• Evelyne (10/5): - Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour à la casa Dell' Artista : 1) pour l'accueil de Francesco et toutes les attentions dans l'appartement ( café, eau, produits de toilette) 2) pour la décoration de l'appartement. Tout est de bo. goût et il y a de la recherche dans les moindres détails. Par ailleurs l'appartement est propre et la literie confortable. Nous avons aussi apprécié de pouvoir profiter du salon extérieur. 3) l'emplacement est proche du centre ville et il est facile de se garer gratuitement à côté de l'appartement. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit Rien.

Shops, cafés, and restaurants—everything is within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean, the surroundings are quiet, and Francesco is a great host who answers all questions and offers tips; communication was excellent.

Pohodlne a zadarmo sme zaparkovali v priľahlých uličkách pri ubytovaní aj s väčším autom. Francesco nás veľmi srdečne privítal a ochotne poradil o reštauráciách, pamiatkách, výletoch a možnostiach ako spoznávať Materu. Veľmi nám to pomohlo. Apartmán je štýlovo a pohodlne zariadený, klimatizácia bola v každej izbe, kúpeľňa má veľký sprchovací kút a okno na vetranie. Veľmi odporúčame toto ubytovanie.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis . Danilo a pris le temps de nous donner des informations au sujets des restaurants et autres. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture juste devant la maison sans payer . Casa Dell'Artista is perfectly situated within a 15 minute walk to Sassi di Matera. As I had a car it was important to find an apartment where parking was easy and free. Once I arrived and parked on the street in front of the apartment I walked everywhere! The apartment is a great size, very chic and has thoughtful details. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable, I slept so well! Thank you for everything. I highly recommend Osteria MaterMi for authentic food :P Loved everything

В кухне имеется все для готовки, в ванной комнате также все продумано (даже есть хороший фен, в апартаментах это редкость). Хозяин открытый, также увлекается путешевствиями поэтому знает что обычно нужно. Встретил нас по приезду рассказал что где по квартире и посоветовал куда сходить, где поесть, что посетить. Это была наша третья локация в путешествии по югу Италии и была лучшей. -

Location was good, with ready access to things that I wanted to see, and parking easy. The host were the best we met during our 10 dag trip in south Italy. We got good information about the neighbourhood and the best way to see the sassi. easy walk to the old town. Generous breakfast with ham and cheese in the fridge and a good coffee machine. Comfortable bed, nice decorated apartment including shining clean bathroom. We arrived by car, it was an easy drive and lots of simple parking nearby. To be honest, we don't have so much to complain about. For our short stay it was just perfect.

At the apartment we had all the facilities to cook our own food. A supermarket near by and a lot of parking place.

Many snacks and jams and packaged cornetti and sweets and a great coffee maker. Host gave good tips for sites, grocery is a block away, free ample safe parking in the area,even right in front. Great location..can walk to the Sassi, 20 min walk. Great lighting in apt.. the best one yet fir reading! Prob my own bias but I would have liked softer pillows. Only a suggestion.. add a serrated knife for cutting bread, but great kitchen!

Host also let us check in a bit earlier as room was available. Plenry of water & juices & coffee breakfast is prepackaged (a bit better than your typical italiano as ham & cheese is provided ) but there is kitchinette in the room which you can use to cook up a breakfast for yourself

Free parking outside of the room was a big plus. Room was spacious and very clean. The host welcomed us and even arranged to check in much earlier than the indicated time. We would definitely recommend and use again if we return to Matera!!

The parking is free and in front of the apartment. Nice decoration and well equiped apartment. Danilo is a wonderful Host with great service. If you are coming to Matera this hotell Is the place to be. 10 minutes Walking to Sassi Matera and the supermarket is 2 blocks from the place. For sure we are coming back here! Great place and great owner!
