• M Sagrario (10/5): - El lugar muy tranquilo, en el campo, fuera de ruidos para descansar bien. Muy limpio. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en nuestro viaje de civitavecchia a Bari y Brindisi. La anfitriona muy amable y se ocupa de que te sientas como en casa. Si hay una tercera vez sin duda volveremos. Gracias Franca.
• Denis (9/5): Struttura accogliente e tranquilla immersa nel verde - Struttura molto accogliente e tranquilla immersa nel verde, personale gentile e disponibile, anche se mi sono fermato solo per una notte, sono stato benissimo!!! Inoltre si trova molto vicino all'ospedale Bambin Gesù di Palidoro, comodissima per chi necessita di pernottare in zona.
• Andrea (9/5): Soggiorno in campagna - La struttura è ubicata in campagna lontano dai rumori e dal traffico dell'aurelia quindi gli ospiti si possono rilassare sia il giorno che la notte. Personale accogliente e gentile, appartamento pulito e in ordine. Torneremo sicuramente Nulla di cui lamentarsi

• jan (6/5): Eén nacht verblijf met vroeg in de avond komen en vroeg vertrekken kun je niet veel oordeel geven. Wel fijn dat het dich - In de ontbijt ruimte tv vrij hard aan wat onrustig is.

• Geraldina (10/5): Heeel fijn! - Prachtige ligging, lieve host, geweldig ontbijt met diverse heerlijke taarten, yoghurt, fruit en overheerlijke verse croissants ( dus niet in plastic verpakt) Er zou in ieder geval in de winter een deken in de kast gelegd kunnen worden. Het was best koud snachts en je gaat niet om 2 uur in de nacht naar de receptie voor een deken te vragen. Kleine tip

• Angelo (9/5): - Ho soggiornato per una notte in questo B&B e mi sono trovato davvero bene! Struttura accogliente, pulita e curata nei dettagli. La camera confortevole e silenziosa, perfetta per un po’ di relax dopo una giornata intensa. I gestori sono stati gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti a dare una mano o un consiglio utile. Ottima anche la colazione, semplice ma genuina. Un soggiorno breve ma piacevole: lo consiglio assolutamente!

• PAVIS (6/5): Bon séjour mais un peu déçu - L'endroit est fort symphatique Il faut payer en plus pour les ustensiles de cuisine. Il n'y a pas de nécessaire pour nettoyer et sécher la vaisselle Le check out impossible a effectuer dans les délais d'ouverture, j'ai du partir prendre mon vol sans voir qui que ce soit.

• FABRIZIO (8/5): - Agriturismo in zona silenziosa, appartamento grande e ben arredato in stile rustico, la proprietaria e' stata molto gentile nel lasciarmi una colazione completa in camera perche' avevo necessita' di fare il check out molto presto al mattino. L'agriturismo ha anche una piscina con i lettini. Il bagno e' bello e spazioso e sostituirei la tendina della doccia con una cabina doccia
• Celeste (8/5): Relaxing environment, comfortable accomodation & lovely owners! - The location, although not realistically reachable without your own car, is gorgeous and very tranquil - it's lovely to walk around the area and explore. The apartment was nicely sized, clean and comfortable. We are incredibly grateful to the owners for giving us a lift back to the train station, as we did not come with our own car! The one issue I had with the place was if I book a place with a kitchen included, I do not expect to have to pay 20 euros to use it! You can only use the kitchen if you stay 3 nights or more, and 20 euros is very expensive in my opinion. This information is not included in the Booking.com description (at the time I booked, it said 10 euros on the site), so it felt a bit disingenous. I also did not receive back my 10 euros deposit that they said I would upon leaving.

• Massimo (10/5): Una piacevole sorpresa per una vacanza serena. - Posto soddisfacente da ogni punto di vista. Ideale per chi vuol stare tranquillo nel silenzio della campagna. Ambiente famigliare e cortese, appartamento piacevolmente rustico, pulito ben gestito negli spazi. Piaciuto tutto. Aggiungerei qualcosa di salato nella colazione in linea con i gusti miei e sopratutto dei turisti stranieri che frequentano il Podere ma è un dettaglio.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la piscina, il verde della natura intorno e il cane Zeus dolce e rispettoso, rendono tutto perfetto Tutto perfetto.
• Romana (10/5): Za nás super ubytováno pro ty co chtěj klid a pohodu👍 - Klidné a krásné místo provoněné olivovníky a citrony.Super bazén s vířivkou byl top…úžasně jsme si odpočinuli po výletech v okolí a návštěvě Říma,který je cca 30km. Moře i město nás trochu zklamalo,špinavá pláž a všude odpadky.Zato nedaleké jezero Bracciano a hrad je nádherné 👍👍🤗.Pes Zeus je láska a bude nám chybět,vybavení je skromné ale paní Francezka cokoliv půjčí,takže za nás super servis.Snídaně výborné,jen je škoda že byly jen sladké. Zlobila Wi-fi ale v tomto “ráji “to vůbec nevadí ☺️

• Gabriele (9/5): A pochi km dal mare, in mezzo alla natura e molto tranquillo - La disponibilita' e cortesia della signora che gestisce il Podere sono state eccellenti, previene le necessita' dei clienti. Il luogo è molto tranquillo e silenzioso e facilmente accessibile. I monolocali sono confortevoli e dotati di aria condizionata che funziona molto bene.

Breakfast was provided just for the two of us - I'm not sure anyone else was staying at the same time. We had a choice of cereal or pastries and coffee. Good value for money room. Breakfast was provided by a very friendly lady - but it was a very simple breakfast.

Podere1248 is also conveniently located to the city of Rome by car or by train
