richardsX1790KP (10/5): Incredible views in lovely surroundings. - In years past, I stayed at Panorama when on business in the area, and had many memorable experiences of the incredible breakfast buffet and equally incredible views from the terrace. So when my wife and I were planning our 5 week tour of Europe, we included a stop here for lunch. We stopped at the front desk to explain our visit and were treated to a tour of the facilities and all the additions and upgrades. After a long walk in the surrounding woods and grounds, we had a lovely lunch on the terrace. The views are postcard perfect and the staff everything you could ask for.
9ClydeB (8/5): A very nice getaway - My girlfiend and I went here for one night to use the hotel, restaurant, and wellness areas. We were very happy overall with our visit. The hotel entrance / lobby / common areas are very much full of "wow factor". The decor is amazing and contains a lot of detail. At times, it doesn't feel like it all hangs together and is perhaps a bit too over-indulgent and gaudy, but this is a critique coming from someone who in reality knows nothing about interior decor. The room (Birds Nest Deluxe) was very nice and modern. The one thing we found odd is that a large, prominent window facing the front of the hotel within our room had no curtain or any type of option to seal out the sunlight and protect the innocent eyes of anyone standing outside while we had sex in front of it. This window was located where there is a cushioned seating area connected to it. I don't know if this was intentional by whomever designed the room or not to just have a wide open window into a bedroom. Either way, fine by us, but may be awkward for others who prefer privacy during intimate moments. We enjoyed the wellness area. We used the High End Relax Dream World. It is a bit ambiguous in terms of which rooms are FKK / nude or not. On the website, the High End Relax Dream World is listed as something to be enjoyed textile-free, but in reality, only about half the sections are textile free within the High End Relax Dreamworld. Referencing the map that is handed out when you check in, the only nude sections turned out to be 48, 49, 50, 51 (3 saunas and a steam room) and the other rooms contained people wearing bathrobes. Not sure if this is different in busier seasons. We didn't know whether the outdoor cold plunge pool was supposed to be nude or not, so we just went in nude to check whether anyone would tell us off, and they did not. The highlight of the stay at this hotel (for me at least) was the surprise salt scrub session in the steam room. My girlfriend and I were enthusiastically welcomed in by the host of the session. It was fantastic! The host was very funny and generous with the salt and butter. There were about 10 of us. We rubbed on the salt, goat butter/milk (?), rinsed off, etc... and there laughs and good vibes. 10 out of 10. The infusion session in the sauna was not to my taste. We listened to modern rock music during this and I did not feel that it matched the mood and intention of most people who attended the infusion. Although the scents were nice and the moving hot air was nice, the music was not suitable in my view. The restaurant was nice. We had a package with dinner and breakfast included and we were very happy with both experiences. The owner / manager at the entrance to the dinner is a very kind and genuine person. All of the staff were similar and very kind and helpful. Parking outside was easy to find. We were initially confused by the numbered spots. We parked in a numbered spot and hoped for the best, and no one questioned us about it during our stay. Overnight there were very loud motorbikes / dirtbikes zooming around out front from 9-10PM. There was some honking and tyre squealing, so perhaps it was a one-time thing - not sure. On our final day my girlfriend has a hot stone massage and I used the very empty sauna area from 11-12. I think I encountered some regulars who were very kind people. Last but not least, the check out process was very easy and we appreciated the gift on the way out.

Mona Again (10/5): - Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre Leider werden z.B. am Sonntags Brunch die externen Gäste den Hotelgästen gegenüber bevorzugt. Man wurde in den Nebenraum hinaus komplimentiert. Das ist nicht so schön gewesen am Anteisetag.
Antonija711 (1/5): - The view is ok The staff is either totally ignoring you as a guest not giving any information on how the hotel works, when the breakfast is starting, where the restaurant is where and what to find in the wellness, you do not get slippers but only a used bathrobe which is absolutely not ok for a 4 star wellness hotel. On the other hand the staff is staring at you all the time i felt really unwelcome and unpleasent. The wellness is very boring there are 5-6 rooms just to lay down but nothing else to do there. The food looked nice but was avarage tasting at best. Definately not worth the money nor would i recomand it to anyone.

FabyolaR3 (8/5): Good Option Near Munich for a Relaxing Stay - We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and consider it a good option near Munich. While it doesn’t offer outstanding views and there isn’t much to do nearby, the hotel itself is well maintained and provides a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The food is enjoyable, and the spa facilities are a nice highlight, making it a good choice if you’re looking to unwind.
Isabelle (7/5): - Der Sport und der Saunabereich waren sehr schön. Die Zimmer waren nicht besonders einladend gestaltet. Im Badezimmer gibt es einen einzigen Lichtschalter und der ist sehr hell. Man steht also auch nachts immer im "Scheinwerferlicht". Im Essbereich fährt ein Roboter mit dem dreckigen Geschirr durch die Räume - ähnlich einem Saugroboter nur in groß. Atmosphärisch ist das nicht besonders hilfreich.

