• Elia (8/5): Soggiorno nel complesso piacevole, la struttura è in una posizione tranquilla senza traffico e immersa nella natura un p - Struttura comoda, con buona posizione per raggiungere quasi tutti i punti di interesse in tempi relativamente brevi con la macchina; Disponibilità di parcheggio esterno pubblico non a pagamento; Buona la colazione con personale disponibile e cordiale; Gestione in autonomia per il chek-in e chek-out molto comoda sopratutto senza vincoli di orario per i clienti; Nel complesso siamo soddisfatti del soggiorno, nulla di particolare da segnalare!

La maison est bien située dans le village qui est à moins d'une 1/2h de l'aéroport Petit déjeuner correct mais pas du même standing que la chambre: ingrédients similaires à ceux des supermarchés. Nous avons d'abord été en contact avec le personnel de maison qui a été serviable accueillant et sympathique, ce qui n'était pas forcément le cas de la propriétaire des lieux que nous avons vu les 2 derniers jours.

• Joy (8/5): Bel hébergement - Chambre confortable et propre, bonne literie, grande douche. L'hébergement était calme. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter l'île. Bon contact avec la propriétaire avant notre arrivée qui nous a donné des conseils pour visiter l'île. Malgré un bon contact avec la propriétaire avant le départ, nous avons trouvé que les 2 personnes servant le petit-déjeuner n'étaient pas sympathiques. Aucun sourire, elles ne parlaient pas anglais même pour des mots très basiques, on avait l'impression de les embêter. Surtout celle qui sert le week-end. Une fois on a même dû se lever et aller lui demander un café, sinon elle ne serait pas venue, pourtant elle nous avait vus (ça ne nous était jamais arrivé en voyage). C'est dommage car l'hébergement en lui-même est très bien. Il pourrait également y avoir plus de choix sucré au petit-déjeuner.

En el baño se percibía ocasionalmente un ligero olor a desagüe que llegaba hasta la habitación. En el desayuno, aunque el servicio fue correcto, la empleada tuvo que pedir permiso para prepararnos unos huevos revueltos con un huevo adicional por persona, ya que solo se permitía uno.

Het tweede deel van het verblijf werden wij vriendelijk geholpen door de gastvrouw, toen kwamen wij er pas achter dat het ook mogelijk was om eieren en verse koffie te krijgen. De kussens op bed zijn aan vervangen toe, deze waren erg oncomfortabel. De kamers zelf zijn prima. De badkamer mist een tafeltje om je toiletspullen te kunnen plaatsen.

• Peter (5/5): Redelijke kamers, maar dat ontbijt! - Yaiza is een fijne plek on van daaruit het eiland te verkennen Wij hadden 7 dagen geboekt mét ontbijt. Elke dag aten we hetzelfde, verschrikkelijk!!! Het brood was zo slecht dat meerdere gasten brood in het dorp kochten en bij het ontbijt op aten. Alles smaakte fabrieksmatig: geen verse jam, geen lekker Spaanse vleeswaren, geen verse kazen, yoghurts gezoet ipv biologisch. Dit is totaal niet zoals het hoort voor een hotel dat niet goedkoop is en wij zijn echt geen verwende toeristen!! De 3e dag heb ik een klacht ingediend bij de host Silvia (die ik de hele week nergens heb gezien), maar zij ging nergens op in.

• Sebastian (10/5): To wspaniałe miejsce przerosło nasze oczekiwania - Bardzo przyjemne miejsce do zatrzymania się na Lanzarote, nie dość że sam hotel okazał się być lepszy niż nam się wydawało, to okolica również jest świetna - blisko do sklepu oraz lokali gastronomicznych (również pieszo). Parkując auto przy ulicy, nigdy nie stanęliśmy dalej niż kilkanaście metrów od furtki. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z czystości w hotelu oraz samej obsługi - czy to zdalnie czy na miejscu. Śniadanie skromne, ale bardzo smaczne, do tego przesympatyczna pani serwująca pyszną kawkę do stolika. Ogólnodostępny aneks kuchenny jest lepiej wyposażony, niż to jest ogłaszane (o ile w ogóle Gospodarze się tym chwalą w opisie, bo chyba wyczytaliśmy o tym dopiero z komentarzy). Łóżko było wygodne, pokój pojemny i sprzątany codziennie, ale na szczególną uwagę zasługuje... zapach! Codziennie, po powrocie do pokoju, czekał na nas przemiły zapach, który długo nam będzie pomagał mile wspominać to miejsce. Zdecydowanie godne polecenia!

