- Larry (1/5): We didn’t stay, rooms were odorous and sheets etc worn and unpleasant - Location was good but the pictures appear to be from when construction was just completed The property is in need of a lot of work inside and outside so it looks like the pictures It was smelly, dusty and generally in sad condition
- Kalpesh (10/5): A very nice, relaxing, family friendly hotel to stay at a budget price. - Very clean, comfortable and family atmosphere. The rooms were nice, clean and tidy. The beds were comfortableand rooms were very spacious.The reception staff, Sangeetaben was a very welcoming and a pleasant host. Overall , all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended for a family stay. I dfeinatley recommend this hotel for a perefct, pleaseant family stay. The only downside is the parking spots outside the hotel.

- Gurumurthy (7/5): Good - Rooms are big and spacious. Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement. They don't clean the rooms on a daily basis. My daughter broke a glass by mistake. Had to chase house keeping multiple times for them to come and clean he pieces. Food menu is simple, but lovely. The 2 huskies they keep are hyper friendly. My kids loved playing with them. Housekeeping needs improvement

Rooms balcony windows has gap and all the cold winds gets into the room during my stay in the peak winter of December. Since I was staying with my family , I had to close those gaps myself by pushing some newspapers in those gaps mid night .. no hot water was available… furthermore , shower towels , bedsheets are totally worn off.. I really had to escalate it to get the room changed next morning … but the overall experience remained pathetic ..

- Patel (5/5): Average hotel with high rate, nothing special - Nothing special Against the facilities provided, rate was quite high for the room. Interior was quite old. Proper steamy Hot water was not coming from the shower or taps. Water was just warm. Those kits( dental, personal care, shaving, comb) were not provided. Bath linens were leaving fabric fibers on body. Very limited items were were in the Breakfast.

Because of the amenities they mentioned, we never got that at staying time. And the frontdesk lady attitude is very bad. After finishing our stay, she stopped our family members there because she never found payment, which we paid through UPI. That was a mistake between his accountant and frontdesk not being involved in the guest in your matter again.What was that gesture. I don't like at all.

It was difficult to connect with room services, housekeeping, etc. Cleanliness could have been better. Room services could have been better. Basic facility could have been better, etc.

Atlst they should mention that they have a dog so that only those people will book who are ok with pets and it's poops. - Rajat (1/5): Loud music, waste of money, not worth - The location of the hotel is good In the night, there are people who come and drink alcohol daily in the hotel garden and play loud music and this hotel garden is just in front of the rooms. Even after complaining multiple times at Hotel reception and staff, they didn't stop it. It was a pathetic experience especially if you have you have elder parents who sleep around 10 PM. The loud music kept going on till late night. One family room costed me Rs. 9100 and its total waste of money as you cannot even sleep peacefully in your room due to loud music.

- Nilanjan (8/5): Nice. Maintained like Home - Owner is so good and cooperative. She has nice command on the property. I respect her commitment in spite of her disability. Rooms need some maintenance particularly related to electrical fittings

We arrived at 6:30am via overnight train, madam at reception noticed the kids were exhausted and immediately offered a spare room whilst our room was yet to be vacated and cleaned. This made all the difference to us as the kids got some needed sleep, the staff continued to be helpful throughput our stay. Room and bathroom was cleen, bathroom had bath and a shower, room has kettle, lcd TV and a mini fridge. Had full body massage for 4 which was great, they also have swimming pool in basement. I would recommend the hotel. They were decorating the exterior while we were there, did not really impact our stay. In all we were happy with Hotel facilities, location to Nakki Lake and staff.

- Sharanya (10/5): A pleasant stay with spacious accommodation and polite management - The property is beautiful and cozy, rooms are spacious and bathrooms are very well maintained. Our stay was an absolute pleasure. Starting with being greeted by Joy, the resident doggo and followed by the friendly face of Ms. Sangeeta, we received a warm welcome. There's a lift on the property and depending on your choice of room, you'll get a cute little balcony. The service is amazing and we had absolutely no complaints. Highly recommended! NA

But largeness of the room or past glory doesnt justify the price that they charge today. Ccleaniliness was a slight concern but they addressed it. Overall it felt a rundown property. Wow factor of the property was missing. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The rooms and toilets were reasonably clean. The restaurant staff ensured that all food was made to order. The location and view from the room was good. It was good value for money. Some of the furniture is quite old. They need to be replaced. Some repair work is also required in the room and toilet we stayed in. The restaurant doesn’t have any windows. It takes some time to get used to the stuffy feeling. There is no lift to the restaurant. The stairs are quite steep. It was a bit uncomfortable for my aged mother.