Carafe d'eau du robinet facturée 2,50 euros.

Das Abendessen war hervorragend, schön angerichtet und ging über meine Erwartungen. Auch am Nachmittag war ich mit dem Angebot sehr zufrieden. Da ich mit einem Hybridauto ankam, war mir der Ladevorgang zu kompliziert, da dieser nicht von ihrem Hotel angeboten wurde, wie wir das in anderen Hotels gewohnt waren.

Andrea (10/5): - Im Panorama Hotel Royal kann man sich nur wohlfühlen! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend und anlässlich meines Geburtstages überraschte mich das Servicepersonal mit einen kleinen Kuchen (mit mini Feuerwerk), einem extra Dessert und einem Gläschen Prosecco. Im Spa-Bereich sind ausreichend Möglichkeiten für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Ob in der Sauna am Pool oder im Whirlpool überall sind gemütliche Liegeplätze die zum entspannen einladen. Alles ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Der Salzwasserpool und der Außenpool waren meine besonderen Highlights.:)

Volker (10/5): Eines der besten Hotels, mit einer hervorragenden Küche und außergewöhnlichem Spa-Bereich. - Das ganze Hotel, das Zimmer, das Frühstück, der Mittagssnack, das Abendmenü, der Spa und Poolbereich und das superfreundliche Personal waren weitüberdurchschnittlich, einfach etwas ganz besonderes. Wenn überhaupt, gibt es nur auf sehr hohem Niveau ein paar Details, die verbessert werden könnten: Die Dusche hat, da ohne Glastüre, den Boden etwas darüberhinaus geflutet und der Duschkopf müßte nachsehen werden, da er ein wenig in alle Richtungen spritzt. Im Poolbereich ist teilweise der Boden sehr rutschig, wenn er nass ist. Am Abend könnte die Dessertauswahl großzügiger sein.

Gian Peider (10/5): Einfach ein TOP-Hotel um abzuschalten und zu geniessen - Bereits die Ankunft im Hotel ist ein erstes Wohfühlerlebnis, man kommt an und ist im "Ferienmodus". Die mit Liebe und Geschmack dekorierten Aufenthaltsräume laden zum verweilen ein. Die Kulinarik, sei es beim Frühstück, beim Mittag- und Abendessen, ist ein weiteres Highlight. Einfach TOP! Nichts

Luca (5/5): - Essen war ok und der Spa Bereich war nett. Ich habe für einige Tage gebucht und habe ein paar Stunden nach meiner Buchung eine Nachricht bekommen, dass "wir gerade umbauen". Ich hatte direkt in diesem Moment keine Lust zu kommen, weil Baustelle wirklich das Letzte ist, was ich mir von einem "enstpannten" Urlaub vorstelle. Da ich nicht stornieren konnte, bin ich gefahren. Die Baustelle war riesig, normal schließt man doch den Laden bei so einer fetten Baustelle. Morgens beim Frühstück gabs dann Baumaschinen Lärm. Die Bar war geschlossen und man konnte am Abend nicht entspannt einen Drink draußen genießen, weil "geschlossen, wir bauen um." Schade.

Tanja (6/5): - Tolles Essen, richtig lecker. Der Blick ins Bergpanorama rundum war fantastisch. Der Ausblick auf die Einfahrt und die Baukräne war nicht exzellent. Die Matratze war hart, der TV hat in der ersten Nacht nicht funktioniert. Ich wurde zum Essen am 1. Abend platziert auf einen Platz, an dem die Klimaanlage laut gesurrt hat. Leider kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Lorze17 (10/5): Great experience - Excellent experience. Great service, great facilities. Perfect breakfast: top food, wide range, wonderful terrace setting. Small remark: no staff after 10pm. Feels a little below expectation. Be mindful: there is construction happening now. It is well fenced site and rather quite, but still.
Nils (10/5): - Hier passt einfach alles. Die Zimmer sind schön, groß, sauber und lassen somit keine Wünsche offen. Ein bisschen angestaubt sind sie aber in keinster Weise altbacken. Wer eine Klima braucht sollte das vorher sagen, denn unser Zimmer hatte keine Klimanlage (haben wir aber auch nicht gebraucht). Das Essen und Trinken ist fantastisch. Es fängt schon beim leckeren Begrüssungsgetränk an und ab dann hat man ständig die Qual der Wahl. ;-) Die Qualität und Auswahl ist genial. Frühstück, Mittagessen, Kuchen und dann das Abendmenü, alles ein Traum! Der Service ist sehr bemüht, freundlich, zuvorkommend und gleichzeitig nicht aufdringlich. Auch hier, Top! Das Spa ist riesig und wir konnten nicht fesstellen das die Tagestouristen ein Problem sind. Es war immer mehr als genug Platz. Auch hier, alles sehr sauber, schön und für jeden Geschmack sollte etwas dabei sein. Die Lokation ist etwas abgelegen, aber das spielt keine Rolle denn man verbringt ja sowieso die ganze Zeit im Haus. Trotzdem gäbe es diverese Aktivitäten in der Nähe, entweder mit dem Auto oder man leiht sich ein E-Bike. Aber ein schöner Spaziergang um das Haus ist natürlich auch möglich. Wir bedanken uns für das wunderschöne WE und freuen uns wenn wir wieder kommen dürfen!