Fantasticlly centrally situated home in volcanic mountain area with beautiful vistas of both sea and volcano. I appreciated the owners receptivity and sharing of useful island inside information and referrals to unique experiences. Receiptionist provided good and timely service and cleaning. I didnt want to leave! I should have booked longer!

• ugo (2/5): Non abbiamo soggiornato causa mancanza di riscaldamento ma non siamo stati rimborsati - Nulla Avevamo prenotato per due notti. Dalle foto sul sito sembra tutto molto bello. La struttura invece ha necessità di restauro ( finestrella del bagno rotta , solo due lampadine funzionanti , sanitari piccoli e vecchi, letto sfondato ecc.) e dí rinnovo mobilio. Era scritto di piscina riscaldata ma invece era fredda ed anche con acqua non limpida. Peggio di tutto c’era molto freddo in camera, non funzionava la pompa di calore ed era stata messa una stufetta ad olio ( senza la possibilità di farla scaldare al massimo come raccomandato dai proprietari perché impianto non idoneo) non accesa oltretutto prima del nostro arrivo. Contattata l’host per lamentarci del freddo (17 gradi) ci veniva risposto che purtroppo era rotto l’impianto ( un ospite si era lamentato, la precedente estate, che non funzionava l’aria condizionata per cui l’impianto è rotto da un bel po’ di tempo) e che non dovevamo lamentarci perché c’era la stufetta. Alla nostra rimostranza che sarebbe stato corretto avvisarci e che non potevamo rimanere in quelle condizioni ci veniva risposto che potevamo anche andarcene ma che non avremmo avuto alcun rimborso. Abbiamo quindi preso i bagagli ed abbiamo cercato un’altra sistemazione, con ulteriore esborso di denaro.

• Danièle (8/5): - L'emplacement très calme, dans un joli village authentique, proche du parc national Timanfaya Grande chambre et grande terrasse L'amabilité des personnes qui nous ont préparé le petit déjeuner Nous n'avons pas eu un très beau temps, et l'unique chauffage d'appoint était un peu juste pour chauffer la grande chambre et la grande salle de bain.

La proprietaria è gentilissima così come le signore che sono lì a preparare la colazione (italiani mi raccomando chiedete espresso!). Peccato non aver utilizzato la piscina causa tempo perchè sembrava fantastica. aggiungerei un appendiabiti in stanza, sempre utile.

Der Check‑in verlief völlig unkompliziert, und der ständige Kontakt mit der Besitzerin über WhatsApp gab uns ein Gefühl von Sicherheit und guter Betreuung. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich, und das gesamte Haus war äußerst sauber. Einfache, aber leckere Frühstücke. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße eines kleinen Ortes – fernab vom touristischen Trubel, aber dennoch so zentral, dass man alle Ziele schnell erreichen konnte. Ein idealer Ort für eine entspannte und komfortable Auszeit. Unser Urlaub wäre perfekt gewesen, wenn Lufthansa und Discover Airlines unseren Koffer gleich am Anfang nicht verloren hätten. Fotografiert euer Gepäck vor dem Flug mit diesen Fluglinien und fordert am Flughafen von Arrecife für jedes verspätete oder verlorene Gepäckstück einen separaten Report pro Passagier. Die Gepäcksuche von Lufthansa und Discover Airlines ist reine Katastrophe.

• Pauline (9/5): - Stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer - habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeberin hat mir angeboten das Frühstück für die Dauer meines Aufenthaltes zu buchen, was sich für 10 € pro Tag mehr als gelohnt hat. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Yaiza ist ein außergewöhnlicher Ort und Timanfaya Casa Rural spiegelt diese Stimmung wieder. Und für trittsichere Reisende: Unbedingt den Montaña de la Cinta besteigen, an dessen Fuß die Unterkunft liegt!

• Marta (3/5): No repetiría por el precio que tiene. - Lo único bueno la ubicación. Cuando llegamos hacía bastante frío y estaba lloviendo, el aire acondicionado estaba roto y la chica no nos lo dijo hasta que preguntamos que por qué no funcionaba. Se supone que iban a venir a arreglarlo un lunes y hasta el jueves que nos fuimos allí no fue nadie. Como alternativa nos dejó un radiador y nos prohibió encender las dos resistencias porque se iba la luz en la casa. La limpieza bien lo único que las sabanas y colchas daban un poco de asco, dudo que laven eso. El baño está bien pero no tiene ninguna forma de calentarse y hacía frío. El calentador está ridículamente pequeño, es para una persona y duchándote rápido, con lo cual termina saliendo fría.

