Henkilökunta hyvä, alakerran ravintolan ruoka oli myös hyvä. meillä oli 6-hengen sviitti. Alakerran oleskelutila oli mainio ja makuuhuoneet sopivat. Ottaen huomioon että tämä tila oli tarkoitettu 6-lle ihmiselle ,olisi voinut olla 2 suihkua. Ja alakerran wc oli aika pieni. Ne olit ainoa miinukset.

- UK&Greektraveller (8/5): Good for a few days in Rethmyno - The dining area was great and the breakfast selection was good. My sister needed gluten free bread and this was available for her. Great Aircon. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was as expected for this sort of accommodation. Everywhere looked like it needed some attention to match the standard downstairs. The glass separating the balconies needs replacing soon to improve the look.
- Stojanovic (10/5): Awesome, everything was great! - Clean. Friendly staff, especially Kostas, who went out of his way to help us with anything. The beach is right in front of the hotel and sunbeds were free to use, just order some coffee from the bar. Location is awesome, since you got the beach right outside and the city center is around 10 minutes away by foot. Hotel also has an elevator.

- Valerie (8/5): Lovely room and friendly staff in an ideal location for both beach and town. - Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Rooms cleaned on a daily basis with towels and bedding changed more frequently than most accommodation we’ve stayed in. Wish the room had a little more storage space. Could have done with some drawers to keep underwear etc in. The breakfast was very basic and exactly the same every day.

Βολική τοποθεσία και ευγενικοί άνθρωποι! Στην εισόδου του ξενοδοχείου και στο ασανσέρ βρίσκαμε συχνά κατσαρίδες και μύριζε πάρα πολύ έντονα όλη μέρα εντομοκτόνο σπρέι.

La struttura necessita di un rinnovo senza dubbio, le foto sul sito non corrispondono all'attuale stato delle stesse. Segnale wifi molto debole, ho usato la mia connessione personale

- Irina (9/5): Vacanta reușită - Locația este conformă cu pozele. Personalul este foarte prietenos. Ne-au ajutat cu transferul aeroport. Locația este chiar pe plaja, treci doar o stradă. La parter exista restaurantul lor Agrilla - am mâncat zilnic prânzul acolo. Foarte bun și servire rapidă. Apartamentul King Deluxe este într-adevăr frumos. De pe balcoanele cu vedere la mare se poate vedea și răsăritul și apusul. Curățenie se face zilnic in camere. Au plaja lor, stai gratuit dar trebuie sa consumi ceva de acolo. Marea e ok. Am prins ceva valuri în 3 zile in rest a fost foarte ok. După masă se tulbura. E plin de supermarketuri, agenții pentru excursii și alte restaurante in jur. Va mulțumim 🙏 Foarte zgomotoasa zona și aglomerata, asta nu are de-a face cu cazarea. Locația este destul de centrala și este foarte aglomerat.

Se putea si mai bine tinand cont de pretul.platit in plin sezon.Miros de canalizare,camerele pe partea din spate la parter foarte gălăgioase deoarece sunt situate exact deasupra întrării la bucătărie...miros de mâncare,seara spre închidere 22:30 23:30 gălăgie din bucătărie.Paja ok anul acesta însă se putea curăța de frunzele și mizeria aduse de valuri.Sezlongurile vechi,prinse cu bucăți de tablă și nituri,umbrele la fel de vechi legate cu sârmă. Păcat Ma asteptam ca de la an la an să evolueze.Nu se întâmplă asta. Păcat de locația minunată. Aș reveni cu drag însă timpul care a trecut îmi arată că nu e sigur ca voi mai reveni

