• Martin (6/5): Looks nice but not as comfortable or equipped as I expected - Cleanliness Location Tv channels Hard beds not comfortable, no air conditioning, limited cooking facilities in terms of glass ware, and other utensils.
• Sahd (9/5): Zeker een aanrader! - Zeer mooie locatie, het zwembad was aangenaam, personeel was zeer vriendelijk en het was heel proper allemaal! Enige minpuntje: de buurt is lawaaierig 's avonds en 's nachts. Het heeft niet direct iets met het hotel zelf te maken maar eerder met de locatie.

• Julia (7/5): Considering the price you pay for these apartments you would expect the above items would be available for guests - Pools No toiletries in bathroom. No washing up liquid or dish cloth in kitchen. No pool towels available. Bar food was substandard - frozen burgers and pizza. Lots and lots of steps and stairs. No air conditioning which would be a necessity in the summer months. Would not really recommend these apartments.

• Heidi (7/5): - Der Pool und die Aussicht waren sehr gut 👍. 1. Handtücher schlecht trocknend und manchmal mit Flecken. 2. Bett zu hart. 3. Viel zu laut. 😔. Jeden Tag Disco bis 4 Uhr in der früh 4. Geschirr wird nicht gespült. Kein spülmittel und keine Weingläser vorhanden.

• Lise Loga (9/5): Vi likte oss godt, og kommer gjerne tilbake. - Flott leilighet med utsikt og kveldssol på balkongen. Snarkjøp rett utenfor, med ferske brød på morgenen. Like ved trappa ned til shoppingsenteret. Fint bassengområde med poolbar. Kunne høre musikken fra senteret ut over natta, men det var ikke plagsomt bare vi lukket balkongdørene.

• Paula (1/5): Impresentables - Nada Nos pusieron en una habitación de cortesía perteneciente a otro complejo diciendo que no tenían disponibilidad de la habitación que habíamos reservado (una doble con balcón y cocina). Nos dieron una habitación básica de cortesía y nos dijeron que era más cara que la que habíamos solicitado por tener aire acondicionado, que éramos unos privilegiados. Todo esto viene de parte del gerente del hotel, que nos intenta vender la moto con estas palabras. Le digo que me enseñe una prueba de que la habitación que nos dieron era más cara que la que habíamos reservado. No me enseña nada y le digo que ni en booking ni en página oficial sale es habitación. Me dice que solo apetece en un Touroperador inglés llamado Jet2Hollidays. Accedo a la página y tampoco aparece. A lo que me contesta que eso es porque accedo desde una IP española y no extranjera. Me toma el pelo y se ríe d Emi en mi cara. Le respondo que entonces no le importará que le haga la consulta a un guiri que está en la recepción en ese momento, y me comenta que no haga eso que sería una falta de respeto. Tras esta tomadura de pelo le pido la hoja de reclamaciones, hoja que no tiene. Me devuelve el dinero.

Can not wait to go back, I have been to Puerto Rico over 10 times and stayed in different places, this is definitely the best. Nothing all great
• Kiernan (8/5): Very good - Nice and clean . not too loud. everyone very helpful not being able to access in and out gate after 6pm which meant walking further on and going through a different hotel. also only 1 plug in kitchen area which meant you could not boil kettle and toast bread at same time
• Purple (5/5): Had a lovely holiday but would have liked to sleep at night. Nice quiet pool - Good central location. Pool area very clean and nice, quiet and relaxing. Staff very friendly. Had to have doors open during night as it was so hot, therefore had no sleep for full 10 nights, due to noise from bars. Air con is needed. Would like maid service every day not just 5 per week. People were reserving sun beds with towels early morning, then not returning to bed till lunch time. Should not be allowed to reserve.

• Christine (6/5): We enjoyed our break but would not return to these apartments - Property in good location Waiting staff were excellent. However the reception staff did not seem interested. As these are apartments we asked on 3 separate occasions for a cork screw to be provided - this was not provided. The lighting on our floor was not on - again we pointed out this was dangerous - this was ignored. No wash up cloth or dish wash soap was provided - for short stays this should be provided.

• Dave (9/5): Great place with the usual uphill walk on way back. - Great and a lovely walk down to town close to everything and 10 mins from beach. Great exercise! The walk back up the steps wasn’t such fun after loads of pints and food! This is typical of most places in Puerto Rico however.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Property itself was great. Nice big room and clean overall. It was the guests who arrived during the week that were the problem. Constant shouting from room to room meant no one could relax. Came home one night to find a broken bottle of vodka on the floor. Looked like it had been there for a few hours Just not good enough really

• Verified traveler (4/5): Decent apartment. Wrong location - The apartments are quite modern but you’d expect at least aircon when the temp is over 30c. It’s quite high up so isn’t an ideal walk in hot weather. At least 300 steps. Just above the tacky shopping centre where the bars blast music out until 6am. With it being self catering everything ‘extra’ comes at a price. A rubbish fan - €20 a week Wifi - €6 a day Tv - €25 a week Safe key - €10 We also only got our towels changed a couple of times. Disappointing stay
• Zsombor (6/5): Hotel overbooked our room, told us when we arrived - Unfortunately I can't rate Altair Apartamentos accurately, because we didn't have the opportunity to stay there. The hotel OVERBOOKED our room, and only informed us about this when we arrived to the reception desk. Not a single email or phone call before! They told us, we will get a room in their other hotel called Cala d'Or, right next to this one, and that's it. This is NOT how it works! You can't just tell your guests that "Hey, we don't have the room you booked and paid for, but we found an other one in an other hotel for you" when they arrive. We booked a room in THIS hotel for a reason, not in your other one. We didn't even get ANY compensation, like a free breakfast or anything. I think at this point it is fair to give a 1/5 rating to a hotel, but the staff in the other hotel was so nice and friendly we decided to give an overall of 3/5 to Altair, but only because of the positive experience in Cala d'Or. The only thing we didn't like in Cala d'Or was the wifi. The signal was so weak, we were only be able to connect at the front of our door, and even with a good signal their network was so slow, we had to use our mobile data for everything. But after all, we were able to spend 10 beautiful days in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria.
