejligheden. Aircondition i soveværelser og stue er super dejligt. Meget rummelig lejlighed.
• Cesar (2/5): - Be careful, we have a confirmed reservation and they sell the department to another costumer , when we arrived the lady in charge was very rude and the told us to go to another place and hang up the phone. The worst experience ever!!
• Verified traveler (2/5): In keiner Weise zu empfehlen!!! - Sehr unfreundliche Gastgeber. Er ging weder auf unsere Fragen noch auf unsere Probleme ein. Internet und Haarfön funktionierten nicht. Zimmer war eher dreckig und es stank nach frittiertem Essen vom Lokal nebenan. Ausserdem war es im Zimmer sehr lärmig.
