The crew at my checkout investigated it and got it all fixed and I got one of my payments refunded.

Brandy (7/5): We would stay again. - We stayed 3 nights and each morning breakfast had some new choices, which was nice. The breakfast area is spacious and well maintained. The parking lot was ample and easy to get in and out of. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. The holder for the toilet paper was loose and far away from the toilet. The TP would fall off and roll away. The TV was a huge frustration! I never could figure out if it was an internet problem or a remote control problem but it was slow and cumbersome to use. Also, the choices were limited. There was an event I wanted to watch on Peacock and that service was not even a choice.
Kim (8/5): Overall a great place to stay and I will be staying here again if/when I come back. - The breakfast bar was great. Great choices. The ham, egg, and cheese croissant was good. Coffee was great. My family had different items each day, and all choices were good. Great variety. The room is a good size. Staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile. They even did a little extra for my brother who was celebrating his birthday. That was above and beyond and greatly appreciated. It truly meant a lot. A couple of things could be improved on the chair that sits at the desk. The one I had wobbled a little and after sitting in it for a few minutes it sank back down to the ground. It could be a safety issue for some, but I could deal with it this time with caution. The remote for the TV was not in the room. I am not sure how the TV was turned on, but it was when I came back in. It may have been misplaced. When I went to call the front desk, I pushed the button that has "front desk" on it. The recording came on and said. "room status" and repeated that until I hung up. I ended up walking down to the front desk, and a gentleman staff member helped me by finding another remote for the TV. I came back downstairs to let him know that it was working. Very friendly and helpful. And I appreciate that.

Clearly staff didn’t pass along messages bc I had to explain over and over and - It was close to everything No ICE machine on 2nd floor, no extra sheets or covers for pullouts. No sheets at all on pullout as well as it being super then and my girls was laying on the wires. 4 guest with 2 rags and 2 towels 🤔. I’M STILL WAITING ON MY MONEY SINCE BEING DOUBLE CHARGED!

Benjimin1998 (6/5): Nice quiet property with some minor cleanliness and quality issues. - The property is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Opry Mills Mall, providing a lot of dining and shopping options for a short getaway. Outside of the mall the hotel is conveniently located near the highway, and offers a variety of alternative food and shopping experiences a short drive away. The property itself was safe and relatively quiet, even for a room located by the stairwell and directly adjacent to Interstate 40. The property itself is very nice and quiet with plenty of parking around the building. Breakfast was served hot and was readily restocked. Staff was friendly and nice. Minor cleanliness issues throughout the room along with minor maintenance and touch-up issues. The kitchen was relatively clean with some utensils needing further attention. There were also a mismatched number of utensils. There some decor from what looked like a party held in the room from a previous guest still taped to the ceiling and not removed, along with garbage between the night stand. Multiple scuff and paint chips in the cabinets and on the walls, along with rips in the carpet and blinds. Bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder and shampoo/wash containment system. Recognizing these are minor things, for the price we paid per night I would have liked these little issues to be addressed.

angel (8/5): - I was in 509. The plugs on the desk and end table by sofa did not work. The shower curtains are insanely short. I stay in a lot of hotels have not ever seen ones that short. It barely touched the top of the tub thus creating issues with making sure you didnt get water everywhere. I would recommed some better pillows. They were not good, even by typically hotel standards. The ice machine on the 5th floor doesnt work either. Im sure you hear things like this from guests all the time. I truly am not trying to be a complainer. I am merely presenting areas in which this nice hotel can be an amazing hotel. Upon check in, i was pleasantly greeted by a lady who appeared to be trainging. As a former manager of a hotel, i inderstand the challenge of the trainer and trainee. That being said, the check in was difficult. I ususally use another brand when i travel throughout the country. The other brand's app is far easier to navigate. I rarely even have to stop at the front desk for check in. I do appreciate the ability to go straight to my room. There are times i do require digital keys and physical keys. I was surprised that i was unable to obtain both for use on either of rooms. So that was odd. I do realize that is something completly out of your control but maybe worthy to note if anyone ever does ask about possible improvements. Overall, this stay was most pleasant. The staff was very nice. Things were clean. Housekeeping was attitive to our needs. The breakfast was very good.

The light and fan in bathroom squealed a high pitch that was annoying and painful to my ears. The size of room was good, and it appeared clean. Frankly Maintenace in this place couldn't fix a peanut butter sandwich,

Amber (6/5): - TV did work in first room. They told me at front desk that it just wasn’t gonna work. I told them that was unacceptable for $1,300 for 4 nights. Worker told me they didn’t have any other rooms but then ended up moving us rooms with a somewhat working TV. The picture on the TV was purple. The hallways were very hot on the 6th floor and smelled like cats. There a man who sat down in the lobby from sun up until 10pm everyday. He was not a worker and gave my family a very weird vibe. Especially with a lot of girls in the hotel for a dance competition. The light in our bathroom had a a very high pitched sound coming from it and it was unbearable to be in there for any length of time. The front desk worker told us that they didn’t have maintenance. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me she was on vacation and didn’t know when she would be back. Also, the wifi didn’t work half the time. This hotel could use a lot of work.

csarchibald (10/5): A great Place to Stay Near the Grand Ole Opry - We were here to see the Grand Ole Opry, so this was a convenient place to stay Nearby. When we arrived the Lady at the desk (Kristen) was absolutely wonderful. One of the most personable front desk people I have ever experienced at a hotel. She has definitely found her calling. She made us a list of places to eat based on what we were asking for and made recommendations of things to do. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a decent breakfast offering.

Tracy Jay (2/5): - The first room I checked into turned out to not have working air conditioning. So, I re-packed all my stuff to move to a different room on another floor, and then none of my devices could connect to the wifi. Front desk informed me I needed to call their tech service line to connect my devices. After a half hour on the phone with tech service one of my devices was able to connect. The next day the internet was just out for most of the day, and they weren't sure when it would be re-connected.

Diane (10/5): - All the hotel’s personnel were very friendly and greeted us every time we entered the hotel. They were very helpful. I have stayed in other hotels and never experienced such friendliness from the hotel staff as I did at the Residence Inn.

163nesam (10/5): Clean Convenient Accomodating 5 Plus+ - I have only good things to say about this hotel. Loved our room. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and be comfortable. Nice roomy bathroom and shower too. Big tv with lots of channels. Close to Opryland and Opryland Mall, restaurants, shopping, etc. The pool was nice for kids. Yes it's 3 feet deep, that's ok with us. There's an excercise room and a patio with grills and fire pit. We ordered Door Dash twice and had no problem having food delivered right to our door. Maid service was excellent, they slipped in to clean and leave fresh towels while we went to the pool during our 2 night stay. Complimentary breakfast was good and the dining area great! I am so glad we stayed here!