Przemiły, pomocny personel. Pokój z balkonem, z widokiem na plażę i morze. Łazienka do odświeżenia/remontu, aneks kuchenny w pokoju właściwie niepotrzebny - do remontu lub likwidacji (korzystaliśmy z fantastycznej restauracji hotelowej), czajnik się nie przydał (bo woda z kranu nie nadaje się do picia na Krecie).
- Violeta (9/5): - Die Lage des Hotels war sehr schön – direkt am Strand. Bis zur Altstadt geht man etwa 15 Minuten entlang der Promenade. Der Weg ist sehr angenehm, direkt am Meer entlang, mit vielen Shops sowie schönen Bars und Restaurants. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, da wir unseren Aufenthalt verlängert haben. Das zweite Zimmer war neu und einfach top – das Badezimmer war wunderschön! Zwar ohne Meerblick, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das erste Zimmer hatte Meerblick. Es war etwas älter, aber trotzdem vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut. Das Personal war super freundlich, aufmerksam und hatte auch einen tollen Sinn für Humor. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Leo – er ist ein sehr herzlicher und liebevoller Mitarbeiter. Vielen Dank, Leo!

- Eleni (9/5): Ήρεμη και ευχάριστη διαμονή σε όμορφη τοποθεσία, με καθαρό και φιλόξενο περιβάλλον. - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, μπροστά στη θάλασσα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και ήσυχο, ιδανικό για ξεκούραση. Η τηλεόραση ήταν σχετικά μικρή, αλλά δεν μας απασχόλησε ιδιαίτερα.

- James (9/5): Perfect apartment for a great time in Rethimno - Stunning views and sunset. Good location right in front of the best area of the blue flag beach with many restaurants and shops nearby. Old town only a 1.5km walk. Spacious clean property was very well suited to our groups needs The WC downstairs was a bit too small. Would have been nice if the terrace had some sun loungers provided.

- Mirjam (10/5): Ein Traum:) - Unser Zimmer (Junior Suite mit Balkon zum Innenhof) war top ausgestattet und wirklich super sauber. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Die Lage ist klasse: direkt gegenüber ein schöner Sandstrand, und Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich in der Nähe. Auch das Restaurant im Hotel können wir sehr empfehlen – leckeres Essen und ein super nettes Team! :) Die Altstadt ist in etwa 10 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. - :)

- Hentsch (10/5): - Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer im 2. Stock mit Meerblick. Die Einrichtung war modern und hübsch, frisch renoviert. Sehr gute Matratze. Bad war ausreichend gross und neuwertig. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und fröhlich. Hatten viel Spaß. Das Restaurant war super, gute Küche und sehr liebe, nette Kellner. Der Strand war sauber und hatte Strandservice. Alles Bestens: kommen gerne wieder. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Nichts zu bemängeln.

- Giorgos (1/5): Χάλια - Ας ξεκινήσουμε ότι το προσωπικό ήταν ανύπαρκτο. Ψάχναμε για πετσέτες και χαρτί υγείας ένα ολόκληρο πρωινό. Τον νεαρό που μας παρέδωσε το κλειδί τον ψάχναμε. Μια κυρία που προσφερόταν να μας βοηθήσει μας έλεγε συνέχεια να μιλάμε με εκείνον αλλά δεν τον βρήκαμε ποτέ. Δεν απαντούσε ούτε σε κλήσεις ούτε σε μηνύματα. Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν ότι δεν είχαμε ζεστό νερό και δεν μας βρήκαν καμιά λύση. Οπότε τα μαζέψαμε και φύγαμε το προηγούμενο βράδυ από την προκαθορισμένη αναχώρηση μας. Το δωμάτιο ήταν παμπάλαιο,η τουαλέτα επίσης. Μέσα στην μπανιέρα βρήκαμε μια χούφτα τρίχες. Το καπάκι της λεκάνης ξεβαμμενο από την χρήση. Εν έτη 2025 κρίμα τα καταλύματα να έχουν μείνει πίσω στο μακρινό 1990 και να προσπαθούν να κερδοσκοπούν με ανάξιες τιμές για τις παροχές τους. Κρίμα γιατί παραπλανηθηκαμε από μερικές καλές κριτικές που έχει.