The spa facilities are exceptional, featuring sauna infusion rituals, salt peeling treatments, and various wellness activities. The design of the spa area is stunning, especially the resting areas and the salt pool. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the food was excellent, with a great selection of fresh vegetables and fruits. The hotel is surrounded by breathtaking views of the Alps and the valley and is located near a forest, which is perfect for short hikes and morning walks. We stayed in a Panorama room, which was spacious, beautifully decorated, and super clean. Highly recommend for a couple getaway! The bathroom in the room requires an upgrade.

Mohamed (10/5): Amazing - My stay at the hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel view was very amazing. It is one of the cleanest hotels I have been to. Some rooms have AC, which is very important for summer. I was traveling with my family, and connected rooms were not available. However, I got two rooms next to each other. One of the things that I liked most was the food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included in the reservation. The breakfast was very good. I did not try lunch, which was a small buffet (Sandwiches). However, the dinner is five stars, so you should not miss it. I would say the hotel is best suited for couples/adults as they have a spa. The city where the hotel is located, Bad Haring, is a small, nice town. There was a small town center nearby. NA
NigelinCheshire (10/5): Fantastic stay far from the madding crowd… - I strayed here for 4 nights in mid May 2024 whilst attending an exhibition in Munich - IFAT 2024. The standard of the hotel was stunning and the staff equally stunning and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and the views as you can imagine were also fantastic. We ate in the hotel every day for breakfast and dinner. The food was first class and the attention to detail was an example. Thanks for making all of us at Brock so very welcome…

The wellness spa is over more floors than I can count it is better than anything I have ever experienced. I had a treatment daily and all were so highly experienced that the treatments were amazing I think I am the only English person!!

Amanda (10/5): Pampered retreat to soothe the soul! - The food, saunas, pools, staff, room were all amazing! I was blown away by how thoughtful and accommodating everyone was. It really was a wellness retreat for me even though I was there for work in the area. I didn't know how to work the shower in my room very well but could figure out how to take a nice bath! I also wish I knew how to speak German since I did get yelled at by a guest when I was wearing a bathing suit in the textile free zone...I didn't realize it was a mandatory area of textile free. The guest was nicer once i explained I couldn't fully read the signs. Now it is a funny story.

The rooms were beautiful just like in the photos on the website, and the views from the window were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic - they had pretty much everything you could want to eat or drink. The spa facilities were top notch! The mattresses and pillows were not as soft as we are used to, didn't sleep so well.
Verified traveler (10/5): Schönes Wellnesshotel - Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Frühstück sehr gut, frische Säfte (Orangensaft, Gemüse- und Apfelsaft), div. Milch (Kuh,Mandel,Reis,...), frischen Omelette, Lachs/Kren, div Brötchen/Brote usw. Käsesorten, 2 abgepackte glutenfreie Brötchen, div. Marmeladengläser, Honig, Nutella, Obst, Müsli... Wellnessbereich nur 11-20 Uhr geöffnet. War für mich zu kurz geöffnet wg. Arbeit und konnte saher nicht genutzt werden. Sah ansonsten gross und schön aus (grosse Pools innen und aussen). Bett Matratze war gut, allerdings gab es nur einen Standlüfter und keine Klimaanlage (wohl nur Bodenheizung), es war mir zu warm (26 Grad tagsüber), und lüften bei 16 Grad nachts brachte mir leider nicht ausreichend Abkühlung).

Mariana (10/5): - We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. It is not simply a 'hotel' but a beautiful resort and spa, so we regret only spending 12 hours there, basically to sleep and have breakfast. The grounds were beautiful, the spa looked amazing, the rooms were plush, and the views amazing. There was a EUR80 upcharge for a 2nd person to cover breakfast which is a little steep for a continental breakfast. The only recommendation I would have would be for the hotel to have a bigger covered parking area, as there seemed to be room for only 8-10 cars, with the rest parked along the road outside. Not a big deal, as we only had a dusting of snow the night before, but I imagine would be a little more inconvenient with huge dumps of snow. A 4*-5* experience, we just wished we could have spent longer and enjoyed more of the facilities. Panorama is on our list of places to go back to, and even if you are skiing in Kitzbuhel and don't want to pay the over-inflated Kitzbuhel prices, it is a great option with a 30-35 minute drive to the Fleckalmbahn Gondola (The hotel does offer a ski shuttle but it only serves the Skiwelt Brixen area and not Kitzski)

Great dinner experience , really good food, freshly prepared, wide selection for breakfast, we didn't miss anything. The old indoor pool and the small old outdoor pool didn't look good anymore. There are folds in the lining and dirty looking spots, like molds....we didn't use it any more. But the sole pool and the big pool outside are very nice.
