• Feinberg (6/5): Convenient stay coming from the airport. Some issues with the property - The staff were extremely helpful. Easy parking, good breakfast. The first room we were assigned had a malfunctioning heating unit. It would not turn on. We had to change rooms after we had already started to unpack. We ordered a suite so that the child who was traveling with us could sleep in the pull out sofa. There was no linen for the sofa in the room. When we got the linen it was missing a bottom sheet. The grab bar on the shower door was also falling off

• Andrea (9/5): I liked it so well, I feel I will only stay at this hotel when I visit Fairburn. - I loved the location. The hotel was so clean. The check in process was quick and easy. The only complaint I have is the toilet paper accessory. It is doe not allow the toilet paper to roll as it should. Definitely, not well designed.

At about 6 AM it sounded like the staff or someone was moving furniture, maybe setting up for a meeting or something. Not my best stay.
• Douglas (9/5): Had a great time. - 1 day a year breakfast could be ready by 6:00 for the bike riders on the Saturday of the One Love Bike ride. Breakfast was ready at the normal time on Saturday (7:00). Did not do most of the riders a lot of ggod.

To be fair we was using Google and I don't think she has the directions correct yet. The breakfast was the bestest we had our entire trip! We stayed at a second Marriott when we got to Flordia and they never changed what they served each morning....same thing everyday, except for eggs.We enjoyed our stay in Fairfield Georgia and I wish i would have taken a photo of that beautiful room we stayed in.

By the time we went to sleep it was still hot in the room. The AC came off and on and never cooled down the room. The only thing that did work was opening up the window for the cool air outside.

And has someone as gentle and wonderful as Ebony to talk to the people necessary, walk them through what steps needs to be happening, to seamlessly get me the reservation so that I can come to bed restful, at peace, and feeling a little better knowing that there's an Ebony in the world

The pool was too cold to be enjoyable. The breakfast made my wife and i sick due to out of date or improperly stored items. Somehow there was no cell signal inside the building. The staff was wonderful.

When I came in my first night, I forgot my razor and toothbrush they were able to help provide one for me. That helps save me from having to make a trip to the store, especially at that time of night
• William (10/5): Chicken sausage? - Very friendly front desk staff, clean room and pretty quiet. Only issue was with breakfast. Not many options and the person working that area didn’t care to keep it stocked. Throw out that chicken sausage, it’s inedible and nobody, I mean nobody, ate it.

Breakfast is served daily. The best part of my stay was definitely the staff! Deondra, Candy, Stephane & Tobey were very accommodating and offered excellent customer service throughout my 30 day stay in Fairburn! If you are looking for a hotel in the area be sure to check them out!

• akupupule (10/5): Very nice hotel - We stayed here October 2023 at the Fairfield Inn in Fairburn, Ga.and was quite impressed. Fairly new hotel, very clean , friendly staff. Our room was on 2nd floor and on North side of the hotel next to I-85 and while we could hear the traffic, it wasn’t bad at all. Light sleepers might request South side away from interstate. Our room was clean, king bed comfortable, and bathroom large and clean. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffemaker, and a work desk. Continental Breakfast was typical with a small hot bar, and decent selection of items. The location was a little hidden and street not well marked but very convenient to Hartsfield Jackson Airport (10 minutes) and less than 30 minutes from Downtown Atlanta, Mercedes Stadium, and State Farm Arena. Ella Lane runs North (left) off of Oakley Industrial Blvd and directly behind McDonalds. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Deondra with group sales was very responsive and made establishing the group contract an easy process. Once at the hotel, the staff took good care of our athletes and were accommodating to us, even allowing us to take over the dining area for a team dinner. We enjoyed our stay!
