Theres no elevator Not even basic facilities avaible like TV Coffee, TV is not working When booking it shows the room has hair driers, TV coffee etc but none of those were there Staff was rude In the room there are ants everywhere..

• Raseem (1/5): Waste of money and totally frustrated - Wardrobe broken and fallen on child head immediately entered the property and there is no action taken to replace instead of that service man bought laundry hanger which was really annoyed and frustrated service No any proper system or service in place and service person who was at duty didn’t mind us and our washroom exhaust fan didn’t work and full of bad smell. None of our request didn’t fulfill . Very much bad experience

• De (1/5): Disappointed - Very disappointing stay. We booked for a couple, but the experience was far from comfortable. The AC wasn’t working properly—they said there was no remote and the sensor was removed, so we were stuck with a cold 22°C, which made the room very uncomfortable. The bathroom was below standard for the price—poor condition and not clean. We requested a double bed but got two single beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable to sleep on. There was no view at all, and the TV didn’t work. When I asked the staff, they said they were new and didn’t know if the TV worked—but it was clear they knew and just didn’t want to admit it. Overall, very bad experience, not worth the money, and wouldn’t recommend it. Sure! Here are a few short sentences you can use under a "What I didn’t like" section: What I didn’t like: The AC wasn’t working and the room was freezing with no way to adjust the temperature. The staff claimed they didn’t have a remote and the sensor was removed. The bathroom was in poor condition and not clean for the price. We booked a double bed but got two singles pushed together—it was very uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work, and the staff gave excuses instead of helping. No good view from the room at all. Overall, the service was poor and not worth the price.

There was mould near the entrance to the room, and it smelled mouldy all over. Cleanliness is questionable. Bad maintenance overall. The ceiling fan sounded like the train all night. We were glad to get out by staying just one night.

• Rasitha (1/5): This my bad experience in my life - nothing to say about like. no good to stay Room service is soo bad and no clean. i book 2 days and first day no hot water and because of it i cancel my second day. they promise me to refund room chargers but still i didn't received it. its very bad experience of me. dont trust with room photos that they wear attached is totally deferent and not good to stay.

• Dinesh (6/5): Pleasant - Location is convenient, staff were helpful in providing a very early morning tea and getting a tuk at our checkout. Room seemed clean from a quick inspection. Double check-in, had to ask for an extra towel, bed lined and toilet paper. Broken toilet seat, screechy fan, barely warm water on the shower.
