- Rogelio (10/5): Excellent hotel at a good price, with excellent amenities and service. Intercontinental is guarantee - Pool was good size and a kids pool. The room commodities were so good: internet, smart TV with cable TV, a spectacular ocean view and a big bathroom with warm water. The clean services was excellent. At lobby the personal explain me all details for a comfortable stay. The hotel has a private car park, which is good commodity. Just consider that the car park has 3 levels, and you should care drive to park your car and pass the ramps. Cars and motorcycles are preferred than other large vehicles like two cabinets or hummers.

There was a lot of mold in the bathroom, my socks got all black from walking on the floor, the blankets smelled bad and had stains in the section that wasn’t visible when the bed was done. Les falta variedad en el desayuno para el tercer dia ya estabamos enfadados de lo mismo, faltan mas guisos habia un solo guiso para escoger cada dia, el chicharrón no me.gusto. Se me hicieron excesivos los precios del restaurante, pedí una pizza y estaba mala y muy mala atencion del mesero, ni servilletas me dieron. En el pasillo para llegar al cuarto se siente sofocado hace falta que prendan el aire o pongan mas ventilación. Deberian dar dos tarjetas para entrar al cuarto a veces uno.tenia que salir y te quedabas sin luz en el cuarto eso fue incomodo. Al minisplit le.faltaba mantenimiento chorreaba agua. El lavamanos también tenía un problema de fuga de agua. Y me tocó ver cucarachas en el baño

- Francisco (10/5): Supera las expectativas - Se destaca por el orden, limpieza y pulcritud. Gran detalle de hospitalidad que la habitación estaba fresca cuando se recibió. La piscina y el jacuzzi son adecuados para el uso con niños. Las dimensiones de la habitación perfectas para su uso. Es un hotel FAMILIAR para DESCANSAR y RELAJARTE así que no esperes ambiente de fiesta, nocturno ni ruidoso. Tampoco acuden clientes con perfil de "party" ni de "estudiantes", si quieres un espacio tranquilo para despejarte, escribir, que vas con familia y no quieres estar preocupado por que un mala copa se ponga necio este hotel una gran opción. Sí te venden alcohol al interior, pero el perfil del cliente hace que se consuma de forma responsable. Hay buena seguridad de acceso y perimetral así como bastantes cámaras de seguridad, te sientes seguro dentro de las instalaciones. La zona es tranquila por que ya no llegan "pulmonías" y alrededor son condominios de extranjeros, sin embargo si quieres buscar más ambiente o vida nocturna a menos de 5 minutos en vehículo llegas a la zona dorada. El hecho que la playa tenga un oleaje fuerte ayuda a que no se coloquen personas ahí y por tanto que hagan ruido y desmanes, tampoco llegan muchos vendedores. El estacionamiento interior con control de acceso por pluma y RFID te da tranquilidad de resguardar tu vehículo y dado que es de varios pisos tienes la ventaja que siempre lo tienes a menos de 3 minutos para una emergencia. No es tanto un problema. Sin embargo no salía agua fría en la regadera ni en el lavamanos. Se podría mejorar porque no a todas las personas les gusta únicamente el agua tibia/caliente y más en un clima caluroso como lo es el puerto de Mazatlán.

Está en una zona algo alejada del buyicio.pero lo único que no me gustó es la plata las olas están muy fuertes no hay opción a rentar alguna mesa o palapa.y debes de irte hacia el malecón. Segunda el salva vidas es algo déspota no deja ni siquiera que lleves agua en una hielera .aunque no bebas .y apaga el jacuzzi. Cada que quieres .pero eso sí el estaba tomando con otros vendedores .ahí.de ahí en fuera el desayuno pues común nada fuera de lo normal. Pero en general todo bien

- Hector Omniel (8/5): Excelente hotel, con algunos detallitos solamente - La limpieza, las instalaciones, el restaurante, la comida No me gusto que dejan llevar perros, unas personas tenian uno metiendo las patas a la alberca, tampoco me gusto que la luz del balcon no sea independiente, se apaga aproximadamente a las 10, y el jacuzzi estaba lleno de pelos, a cada rato se me enredaban en las manos jaja

- Rene (5/5): Bad experience - I like the front beach and breakfast. The room 121 for disabled people was so bad, at the first time we open the door this room smell so badly pee. The room was well equipped but the staff needs to check this. We only stay one night for rest for the long driving trip. I will not return to this hotel.

EL DESAYUNO INCLUIDO ES TIPO DESAYUNO AMERICANO ( FRUTA, JUGO, GUISO Y GUARNICION) Y NO LO ESPECIFICA

- Kevin Eduardo (8/5): Buen hotel, puede mejorar. - La cercanía a la playa y lo comodo de la habitación. La comida no es excelente pero es buena y cumple ya que el buffet goza de variedad de platillos. La atención de su personal es bastante buena, todos son muy accesibles. Primero, mi reservación era "pagar en el alojamiento" y desde 3 días antes marcaban mi tarjeta como invalida porque ya se querían cobrar y yo no me permití que me cobraran antes de tiempo por eso ya no querían aceptar ninguna tarjeta y me advertían que cancelarían mi reservación si no pagaba antes, debido a esto tuve que estarme contactando con servicio al cliente de Booking para que me apoyaran en no cancelarme, de hecho fueron varias llamadas las que tuve que hacer. Tampoco me gustó que toda mi estancia reporté que el lavabo de mi baño estaba tapado y nunca lo arreglaron. Además, nunca hubo agua caliente como tal, solo no estaba helada.
