• RosariaM (8/5): we really enjoyed our stay, great value for money - great location, it was close to the train station, fit a lot of people the toaster didn’t look safe to use and we didn’t know how to lock the bathroom doors, don’t think they actually locked
• DEBORA (10/5): - Gli spazi erano perfetti e la posizione dell appartamento anche ! A due passi dal centro e a 7 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria Non ci sono parcheggi disponibili ma è possibile parcheggiare al Darmi park che ha una navetta che ti porta vicino all appartamento è molto conveniente

• Anne (7/5): - L'emplacement idéal, près de la gare pour aller visiter les Cinq Terres et proche du centre-ville et des rues piétonnes de la Spezia. L'appartement très spacieux, idéal pour un groupe. La literie serait à changer car n'est pas confortable.

• Jérémy (9/5): Super séjour dans l’appartement Cinque Terre New Liberty! - Teo a été très arrangeant lors de notre arrivée et est d’une énorme gentillesse. Il était aussi d’une grande aide pour nous aider à nous stationner dans La Spezia. L’appartement était parfaitement propre, très bien équipé, super bien situé proche de la gare et du centre historique, et très spacieux. Je recommande vivement cette location les yeux fermés! L’immeuble est assez ancien donc mal insonorisé, nous entendions parfois les enfants des voisins la nuit ou la circulation dans la rue depuis les chambres opposées a la mienne, c’est le seul petit point négatif selon moi. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de parking privé pour l’appartement car nous avons également galéré à trouver une place à notre arrivée avant que Teo ne nous donne ses bons conseils. Les places en bas de l’immeuble sont réservés aux résidents.