• Murínová (8/5): - Lokalita je super, taktiež sme nemali problém s parkovaním. Pred ubytovaním nám boli poskytnuté informácie na ubytovanie aj tipy na celé Lanzarote, čo je užitočné. Izba bola uprataná každý deň. Nájdete tam všetko, čo potrebujete aj malý darček, ten náš potešil. Malé odporúčanie - nám na izbe veľmi chýbali obyčajné poháre a smetný kôš. Bazén bol tiež čistený každé ráno. Celkovo sme ale odchádzali viac menej spokojní a vrátili by sme sa. Na pár dní fajn, na dlhšie asi nie. Raňajky boli každý deň úplne tie isté. Nikto nevie po anglicky. Prvý deň nám pani ani nenavrhla praženicu (nevedeli sme, že nám urobia - podľa mňa chýba niečo ako menu. Už keď nevedia po anglicky, aspoň napísať na papier, že ponúkame toto a toto a človek len ukáže prstom. Tiež z vajec sa dá urobiť aj volské oko alebo ham and eggs, prípadne pridať aj nejaké párky napr), na druhý deň prišla však iná pani a tá sa nás už opýtala na vajíčka. Tá bola vždy vysmiatá a veľmi milá. Taktiež nám nikto nepovedal, že môžeme využiť chladničku, riad a spotrebiče v kuchynke, to som sa dočítala až po pobyte v recenziách. V ubytovaní sme strávili štyri dni. Každý jeden deň počas sprchovania sa voda menila z horúcej na studenú a tiež slabý prietok vody. To bolo veľmi nepríjemné. Bazén mi prišiel veľmi studený, aj priateľovi, ktorý má rád studenú vodu (možno len subjektívny názor), no v oceáne sme sa kúpali.

• Federico (7/5): Un petit hotel ben cuidat i agradable amb aspectes a millorar - La situació, la tranquilitat i la habitació, àmplia i amb vista magnífica al Timanfaya. Esmorzar correcte sense més. La casa en sí mateixa està molt ben cuidada, és bonica i molt agradable : molt recomanable com a centre per conèixer l’illa No hi havien gots a l’habitació (els varem haver d’agafar al matí següent del menjador) ni escombreta de vàter. Si bé la noia que servia l’esmorzar el cap de setmana va ser molt amable i eficaç, la del dilluns era inacceptablement malcarada ( “no tenían que haber cogido los vasos de aquí (?) tienen que bajarlos vasos de la habitación limpios y secos” ens va dir agrement, enfrentant-se verbalment amb nosaltres) Essent una “casa rural” se suposa que el propietari/a estigui en algun moment present per orientar o aconsellar els clients. No va ser així i és un punt no crític però sí a millorar

• Sofia (10/5): FANTASTIC STAY - The house is beautiful, the garden and the pool bring such a nice vibe from the first moment. I really appreciated the fact that we could check in very late (11 pm) and the host was very responsive, even at that hour, to make sure we found the room. We could book breakfast on the spot at the accommodation, without a previous booking. Also, the host recommended great places to see and to eat on the island. She even managed to recommend a surfing place for beginners that I was looking for. The room was big, with a huge wardrobe, a bed and a large bathroom. Lastly, about Yaiza, it is the perfect place if you want to avoid all the tacky places (Puerto Calero, Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise) and be close to everything else on the island (with the car), and to feel cosy atmosphere, not too busy but not a "wasteland either". Everything was great. The only tiny thing is that you had to wait for hot water in the shower for a while on some days, but it didn't bother us much.

• Gianna (10/5): Consigliatissimo - Posizione ottima, ambiente curato e in piena armonia con la natura del luogo. La proprietaria super disponibile e accogliente ti fa sentire a casa e presta preziosi consigli su ristoranti e luoghi di interesse. Colazione ottima con vasta scelta. Consigliato vivamente a chi vuole passare le vacanze a Lanzarote.

• Xavier (8/5): - La terraza es muy bonita y está equipada con tumbonas. La localización es ideal para moverte en la isla. La cocina no está habilitada para cocinar. La nevera es pequeña (nevera para botellas) y dispones de una balda para guardar tus cosas.
